Abstract

Asset managements is most needed by every businessm especially in recording asset at the local government agencies. Setting is done so that each asset procurement of equipment and goods in these institutions can be properly maintained. In the presence of an inegrated asset management system within the scope of government Merangin to perform data collection and monitoring of assets that can be used as guidelines for decision-making in procurement and rejuvenation of government asset.

Abstract

Container which is considered one of the greatest role in the world of information and communication technology is the internet. Generally, any person already have internet access, so the use of the Internet as a medium of information and knowledge to provide convenience. In the medical field utilizing the Internet as a means of interaction for the purposes of providing information to the public, which will then more often we refer to as a web-based information systems. In this case the web-based information system is a system that utilizes focused web method in a network the Internet is used as a means of interaction information, both in terms of service delivery schedule and type of specialist medical services.

Abstract

The World Halal Tourism Award has designated West Sumatra Province as a halal tourism destination. As a halal tourism destination, West Sumatra Province needs to improve itself to fulfill the wishes of tourists in traveling. One of the supports for halal tourism needs is the existence of a halal tour package that can make it easier for tourists to see routes and information from tourist attractions, restaurants, mosques, or places to sell souvenirs to be visited. In addition, travel agents in West Sumatra Province can develop. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a geographic information system application for halal tour packages to support halal tourism and as a medium for travel agents in making halal tour packages. The development of this application consists of several stages, namely data collection, application development using the waterfall method, and testing the system using the blackbox method. This application is implemented using the programming languages ​​PHP, B4A, and Javascript. The database used to store data is PostgreSQL with the PostGIS extension. The PostGIS functions used are ST_GeomFromText, ST_X, ST_Y, and ST_Centroid. This application can be used to view, search, and find out information on halal tour packages and make it easier for tourists to see halal tour package routes in West Sumatra Province. From the test results with the blackbox method, this application is in accordance with the functional system.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering di hadapi oleh PT. PLN adalah sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam melakukan pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan aset yang dimiliki, sehingga kejadian tersebut dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada aset PT. PLN seperti trafo, kabel listrik, dan lain sebagainya. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada aset PT. PLN dapat mengakibatkan pemadaman listrik dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga dapat mengganggu aktifitas masyarakat. Sebuah upaya yang dapat di lakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan peringatan secara berkala mengenai waktu perbaikan ataupun pengecekan terhadap aset yang ada. Kondisi yang terjadi saat ini pada PT. PLN Rayon Kuala Enok adalah proses pendataan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sulit untuk melihat waktu perbaikan ataupun penggantian terhadap aset yang ada. Proses pendataan aset yang masih tersimpan dalam file Ms. Excel tidak memungkinkan untuk dapat memberikan peringatan waktu perbaikan ataupun penggantian terhadap aset yang ada. Permasalahan tersebut dapat teratasi dengan membangun sebuah sistem baru yang mampu memberikan peringatan secara berkala mengenai waktu perbaikan ataupun pengecekan terhadap aset yang ada. Dengan adanya sistem tersebut di harapkan tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam melakukan pengeloaan dan pemeliharaan terhadap aset yang di miliki oleh PT. PLN Rayon Kuala Enok.

Abstract

Classification and prediction of tomato maturity level are automated using the Backpropagation Neural Network method. The determination of maturity in agriculture is still applied manually. With the development of technology in the field of image mining, determining the maturity of tomatoes can be done automatically. The method used in making this system is an Artificial Neural Network. The algorithm used is backpropagation. The output of tomato ripeness consists of three categories, namely immature, half ripe and ripe. 60 training data and testing data were used. The backpropagation architecture in this study consists of 3 input layers, 4 hidden layers, and 1 output layer. The activation function used from input to hidden layer is binary sigmoid, while from hidden layer to output is the identity function (purelin). Image extraction in the form of RGB minimum value is useful as input. Processed and produces output maturity level and maturity prediction. The results of testing the training data system obtained an accuracy value of 96.67% and testing data of 90%.

Abstract

With the development of increasingly sophisticated communication technology today, communication is not only done in the form of voice but also in the form of data. So that was born the technology of the first generation to the 5th generation. In the media of data communication that is needed today is the communication in the form of sending services of text messages, images, sound and video in real time. Basically a web-based service is the best solution to support the performance of journalists in managing news more updated and complementing news in accordance with the journalistic code of ethics in avoiding Hoax news. Thus, every reporter when and wherever he is can send news data by accessing the website through a smartphone. Information or news today is very important, wherever and whenever everyone will need an information / news that is happening. The media to get news now is very much, among others, newspapers, television, radio, internet and others. A lot of information is needed, but information seekers are very limited. This system allows us to balance the need for news with news seekers.

Abstract

Klasifikasi dan prediksi terhadap tingkat kematangan tomat secara otomatisasi menggunakan metode Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropagation. Penentuan kematangan bidang pertanian masih diterapkan secara manual. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi di bidang image mining, penentuan kematangan tomat dapat dilakukan secara otomatisasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam pembuatan sistem ini ialah Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Algoritma yang digunakan ialah backpropagation. Output kematangan tomat terdiri dari tiga kategori yaitu belum matang, setengah matang dan matang. Data training dan data testing sebanyak 60 buah yang digunakan. Arsitektur backpropagation pada penelitian ini berupa 3 input layer, 4 hidden layer, dan 1 output layer. Fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan dari input ke hidden layer ialah sigmoid biner, sedangkan dari hidden layer ke output ialah fungsi identitas (purelin). Ekstraksi citra dalam bentuk nilai minimum RGB berguna sebagai input. Diproses dan menghasilkan output tingkat kematangan dan prediksi kematangan. Hasil pengujian sistem data training memperoleh nilai keakuratan sebanyak 96,67% dan data testing senilai 90%.

Abstract

Many methods can be used in decision-making systems. One of the methods used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The concept of the AHP method is to change qualitative values into quantitative values. This decision support model will describe a complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problem into a hierarchy so that the decisions taken are usually more objective. The Decision Support System uses the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine the department. This is a decision support system designed to determine the majors for grade X students at school 2 on Punjung island. The assignment that will be given is taken from various criteria such as the average score of report cards, understanding of the material, and student interests. With this application, it is hoped that students will get a department according to their respective interests and abilities. This system is made web-based using the programming languages PHP and MySQL and uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Decision Support System method

Abstract

Geographic information systems (GIS) have the ability to connect various data at certain points on earth, combine, analyze, and finally map the results. Data will be processed in GIS spatial data which is geographically and location oriented data that has a certain coordinate system, as a basic reference. So the GIS application can answer several questions such as; location, conditions, trends, patterns and modeling. This capability distinguishes GIS from other information systems. By building a geographical information system it is hoped that it can help the public to find out where the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang is based on Android. So that people can more easily find the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang quickly and accurately that can be accessed via cell phones (Smartphones). In this geographic information system making additional application programs used are MapInfo, Android Studio, and other supporting applications.
