Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi keuangan terhadap kepuasan finansial Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer serta menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert pada 153 respoden dengan slovin sampling. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data untuk responden di Pasar 17 Agustus pamekasan. Hasil penelitian adalah uji F dan uji T yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dapat memediasi pengaruh penggunaan teknologi keuangan terhadap kepuasan finansial. Teknologi keuangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan usaha kecil dan pencapaian keuangan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan keuangan usaha kecil di 17 Agustus pamekasan. Dengan demikian, kinerja keuangan dapat memediasi pengaruh Teknologi Keuangan pada kepuasan keuangan. Kriteria untuk peran mediasi dalam kinerja keuangan dimediasi sepenuhnya, yang berarti bahwa kinerja keuangan memediasi hubungan antara teknologi keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan. Studi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengkampanyekan teknologi keuangan ke usaha kecil (UMKM), untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil (UMKM), untuk membuat keputusan dalam bisnis terutama usaha kecil (UMKM).

Abstract

A village with evenly distributed economic growth is an achievement in itself, as seen by the presence of BUMDes. This does not work easily, there are deficiencies and limitations so that the existence of BUMDes can make a positive contribution to a more independent village and grow its economy. The research objective is to measure the performance of BUMDes. The object of research is BUMDes Delta Mulia in the village of Panempan Pamekasan. The research method is in the form of quantitative descriptive using a combination of analysis Malcolm Baldrige and Du Pont System in producing BUMDes performance analysis. The results of the research show that the financial aspect resulted in a decrease in performance from 2018 to 2021. The average calculation shows a result of 28.38% where this figure is below the 30% standard, which means that the performance is not optimal. From the non-financial aspect, it generates 844 points out of a maximum total of 1000 points which means that BUMDes performance is in the Benchmark Leader criteria. From the results of this study, BUMDes can carry out performance evaluations, especially on financial aspects so that their performance is better and as good as performance on non-financial aspects

Abstract

To meet the needs of life, the community relies on the KUD whose aim is to ensure the needs and welfare of the community with a people's economic movement based on people's and kinship. In its development, KUD also experienced difficulties in developing its business caused by: 1. Lack of understanding of cooperatives, resulting in misunderstandings; 2. Macro and political approach in cooperative development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the KUD whose condition is not good as an evaluation material and take the right strategy to improve future conditions. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The analysis tool uses the altman z-score method. The results showed that the KUD condition was in a safe position in 2017 to 2021 even though in 2019 it was in a gray area due to the covid period in that year which resulted in KUD having to work hard to improve its performance at that time
