Abstract

Saat ini kegiatan bisnis, termasuk yang dilakukan banyak wirausahawan, tidak dapat lepas dari pengaruh teknologi informasi, mulai dari proses bisnis (penawaran via internet), proses transaksi via online, komunikasi lewat facebook atau email, sampai pelayanan purna jual yang dapat dilakukan lewat beragam media sosial elektronik atau email (surat elektronik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel Entrepeneurial Knowledge, Sikap Berwirausaha, Norma Subyektif, Perceived Behavorial Control dan Minat Berwirausaha dalam sebuah model persamaan struktural. Dengan disain riset survei menggunakan kuesioner pada sejumlah mahasiswa, hail penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Entrepeneurial Knowledge mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan pada variabel Sikap Berwirausaha, Norma Subyektif, dan variabel Perceived Behavorial Control; sedangkan sikap berwirausaha positif berpengaruh pada niat berwirausaha. Namun demikian, variabel Norma Subyektif dan Perceived Behavorial Control tidak berdampak signifikan pada niat responden untuk memulai kegiatan wirausaha.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Toko Labuan Indah, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Jumlah responden penelitian 32 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan Teknik pengujian data yang dipakai menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees at Labuan Indah Shop, Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. The number of research respondents 32 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and the data testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing were carried out, it was found that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation also had a significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: organizational culture, work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

GKJ Jeruk Legi is a religious-based community in Cilacap Regency. Founded in 2014, this church has a congregation of around 250 people. Single congregations come from very varied backgrounds, with the majority being women and having completed their bachelor's degrees. Seeing from eyes of workers can be seen as domestic workers, contractors, culinary, vegetable trading, minimal water depots, livestock, and agriculture. Even so, most people still have problems in terms of welfare. Through a project management approach, this activity proposes a triangulation of solutions, including optimizing the livestock and agricultural sectors, developing entrepreneurship through asset families, and the initiation and aspirations of cooperatives. Through project management and triangulation of solutions, it is hoped that these activities can be structured coherently to achieve welfare goals and increase the economy. The evaluation results showed that most of the community succeeded in obtaining knowledge related to the triangulation of solutions for goals.
