Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tempat yang berbeda-beda untuk mendapatkan responden. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para pengguna jasa layanan Go-Jek yang berjumlah 160 responden. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan model yang diusulkan, kualitas layanan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dihasilkan juga bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selanjutnya dari hasil penelitian akhir juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada hubungan kausal kualitas layanan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun kebaruan pada penelitian ini, selain kualitas layanan didapatkannya juga pengaruh positif atas pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini tentu saja menjadi pertimbangan bagi setiap pelaku usaha (gojek khususnya) untuk lebih memanfaatkannya guna meningkatkan daya saing.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan, Go-Jek. ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the influence of the quality of services and use of information technology to the satisfaction and loyalty. The research was carried out at different places to get the respondent. The sample was the service users of Go-Jek totaling 160 respondents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the influence of the quality of services and use of information technology to the satisfaction and loyalty. Based on the proposed model, the quality of services and use of information technology is found positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Produced is also that customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the results of the final study also concluded that there is significant influence on the causal relationship of service quality and use of information technology to loyalty through customer satisfaction. The novelty in this study, in addition to the quality of service obtained also a positive influence on the utilization of information technology to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is of course a consideration for every business actor (especially gojek) to better utilize it to improve competitiveness.Keywords: The Quality of Service, Utilization of Information Technology, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Go-Jek.

Abstract

One part of office management is office layout. Factors that determine success in conducting office activities is by way of preparation of workplaces and office equipment with the best. When viewed from the accuracy of office spatial election, this can determine the employee's comfort indirectly. Organizing office space is a necessity of today's modern offices. Arrangement of office layout provides added value for the continuity of organizational activities. Spatial arrangement is arrangement of all office machines, office equipment and office furniture in the right place, so that employees can work well, comfortable and free to move to achieve the goal of work. In this research mengobsevasi spatial arrangement of teachers of SMA 63 Jakarta, using qualitative descriptive research method, accompanied by data collection methods such as observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results of this study provide an overview of the spatial arrangement of teachers, namely most of the arrangement of the layout of teachers is in accordance with the theory. Spatial used teacher room is open with the arrangement of furniture and equipment efficiently, with short working principle, air temperature between 28 - 32 degrees Celsius, color selection of white room for bright effect, solar lighting system, as well as air circulation combination between AC and using a window equipped with air vents, but there are few drawbacks in the placement of some of the furniture and the type of open spaces, but this does not have a meaningful effect on the day-to-day activities of the teacher.
