Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra merek yang terdapat di Universitas Pamulang, sehingga mampu mempengaruhi mahasiswa memilih Universitas Pamulang.Metode yang terdapat pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan phenomenological method. Dalam pengumpulan data di penilitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode snowball sampling.Brand Image atau citra merek yang selama ini berusaha disampaikan kepada masyarakat luas sudah berhasil diterima. Seperti ketika masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa mendengar kata “Unpam” maka mereka langsung mengingat bahwa Universitas Pamulang merupakan Perguruan Tinggi memiliki harga terjangkau untuk semua lapisan masyarakat, memiliki fasilitas yang sangat baik seperti gedung yang besar, dan memiliki kualitas yang baik.Brand image dalam pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa memilih kampus sangat dipertimbangkan oleh mahasiswa, mereka memilih Perguruan Tinggi ini karena mempertimbangkan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan selama berkuliah, mereka melihat gedung yang sangat besar, dan mendengar rekomendasi dari teman – teman mereka bahwa Universitas Pamulang merupakan kampus yang berkualitas dibuktikan dengan saat ini memiliki Akreditas B pada program studi Manajemen S1.

Abstract

There are so many changes happened in Sakai Tribe community in Kampung Minas Barat Kabupaten Siak guch as : religion changes, economic changes and education changes. They are very advance and it can be seen from the way of thinking, attitude and behavior and their habitual activities. Now they are able to accept new cultures that come in their society. Tihis research is almed to know what changes are happening to them and what factors caused that. This research used qualitative sample using snowball sampling and there are three (3) important respondents in sakai tribe society. Observation and interview were used as colleting data method to know about the real condition of socio culture changes of sakai tribe in kampung minas barat. It was found that sakai tribe have some internal factors which came from their community and eksternal factors which came from outside of their community like technology tools etc.Key Words : Socio-Culture, Changes, Sakai Tribe

Abstract

Edukasi pada anak adaptasi kebiasaan baru di masa pandemi penting dilakukan, yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak di TPQ Ar- Rizky bahwa pentingnya protokol kesehatan dimana kegiatan harus tetap berjalan dengan kondisi saat sekarang di masa pandemi yang masih berlangsung. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah secara daring, peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 20 orang. Dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh dosen-dosen Universitas Pamulang (UNPAM) mengenai edukasi pada anak adaptasi kebiasaan baru di masa pandemi di TPQ Ar-Rizky Pondok Benda Pamulang, diharapkan anak-anak TPQ Ar-Rizky dapat menerapkan protokol Kesehatan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari sebagai bentuk pencegahan penularan virus Corona dan dapat memutus rantai penularan covid-19.

Abstract

The measurement of magnetic susceptibility, pH, element concentration of Fe and apples diameter has been conducted in orchard soil of Malang, East Java Indonesia. The measurement was performed in two orchards, namely Pujon and Poncokusumo with two different kind of apples in each orchard. This research aimed at exploring in detail linked between magnetic properties, the existence of magnetic mineral as magnetic property carrier in the soil, soil pH, as well as the size of apple diameter to evaluate the quality of apple production in the both areas. The results shows that the soil with lower susceptibility, it was expected that the magnetic mineral of magnetic property carrier to be smaller, low soil pH, meaning that the soil was more acidic which implied on a larger size of apple diameter for Rumbeauty type of apple. Meanwhile, when the soil had a higher susceptibility, and it is expected that the magnetic mineral is also high as well as having high pH, this growing media is appropriate to develop Manalagi type of apple. Based on the observed soil magnetic properties and pH from both observed orchards, it can be suggested that Manalagi apple is appropriate to be planted in Poncokusumo area, while Rumbeauty is appropriate to grow in Pujon area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Credit Risk both partially and simultaneously on Profitability at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2012-2022. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample of this study is financial statement data in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2012 to 2022. The data analysis used includes classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of this study based on the classical assumption test did not find variables that deviated from the classical assumptions. These results indicate that the available data has met the requirements for using multiple regression equation models. The t test results show that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the tcount result is smaller than the t table (0.50412 < 2.26216) and the significance level (0.6278> 0.05). Credit Risk has a significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the results of tcount bigger than ttable (2.454481 > 2.26216) and the level of significance (0.0397 < 0.05). And simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Credit Risk have a significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the results of Fcount greater than Ftable (8.385> 4.26) and the level of significance (0.011 <0.005), with a contribution of 59.6%, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depokpopua partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is  1558. The number of samples used amounted to 94 respondents. The data sources in the study are primary data through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of literature studies and documentation. The data collection method is by way of questionnaire while the data analysis method is by means of multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depok which  can be proven from  the simple linear regression equation Y=16.697+0.468X1 (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Consumer Satisfaction in Cuciin Helmet Care in Depok This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=17.728+0.559X2 (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction in Washing Helmet Care In Depok, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=17.258+0.097X1+0.453X2.

Abstract

Stunting adalah suatu masalah yang dialami oleh balita karena kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga menyebabkan tinggi badan balita tidak sesuai dengan usianya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu dan remaja putri setelah diberikan penyuluhan terkait pencegahan stunting.Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental menggunakan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Responden terdiri dari 30 ibu dan remaja putri yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling.. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden sendiri. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan (p=0,046), sikap (p=0,000), dan tindakan (p=0,022) setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Sebelum penyuluhan, proporsi pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan baik masing-masing sebesar 53,3%, 66,7%, dan 70%. Setelah penyuluhan, proporsi meningkat menjadi 73,3%, 70%, untuk pengetahuan dan sikap.Namun, perubahan pada tindakan masyarakat (pretest 70% menjadi posttest 76,7%) tidak signifikan secara statistik.
