Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakankarena merupakan salah satu dari tiga kewajiban Dosen di Lingkungan AKPAR Bina Sarana Informatika Bandung yang tercantum dalam tri dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu merupakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kualitas SDM dan Pemasaran dalam rangka Meningkatkan kepuasan Kunjungan Wisatawan Ke Villa Kancil Majalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawawancara dan kelompok. Wawancara mendalam bertujuan untuk mendapat data primer mengenai pelatihan staff dan marketing di villa kancil Majalaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa dari factor SDM harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam pelatihan staff agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, selain itu factor marketing juga harus bisa lebih di kembangkan melalui pemasaran baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung dari kedua factor ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman positif atau kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Villa Kancil Majalaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menginap tamu di Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi 3.497 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji R2 dan uji t (uji parsial). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan menginap tamu masuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik. Dari hasil pengujian statistik uji R2 kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh sebesar 58,1% terhadap keputusan menginap tamu, dan hasil uji t (uji parsial) diperoleh nilai T hitung sebesar 11,662 dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap tamu di Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The purpose of this study was to empirically test the influence of service quality on guest stay decisions at Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman Hotel. . This research uses a type of quantitative research method with a descriptive and verifiative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample number of 100 respondents from a population of 3,497 people. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression analysis by hypothesis testing using the R2 test and the t test (partial test). The results of descriptive analysis show that the overall quality of service and guest stay decisions fall into the category quite well. From the results of the R2 test statistics, the quality of service had an effect of 58.1% on guest stay decisions, and the results of the t test (partial test) obtained a calculated T value of 11,662 with a significance value of 0.000. Thus, it can be known that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of this study showed that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on guests' stay decisions at Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman Hotel.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran paket wisata melalui media online yang diterapkan pada belitung cantik tour and travel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, teknik dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis SWOT. Pembahasan hasil strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh belitung cantik tour and travel merupakan strategi SO (Strenght-Opportunity) dengan memberikan harga paket wisata yang lebih murah dan harus didampingi dengan kualitas produk/paket wisata agar penjualan sesuai dengan target. Strategi ST (Strenght-Threats) untuk membuat variasi paket wisata dn merubah tampilan website menjadi lebih menarik dan optimal. Strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunity) memberikan pilihan baru bagi wisatawan yang ingin menentukan paket wisatanya sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Strategi WT (Weakness-Threats) meningkatkan kualitas produk dan service agar menarik minat wisatawan untuk memesan paket wisata tersebut. berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, dapat memberikan saran-saran mengenai strategi pemasaran yang tepat di belitung cantik tour and travel.

Abstract

Tourism plays a crucial role as a key sector supporting Indonesia's economic growth, particularly in West Java Province, home to a variety of attractive destinations. Mount Puntang, known for its natural beauty and rich historical significance, is one such destination. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, facilities, and accessibility on tourists' decisions to visit Mount Puntang. This study used a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula from a visitor population of 131,452 in 2023. Data were collected through a questionnaire assessing the influence of three main variables: price, facilities, and accessibility on visiting decisions. The results showed that price had a significant negative influence on visiting decisions. This means that the higher the price offered, the less interest tourists would have in visiting. Conversely, the available facilities and accessibility to Mount Puntang showed a significant positive influence. This indicates that the better the facilities provided and the easier it is to access the location, the greater the interest tourists would have in visiting. The coefficient of determination (R²) test showed that price, facilities, and accessibility together influenced 97.9% of tourist decisions, while other factors only influenced 2.1%. These findings underscore the importance of adapting more competitive pricing strategies, improving facilities, and facilitating transportation access to increase tourist interest in visiting Mount Puntang. Therefore, to attract more tourists, destination managers must focus on improving the quality of facilities and accessibility and optimizing pricing strategies to suit the capabilities of the target market, especially tourists who prefer destinations with value beyond just natural beauty. Furthermore, it is crucial for destination managers to pay attention to promotional factors that can influence tourist decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of business capital on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at CV Kakarak Food located at Jl. Gunung Batu No. 117T, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung, West Java. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are employees at CV Kakarak Food, while secondary data were obtained from company documentation and relevant literature. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression to test the partial effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that venture capital has a positive and significant influence on the development of MSMEs. The availability of venture capital helps streamline operational activities, strengthen production capacity, improve product quality, and support business expansion efforts to a wider market. Furthermore, venture capital also contributes to increasing company competitiveness in facing the dynamics of the food industry. Therefore, it can be concluded that increasing venture capital is a crucial aspect that must be considered in encouraging the growth and sustainability of MSMEs, particularly CV Kakarak Food and similar MSMEs in the food sector. This research is expected to provide input for business owners, the government, and related parties in designing MSME development strategies oriented towards capital strengthening, thus creating more stable, independent, and highly competitive businesses in the future. Furthermore, the results of this study can also serve as an academic reference for further research and as evaluation material for MSMEs in determining managerial policy priorities.
