Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of self-regulation of Qur'an reciters tutors at Ma'had al-Jami'ah IAIN Bengkulu. This research used descriptive qualitative method by involving 12 student as respondens who have completed memorizing more than 5 Juz and are currently in 5th and 7th semsester. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. It was found that two factors form self-regulation of Qur'an reciter students. Internal factors are self-observation, judgmental process, and self-response. The external factor is support from a closed family. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the self-regulation process. Supporting factors in the form of an intention to memorize, have a memorizing target, and strong motivation and support from the closest people. The inhibiting factors are laziness, finding difficult vocabulary, gadgets, and negative mood disorders.

Abstract

There are still many people who think that sex education is taboo, forbidden, and even something that is disgusting to talk about, especially in children and adolescents. In general, the purpose of sex education should be able to prevent the occurrence of sexsual criminal acts. Such as sexsual harassment, pregnancy outside of marriage and even abortion. It is the same with the purpose of sex education in islam is to maintain the safety and honor and sanctity of our children in the midst of society. According to psychology introduce sex education as early as possible for the child is better. Islam actually had to explain about sex education in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Where explained that sex education is not something  that is taboo and should start from young children. The important thing to remember when giving sex education is to be in accordance with the child’s age and level of intelligence. In this paper will be presented on several ways to teach sex education in accordance with Islamic psychology perspective.

Abstract

The Purpose of this article is to know interpretive paradigm in Psychology. When researchers examine cultural behavior, especially the experience of individuals then to detect and describe some aspects of the implied culture, hidden rules, the meaning of rituals and worship in a cultural society, they should use interpretive paradigm. The interpretive paradigm in the field of psychology is a foundation for qualitative research methods. A qualitative approach can be used when the researcher understands the informants’ point of view more deeply, dynamically and will explore various factors simultaneously and can be used in informal situations. There are four types of qualitative research paradigms namely ethnography, case studies, phenomenology and grounded theory.

Abstract

Saat ini budaya gotong royong sedang mengalami entropi budaya. Dimana sistem nilai dari budaya tersebut masih ada, namun sistem sosial yang ada didalam budaya tersebut tidak mampu lagi memotivasi dan mengontrol perilaku yang ada di masyarakat. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah menawarkan sebuah gagasan berupa internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya gotong royong sehingga diharapkan masyarakat Indonesia tidak hanya memahami dan mengingat kembali budaya gotong royong tetapi juga memahami nilai yang terkandung dan menjadikan budaya tersebut sebagai identitas yang melekat khususnya ke dalam diri setiap individu. Jika seluruh masyarakat Indonesia menjadikan gotong royong sebagai identitas diri sebagai bangsa Indonesia maka secara otomatis identitas diri tersebut akan menjadi identitas nasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah study pustaka yang mencoba menghasilkan sebuah gagasan atau ide baru dengan cara menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari buku-buku dan karya ilmiah tentang gotong royong dan identitas nasional.

Abstract

Student learning motivation is not only obtained from the support and attention of parents but also from teachers at the School. Based on this the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of teacher attention to student motivation. This study is a correlation study whose data analysis uses product moment analysis. Performed on 105 students of class X from SMAN 05 Seluma. The results showed that a rxy value of 0.812 was obtained between 0.800 to 1,000. Based on these results it can be said that the correlation between variables X and Y is classified as very strong. This proves that there is a positive relationship between teacher support for student motivation.
