Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), dan peran mediasi job satisfaction pada hubungan kompensasi dan OCB. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan Alfamart Team Coordinator I Surabaya, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan alat statistik SEM PLS untuk menjawab hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, dan positif tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Peran job satisfaction dalam memediasi hubungan kompensasi dan organizational citizenship behaviour telah ditemukan memiliki peran full mediasi, sehingga pada temuan ini job satisfaction telah dianggap penting sebagai mediasi untuk membangun konstruk organizational citizenship behaviour dalam studi ini.

Abstract

Employee Career satisfaction is an important element that needs to be managed by the organization. This study aims to find evidence of the important role of mediating Career Management Behavior in the role of Organizational Support for Career Development and Proactive Personalities towards Career satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Barito Putera who got 44 people. This study uses census techniques in sampling. While the analysis technique is used is partial least square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS3 software. The results of this study indicate that Career Management Behavior can mediate the effect of Proactive personality and Organizational Support for Career Development on Career satisfaction.
