Abstract

Increased excess of cancer survivors by 70% in line with technological advances. Physical activity has an important role in improving cardiovascular function, muscle strength, immunity, fatigue, insomnia, and improving quality of life. Cancer rehabilitation programs in increasing patients to do physical activities that can be done in other ways between telehealth, email, web-based interventions and mobile health applications. The purpose of this literature study is to analyze the effectiveness of a new technology integrated in a rehabilitation program in an effort to increase physical activity in cancer patients. Literature search using the online database of EBSCOhost, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Cochrane, and Proquest, analyzed using CASP. There were 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria with a total of 1463 cancer patients. Almost all articles are related to the use of technology (telehealth, email, teleconference, web-based interventions, mobile health applications) in increasing the physical activity of cancer patients. There was a significant correlation between the increase in physical activity undertaken by patients and the improvement in the quality of life of cancer patients. Mobile health applications were one type of technology that is most easily accessed by patients compared to other types provided large information available, and communication with health workers. The patient’s condition and ability are impotant in developing technology in a cancer rehabilitation program, so that it was effective in increasing the physical activity of cancer patients Keywords: physical activity; mobilehealth; cancer rehabilitation program; technology ABSTRAK Peningkatan kuantitas penyintas kanker sebesar 70% seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is classified as an incurable chronic wound that causes skin irritation with a long and frustrating healing process. DFU can be prevented and the frequency of lower extremity amputations can be reduced by 49-87% by preventing the development of DFU. Evidence in the literature suggests that early detection and treatment of diabetic foot complications can reduce the prevalence of ulceration by 44% to 85%. Foot care, especially diabetes, is becoming a new standard of care and the mainstay of therapy in preventing the development of DFU. To See The Effect Of The Combination Of Education And Foot Care Model On The Prevention Of Diabetic Foot Wounds. Systematic Review, through systematic searches on 9 databases (Hindawi, Pubmed, Researchgate, Science Direct, Journal of diabetes & metabolism, National Public Health Journal, American Journal of Nursing Science, & International Journal of Foot and Ankle). published since 2010, Of the 30 references that have been identified, 30 references have been examined in detail, of that number, 12 research references meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, all of which contain instruments relevant to the variables in this systematic review. From 12 References Used The Results Show Foot Education and Care Affect the Healing Process of Diabetic Foot Wounds. Diabetic foot ulcers are a complication of diabetes mellitus and have complex problems so that the wound is difficult or delays wound healing, prevention with education and foot care is very helpful to avoid this condition, especially in reducing the risk in wound prevention. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of prone intervention in cases of post-CARDS/COVID-19 Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome who are mechanically ventilated. This type of research is research with a case study approach. The results showed that after the intervention was given in the prone position in patients with post CARDS/Covid-19 Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome who had mechanical ventilation installed, there was an increase in oxygen saturation values and also to prevent secondary injuries that could worsen the condition of the lungs and other organs. In conclusion, prone position performed as early as possible will be better and provide a significant improvement effect on the respiratory system.
