Abstract

Latar Belakang: Komunikasi berperan penting dalam menjalankan proses pelayanan yang berkaitan dengan antar elmen pada suatu kelompok. Tanpa adanya komunikasi yang baik dalam menjalankan proses pelayanan kemungkinan besar dalam suatau pelayanan tersebut tidak akan berjalan dengan maksimal, seorang perawat wajib memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam berkomunikasi karena perawat sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan terhadap pasien dan keluarganya. Komunikasi terapeutik menjadi sangat penting karena dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan.  Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan dalam pelayanan kesehatan adalah komunikasi terapeutik. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien diruang Iawat Inap Bung Karno RSU Proklamasi Rengasdengklok. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi Square Hasil Penelitian: Komunikasi terapeutik perawat dinyatakan sebagian besar efektif (87%), Kepuasan pasien sebagian besar dinyatakan puas (93.5%). Hipotesis menunjukan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan chi-square di peroleh nilai P Value sebesar 0,016, karena nilai p<0,05 berarti hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap di ruang Bung Karno RSU Proklamasi Rengasdengklok 2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas komunikasi dalam keperawatan yang disebut komunikasi terapeutik. Fase komunikasi terapeutik ini akan terbentuk dengan sebuah perilaku, yaitu perilaku caring. Penerapan perilaku caring perlu didasari dengan pengetahuan komunikasi terapeutik tersebut. Namun kenyataannya mahasiswa keperawatan masih didapatkan memiliki pengetahuan komunikasi terapeutik dan perilaku caring yang kurang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan cross sectional dan purposive sampling. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa profesi ners di STIKes Medistra Indonesia tahun 2022 berjumlah 131 mahasiswa. Dengan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa p sebesar 0,0000, sehingga kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang komunikasi terapeutik dengan perilaku caring pada mahasiswa profesi ners di STIKes Medistra Indonesia Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Hypertension, a chronic condition characterized by elevated blood pressure, poses significant health risks, particularly in elderly populations. This study, conducted at the Suka Tenang Health Center in Bekasi Regency on June 22, 2022, aimed to examine the relationship between lifestyle and hypertension among individuals aged ≥65 years. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, the study utilized purposive sampling to select 56 elderly respondents from the Suka Tenang Health Center area. Univariate analysis revealed that the majority of respondents (69.6%) fell within the age range of 65-70 years, with an equal distribution of gender among respondents. Regarding lifestyle, 41.1% exhibited similar patterns. Bivariate analysis indicated that 65% of respondents with healthy lifestyles had mild hypertension levels, while 50.0% of those with unhealthy lifestyles did not have severe hypertension. Statistical analysis using the chi-square test yielded a significant p-value (0.000) at a 95% confidence level, indicating a rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). Therefore, it can be inferred that there is indeed a relationship between lifestyle and hypertension among elderly individuals aged ≥65 years at the Suka Tenang Health Center in Bekasi Regency, 2022. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of lifestyle factors in the management and prevention of hypertension among elderly populations. Addressing lifestyle habits could potentially mitigate the risk of hypertension and its associated complications in this demographic.

Abstract

Final year students often experience stress with a undergraduate thesis, one of which is nursing students who are working on a undergraduate thesis. Support systems are people who have energetic and functional help have been shown to be healthier than people without support. Support system is about telling others that they are loved and cared for, that they have self-esteem and are valued both verbally and non-verbally.. Type of quantitative research with cross sectional method. Population with a total of 99 respondents. Sampling technique using random sampling sample. Based on the results  of chi-square  test analysis with a value of  p = 0.001  (p < 0.050) so that it is stated that H0 is rejected. Based on the results of statistical analysis using  the chi square test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between  peer support system and the stress level of doing a undergraduate thesis in S1 nursing students at STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2023.
