Abstract

Upaya kesehatan Ibu dan Anak adalah upaya di bidang kesehatan yang menyangkut pelayanan dan pemeliharaan ibu hamil, ibu bersalin, ibu menyusui, bayi dan anak balita serta anak prasekolah. Semua dilakukan dengan tujuan menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI), yang menjadi masalah di beberapa kota tidak terkecuali Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah petugas puskesmas dan kader kesehatan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan yang berlatar belakang pendidikan kesehatan (dokter, bidan dan perawat) serta kader yang aktif membantu dalam upaya penurunan AKI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mulyorejo sebanyak 30 respoden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanan kualitatif dengan metode snowball sampling, dengan cara pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi serta studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kecamatan Mulyorejo Kabupaten Mulyorejo pada bulan Juni 2015. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) bisa dilakukan dengan upaya pendampingan ibu hamil oleh kader terlatih usia produk (25-35 tahun). Pemeriksaan ANC terpadu untuk mengetahui lebih dini bila ada faktor-fakto yang bisa menyebabkan kematian seperti preeklamsi. Pemeriksaan USG DVAUt yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2014 (10,89%). Pemberian terapi LDA menunrunkan kejadian kasus preeklamsi di tahun 2013 sebanyak 14 kasus menjadi 4 kasus di tahun 2014, menurunkan kasus kematian tahun 2012 (1 kasus) menjadi 0 kasus di tahun 2013 dan 2014.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is one of the main tasks of the Health Service who is responsible for the Health Service Sector. The performance evaluation of the Puskesmas consists of 3 assessments, that are assessment of the main program, management and innovation. Based on the results of a preliminary study by interviewing the Head of TU Sub-Division, information was obtained related to the uneven delegation of tasks by leaders to employees so that there were several employees who were overloaded with work. This has an impact on employee performance that is not optimal. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach and in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation. The main informant was the Head of the Health Center, while the triangulation informants were the Head of Sub-Division of TU, ​​PJ UKM and UKP, PJ Networks and webs, PJ Facilities and infrastructure, PJ Quality, and PJ Finance. The results of the interviews obtained data that the application of leadership theory used in managing and leading employees has been adapted to the existing situations and conditions. As well as in terms of communication, motivation, knowledge, decision making and positive power. The same thing happened to the performance results, where commitment, discipline, responsibility and honesty began to increase among employees. Commitment, discipline, responsibility and honesty of employees are the results of the application of leadership theory that is applied properly. However, in implementing the need for human resources, especially those that are in accordance with educational qualifications and the needs of the Community Health Center, it is one of the things that needs to be improved in the future

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative way to improve the effectiveness of understanding a concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the online learning model using video playback on the understanding of the concept of natural disasters (fires and earthquakes) in students of the health education institution "X" in Surabaya. The method used was quantitative with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest. The research sample was students of the health study program with a total of 110 respondents. Data through a test of understanding the concept of natural disasters before being given online learning based on video playback and after the online learning was completed. The analysis of the results showed a significant increase in the understanding of the concept of respondents after participating in learning which was supported by the results of the T-Test statistical test with a value of 0.000 (ρ <0.05). These results indicate that the use of video as a medium in online learning can improve students' understanding of the concept of natural disasters (fires and earthquakes) so that it can be an effective strategy in the learning process in the digital era.

Abstract

Kevcevlakaan lalu lintas adalah masalah global yang tevrjadi seviring devngan pevrgevsevran pola pevnyakit dari pevnyakit mevnular kev pevnyakit tidak mevnular. Jumlah kevmatian yang disevbabkan olevh kevcevlakaan tevlah mevncapai 1,35 juta jiwa di sevtiap tahunnya yang 90% tevrjadi di nevgara-nevgara bevrkevmbang yang hanya mevmiliki 54% kevndaraan di dunia. Ada bevbevrapa faktor yang mevnjadi pevnyevbab kevcevlakaan lalu lintas yaitu faktor pevngevndara, faktor kevndaraan, faktor lingkungan dan faktor jalanan yaitu sarana dan prasarana. Jevnis pevnevlitian yang digunakan bevrsifat analitik devngan rancangan pevnevlitian cross sevctional. Pevnevlitian ini dilakukan di Institut Kevsevhatan dan Tevknologi Graha Mevdika Kotamobagu dan jumlah populasi sevbanyak 583 mahasiswa. Bevsar sampevl dalam pevnevlitian ini tevrdiri dari 100 mahasiswa dan Tevknik pevngambilan sampevl mevnggunakan Simplev random sampling. Analisis data mevnggunakan uji chi-squarev. Variabevl yang bevrhubungan devngan pevrilaku kevsevlamatan bevrkevndara (safevty revading) adalah Kevpevmilikan SIM (p=0.001), Sikap (p=0,033), Pevran Tevman Sevbaya (p=0,033). Variabevl yang tidak bevrhubungan devngan pevrilaku kevsevlamatan bevrkevndara (safevty revading) adalah Pevngevtahuan (p=0,311). Tevrdapat hubungan antara Kevpevmilikan SIM, Sikap, dan Pevran Tevman Sevbaya devngan Pevrilaku Kevsevlamatan Bevrkevndara (Safevty Revading) pada mahasiswa di Institut Kevsevhatan dan Tevknologi Graha Mevdika Kotamobagu. Tidak tevrdapat hubungan antara Pevngevtahuan devngan Pevrilaku Kevsevlamatan Bevrkevndara (Safevty Revading) pada mahasiswa di Institut Kevsevhatan dan Tevknologi Graha Mevdika Kotamobagu
