Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini menjadikan pemberdayaan implementasi pembelajaran  berbasis e-learning upaya membangun budaya cakap teknologi diera revolusi industri 4.0 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman yang berada dipimpinan cabang Muhammadiyah Majlis  Dikdasmen Cabang Sepanjang Taman. Pengabdian ini merupakan jawaban dari diskusi dengan kepala sekolah dan ketua Majlis Dikdasmen Sepanjang terkait dengan revolusi industri 4.0 sehingga pengusul membutuhkan pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning bagi peserta didik di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo. Maka hal ini sangat penting untuk menjadi perhatian kedepannya sebagai upaya membangun melek teknologi dengan melaui proses pembelajaran e-learning. Solusi yang dibangun adalah tim pengusul akan melakukan penyuluhan atau pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning sehingga memberikan kenyamanan bagi peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknologi tidak digunakan kepda hal-hal yang merugikan tapi bernilai edukasi. Melalui sekolah kreatif berbasis pembelajaran e-learning ini dan dilkukan pelatihan yang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik sehingga peserta didik nantinya akan memanfaatkan teknologi melaui e-learning Oleh karena itu guru Tentu harus kreatif melalui pendekatan pembelajaran e-learning ini sehingga dapat diminimalisir dari kecenderungan menggunakan teknologi yang tidak bernilai edukasi dan beralih menggunakan teknologi yang didalamnya ada muatan-muatan pembelajaran yang dapat diakses secara mudah oleh peserta didik.

Abstract

T.M. Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy is one of the leading reformers of Islamic law in Indonesia. He initiated the idea to draft Islamic law in accordance with the socio-culture of Indonesian society called "Fiqh Indonesia". According to T.M Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy law that applies in Indonesia does not follow Indonesian society's personality. Therefore, he emphasized the need to make laws that follow Indonesia's socio-cultural society and follow the conditions and developments of the times. As for the Ijtihad of the previous scholars contained in the fiqh, madhab is not necessarily discarded but chosen in accordance with the socio-cultural conditions of Indonesian society. In expressing his opinion, T.M Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy uses a textual and contextual approach based on urf, mashlahah mursalah and sadd adz-dzari'ah. Among the ideas of renewal of T.M. Hasbi ash-Shiddieqy is collective, allowing shaking hands with non-mahram women (women who have no blood relation), zakat (tax) non-Muslims, the establishment of zakat board institutions, the ability to make pictures and statues, the use of hisab methods in determining the beginning of Ramadan and the law of cutting hands because it is continuously repeated not due to the level of stolen goods.

Abstract

South Aceh is an area with a variety of tribes and cultures that have a uniqueness compared to other regions in Aceh. In terms of the division of heritage of the people of South Aceh has its own traditions that have been done for generations since long ago. This research aims to find out how the practice and philosophy of heritage distribution in the people of South Aceh Regency. The research method used is field research with qualitative patterns. In the discussion use descriptive methods of analysis. The results of the research obtained, namely thedistribution of heritage in South Aceh Regency can be seen from several aspects, namely First;the people ofSouth Aceh majority divide inheritance based on customary law, but there is also a small percentage who divide inheritance using Islamic law. Inheritanceis only divided for children who died. Second; The time of division of inheritance in South Aceh society varies, some are divided when the parents are still alive, when one of the parents dies, when both parents die and there is also a split after a very long time. Third; The number of parts of inheritance divided varies, some divide the male share larger than the female, the female part is greater than the male and there is also a large divide between men and women. Fourth; There are others outside the heirs who get a share of the inheritance such as adopted children, nieces and caregivers of parents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran calistung melalui taman baca pothik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi dan literasi kelas 1 di SDN Pojokklitih 3 Jombang. Kemudian pembelajaran calistung melalui taman baca pothik menjadi salah satu alternative pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Kondisi siswa yang kurang bisa membaca dan menghitung yang nantinya akan berdampak pada tingkatan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan maksud untuk menghasilkan sebuah data deskriptif yang dihasilkan dari pengumpulan data. Data diperoleh melalui informan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan pertanyaan yang relevan, melakukan observasi langsung, dokumentasi serta audio visual yang dilakukan secara langsung. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan berhitung yaitu dengan menerapkan metode Calistung. Maka dengan demikian berdasarkan kondisi dan situasi yang ada dan sesuai dengan observasi yang dilakukan bahwa model pembelajaran calistung melalui taman baca pothik menambah empati atau kepekaan sosial anak dan meningkatkan nomerasi atau menghitung serta meningkatkan literasi anak. Anak – anak siswa SDN  kelas 1 pojokklitih 3 jombang dan mereka sangat senang mengikuti pembelajaran. Karena model pembelajaran tersebut mampu memberikan calistung yang dikemas melalui tamana baca pothik memberikan rasa nyaman dan menyenangkan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kelas 1 SDN Pojokklitih 3 jombang. ABSTRACTThe goals of research is to know the implementation of Calistung Learning Model through Taman Baca Pothik to improve numeration and literation competencies of the first grade of students of SDN Pojokklitih 3 Jombang. Then Calistung learning through Taman Baca Pothik was used as an alternative and fun learning for the students. In fact, the students have a lack of competencies in reading and calculating which effect to the achievement of the higher level. This research applies descriptive qualitative approach in order to obtain the descriptive data from the data collection. And it was taken through the informants using the interviews with relevant questions, direct observation, documentation, and a direct audio-visual activity. After that the data was analyzed descriptively. Calistung model was applied in order to improve the competency of literation and calculating. So based on the condition and situation in accordance with the observation that Calistung Learning Model through Taman Baca Pothik could increase the empathy and social awareness of the students that finally the improvement could be achieved especially the first grade students of SDN Pojokklitih 3 Jombang  because they ware very happy in joining the learning activity.
