Abstract

Salah satu bahan tambahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembuatan batako yaitu salah satu limbah dari pabrik gula. Proses pengolahan tebu menjadi gula menghasilkan limbah yang berupa limbah padat, limbah cair, dan limbah gas. Limbah padat berupa abu, blotong dan ampas, limbah cair terdiri dari limbah cair berat dan limbah cair ringan, limbah gas berasal dari ruang pembakaran dan dari genset listrik. Program Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah perusahaan agroindustri tebu berupa blotong sebagai bahan campuran membuat batako rumah agar dapat memberikan nilai tambah kepada masyarakat atau pelaku UMKM yang ada di sekitar perusahaan agroindustri dilakukan dengan cara pembinaan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat atau UMKM. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan pada anggota kelompok masyarakat atau UMKM yang ada di Desa Jeruksawit Kecamatan Gondangrejo tentang pembuatan batako dari campuran limbah tebu atau blotong, selanjutnya melakukan pendampingan dalam pemasaran dan penataan manajemen usaha serta pembukuan serta pelaporannya. Keseluruhan kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Tim. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan menunjang perbaikan manajemen usaha serta pengelolaan keuangannya. Dengan demikian dapat meningkatkan produktivitas usaha dan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya di lokasi pengabdian

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of marketing capability, operations capability, management practices and environmental investment on the environmental performance of agro-industry companies. This research conducted a survey research on all employees of 120 agroindustry companies. The samples were selected with proportionate stratified random sampling based on management level of the companies. The data were compiled from questionnaires and field observations. After the validity and reliability test, a set of classical assumptions were undergone to determine the variable relations, along with the hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that marketing capability, operations capability, management practices, and environmental investments have effects on environmental performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of corporate social responsibility and support for tourist visitor loyalty which is mediated by visitor satisfaction in Karanganyar Regency. This research is a survey conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests that included validity and reliability tests; linearity test and path analysis test. The results of this study indicate that social responsibility and positive ownership of visitor satisfaction. Social responsibility, satisfaction and satisfaction of visitors to visitor loyalty. The influence of corporate social responsibility and commitment to visitor loyalty is mediated by visitor satisfaction.
