Abstract

The problem of manual recording is one of the problems that is often experienced by small and medium-scale businesses such as MSMEs, this occurs along with the increasing quantity of transactions, a large number of items of goods, and the growth and development of businesses, including PT. Surrati Sukses Makmur is engaged in the retail sale of perfume products. This problem can have negative impacts, such as difficulties in monitoring stock so that discrepancies easily occur, transactions not recorded so that data is lost, preparation of reports taking more time, fraud, and the need for a place to store documents. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to analyze and design a digital-based sales information system that can help the process of recording sales to be more efficient, accurate, safe, and easy. By using a digital information system, there is no need for a special place for document storage, loss of transaction data can be minimized so that it has an impact, PT. Surrati Sukses Makmur can improve performance and quality of service to customers, as well as operational costs can be reduced and inventory management can be easier. The design of this system uses the Rapid application Development (RAD) model with the aim that applications can be completed immediately and reduce the cost of making application systems so that reports can be made in a comprehensive and effective and efficient manner, , as well as with the black-box testing method in testing the application can be used more effectively and efficiently, and as a whole is in accordance with system requirements

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data di lembaga pendidikan. SMK Mihadunal Ula, sebagai sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Sukabumi, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data akademik yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai masalah seperti kesalahan data, kesulitan akses informasi, dan keterlambatan dalam pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akademik yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data pada SMK Mihadunal Ula. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang melibatkan proses analisis, desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Melalui pengembangan sistem informasi akademik, diharapkan pengelolaan data di SMK Mihadunal Ula dapat lebih terintegrasi, akurat, dan mudah diakses. Sistem ini akan menyediakan fitur-fitur penting seperti pendaftaran siswa, penjadwalan, dan pembayaran yang dapat diakses oleh siswa, guru, dan staf administrasi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang handal, diharapkan efisiensi operasional sekolah dapat ditingkatkan, kesalahan manusia dapat diminimalisir, dan pengambilan keputusan dapat lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Sistem Informasi Akadmik pada SMK Mihadunal Ula memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Siswa dapat dengan mudah mendaftar, memperoleh informasi jadwal pelajaran, dan melakukan pembayaran secara efisien. Guru dan staf administrasi juga mendapatkan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data dan mengakses informasi yang diperlukan. Selain itu, penggunaan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan citra dan reputasi SMK Mihadunal Ula sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang modern dan berkualitas

Abstract

Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.

Abstract

The development of electronic commerce through point of sales based websites is closely related to the growth rate of the internet, because electronic commerce runs through networks and Internet connections. However, the more point of sale based websites that are built, the greater the possibility of cyber attacks that could harm the website. Therefore, website security is very important to pay attention to. One method that can be used to maintain website security is to carry out a Vulnerability Assessment. Vulnerability Assessment is a process of searching for security gaps in an information system or computer network with the aim of identifying potential security vulnerabilities and taking preventative steps before an attack occurs. The vulnerability assessment technique used is using a weakness scanner application to identify security gaps in systems and applications such as Nikto, Nmap, Zenmap and Owasp ZAP. Based on testing with the Owasp ZAP tool, the results of scanning carried out on the sakupos.com website, which is a points of sales based website, show that there is a vulnerability on the website. The test results show the Level of Vulnerability (Risk Assessment) as well as recommended solutions that can be used to prevent it. There were 10 vulnerabilities detected, 7 vulnerabilities were found with a Medium risk level, 2 vulnerabilities with a Low risk level, and 1 other vulnerabilities at the Informational risk level.

Abstract

Every government institution must have its own method of managing correspondence, either through a computerized system or still using a manual approach. In the context of managing incoming mail and outgoing mail in some institutions, there is the use of a manual approach that sometimes creates obstacles and constraints. One of the problems that often arises is the difficulty in finding data due to the excessive accumulation of letter archives. A similar situation is also encountered at the Muarasari Village Office, South Bogor Subdistrict, Bogor City, where the manual method used makes the process of searching for letters complicated and time-consuming. In order to overcome these problems, this research aims to design a computer-based incoming and outgoing mail management system to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing these letters. In an effort to design a mail management system, the research approach involved interviews, observations, and using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which emphasizes software development with relatively short time and the ability to adapt to changes. Through the implementation of this computerized mail management system, it is expected that the challenges in managing incoming and outgoing mail at the Muarasari Village Office can be overcome. Thus, this system is expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the management of letters, help improve the search process, and support overall improvement in the management of incoming and outgoing letters.

Abstract

Benteng Micro indonesia Cooperative (BMI) is one of the cooperatives engaged in the field of savings and loans. The assessment process for granting loans to cooperatives is still done manually so it requires quite a long time. In addition, the lending process is still subjective because without calculating the feasibility of lending it causes the risk of bad credit. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to determine who is more suitable to receive loans. The Simple Additive Weighting method is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this cooperative, because with this method the decisions taken by cooperative members are more thorough and detailed than in the past. There are 5 criteria in determining the eligibility of loans, namely job criteria, income criteria, criteria for the form of collateral, criteria for the amount of the loan, criteria for funding requirements. The final results in this study in the form of ranking so that the cooperative can easily make decisions by looking at these results.
