Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen-dosen di lingkungan Universitas Balikpapan di kelurahan Manggar Balikpapan Timur memiliki tujuan untuk merealisasikan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai dan bentuk-bentuknya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara serta memberikan kesadaran kepada masyarakat pentingnya program 100-0-100, 100% air minum, 0% permukiman kumuh, 100% akses sanitasi layak dapat tercapai kepada masyarakat kelurahan Manggar, Balikpapan Timur. Metode dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Manggar adalah dengan cara melakukan Fokus Group Diskusi (FGD). Dari hasil forum grup diskusi yang dilakukan dengan para warga diperoleh hasil yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat di RT 43, RT 45, dan RT 47 yang berada di kelurahan Manggar dalam penerapan 100% penanganan rumuh kumuh, 0% penanganan sanitasi, serta 100% pengelolaan air bersih. Kata Kunci: Perumahan Kumuh, Sanitasi, Air Bersih, Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat di Kelurahan Manggar.

Abstract

Improved quality, strength and life time in terms of abrasion resistance on safety shoes outsole Cheetah material where the process use of some material has decreased in quality, besides due to usage factors, maintenance factors, and some of these materials also experience problems during use. This study is done to determine the abrasion resistance of each Outsole Polyurethane (PU) material and Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). Abrasion resistance test on the material method used the DIN Abrasion tester. Retrieval of data on outsole material was carried out on the outsole material with new conditions and that has been used in the field for a period of 1 year with a method of measuring abrasion resistance index and density of material. Calculation of average abrasion resistance for new Polyurethane (PU) type was 37 , 11 mm3 / year, while the average abrasion resistance for Polyurethane (PU) type that has been used for 1 year was 33.19 mm3 / year so that the difference is 3.92 mm3 / year or about 11% quality decrease of abrasion resistance. The average abrasion resistance with the new Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) type was 108.26 mm3 / year, the average abrasion resistance for Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) type with conditions already used in 1 year period was 107.44 mm3 / year so that the difference is 0.82 mm3 / year or about 1% decrease in quality decrease of abrasion resistance. Abrasion tolerance limits that have been set according to the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) against abrasion resistance if SG ≥ 0.9 then the Abrasive Max is 150 and if SG ≤ 0.9 Then the Abrasive Max is 250.

Abstract

Rotation machines are one of the driving machines that are widely used in industrial factories because they are strong, reliable, easy to maintain and efficient. Installation of the machine with other equipment requires accuracy so that the axis between the two is truly an axis of "alignment". The importance of accurate alignment of the machine is the main reason for conducting this research, repairs that occur in the machine that require a shift between the motor and fan from their initial position need to be aligned. The method used is a rim and face dial indicator, measuring the axle on the face and rim hub that does not move and measuring the soft foot that occurs on the motor and aerator legs and measuring run out of the clutch at positions 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°. After getting the results of pre-alignment measurements and calculations, the HPFB A position of the aerator must be added with a shim for IB of 1,4 mm and OB of 1,99 mm. To shift the aerator the IB leg needs to be shifted to the left by 0,5 mm and the OB leg is shifted to the right by 1,1 mm. HPFB B aerator position must be added by shim for IB of 1,26 mm and OB of 1,86 mm. To shift the aerator, the IB leg needs to be shifted to the left by 0,45 mm and the OB leg is shifted to the right by 0,96 mm. HPFB C aerator position must be added with shim for IB of 1,4 mm and OB of 1,99 mm. To shift the aerator, the IB foot needs to be shifted to the left by 0,6 mm and the OB leg is shifted to the right by 1 mm.
