Abstract

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is an infection that attacks the upper and lower respiratory tract that lasts approximately 7-14 days. Recorded cases of ARI in Indonesia as much as 503,738 in toddlers with a major visit in Puskesmas (40%-60%) and at the hospital (15%-39) with visits of acute respiratory infections in Tamangapa puskesmas each year has increased namely 2014 (77%), 2015 (80%), 2016 (82%), 2017 (83%), 2018 (85.7%), in 2019 which in data until August 79%. The research aims to figure out the knowledge of the purview of acute respiratory infections in infants. This research is a descriptive study. The sample number is 66 respondents using the Purposive Sampling Non Random Sampling technique. Research was conducted in Tamangapa's work area Puskesmas on January until February. Analyzed using univariate analysis. From the research results obtained by the knowledge of a scavenger mother about the etiology of ISPA in infants is good (51.5%). The knowledge of risk factors that can trigger ARI disease in infants is good (56.1%). Knowledge of ISPA clinics symptoms in infants is sufficient (45.5%). ARI disease prevention Knowledge in good toddlers (48.5%). General knowledge of scavenger mothers about ARI disease in infants is good (47.0%).The conclusion of this research is an knowledge of scavenger mothers of having a toddler in the working area of ​​the Tamangapa Puskesmas was generally good.

Abstract

Prevelensi penyakit kanker merupakan urutan ke 6 dari pola penyakit nasional dan menjadi penyebab kematian nomor tujuh dengan presentasi 5,7%. Di Sulawesi selatan prevalensi kanker 4,78, dibawa angka rata-rata Nasional 5,03permil,tetapi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Provinsi Selawesi Barat dan Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu Ca Mammae tentang pemberian kemoterapi.Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan kunjungan kelokasi penelitian dengan membagikan kusioner,melakukan wawancara langsung untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu Ca Mammae tentang efek samping kemoterapi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 70 responden yang memiliki tinggkat pengetahuan baik, 34 responden (48,57), 29 responden (41,42) yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cuku,dan 7 repondenmemiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang. Jumlah sikpa dari 70 responden terdpat 28 responden (40%) yang memiliki sikap sangat setuju, dan 42 responden (60) memiliki sikap kategori setuju.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang pemberian kemotrapi, dan agar kiranya lebih di tingkatkan atau mempertahankan pengetahuan tentang pemberian kemoterapi agar mudah memperoleh kesembuhan.

Abstract

Background: Spiritual support is assistance provided to individuals or families to maintain and deepen spiritual beliefs and adaptations that have the aim of fulfilling human life needs, both biologically, psychologically, and socially. Meanwhile, anxiety is an excessive sense of worry that arises in a person. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual support with pregnant women's anxiety levels and spiritual adaptation. Methods: The research method used in this study is observational with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a sample size of 42 pregnant women at the Family Clinic in Wajo Regency who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis using the Chi-Squrare test 2x2 table. Results: The results of the relationship test using the chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between spiritual support and spiritual adaptation. And the relationship test results using the chi-square test show a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This indicates a significant relationship between spiritual support and anxiety levels. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between spiritual support and anxiety levels and spiritual adaptation of pregnant women at the Family Clinic in Wajo Regency in 2021.
