Abstract

ABSTRAKReading adalah salah satu keahlian terpenting dipelajari oleh siswa selain speaking, listening, dan writing. Siswa bisa mendapatkan informasi melalui reading. Namun, sebagian siswa Sekolah Menengah belum bisa membaca kalimat bahasa Inggris dengan baik. Karena itu, dalam makalah ini, penulis membahas “Combining Think Aloud and Magnet Summary Strategy” dalam pengajaran reading untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap reading. Dalam penggunaan strategi ini, siswa diberikan teks yang dan diminta untuk membaca dan menemukan kata-kata sulit. Siswa diminta kreatif dalam berimajinasi, membuat kalimat, menyusunnya menjadi paragraf berdasarkan gambar dan text. Strategi ini sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan reading terutama dalam memahami isi text.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan Pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan objek wisata pantai meleura di Desa Lakarinta, Kecamatan Lohia Kabupaten Muna, dengan menggunakan metode perumusan strategi analisis SWOT. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan strategi yang bisa dilakukan pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan objek wisata pantai meleura antara lain: Meningkatkan promosi objek wisata, Meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana serta infrastruktur yang menunjang seperti pembuatan taman wisata, pembuatan air terjun, perluasan parkir, penataan parkir, pelebaran jalan, penyediaan kuliner khas muna, penyediaan wahana permainan air seperti banana boat, aquarium dibawah laut, dan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang lainnya sehingga menarik dan memberi kenyamanan bagi pengunjung serta mengadakan akomodasi pariwisata baik itu hotel, maupun villa, serta mengembangkan atraksi wisata dan melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak swasta untuk menanamkan modal agar pengembangan pantai meleura cepat terlaksana.

Abstract

Instructional media is a tool used by teachers to explain material in the classroom, which is anything that can be used to stimulate children's thoughts, attention, and feelings, to encourage the learning process. Therefore the teacher of English for young learner must create a fun classroom setting by using media, beside of technique and method to attract students attention. The aimed of this study is to describe the teacher's preparation and explain the use of media in the classroom. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, by collecting data using interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that in preparing the media, the teacher must understand the material to be taught and adjust the media to be used with the material. The use of media depend on the material, and on this research the media used by teachers are coursebooks, video, realia and picture.  Such as video to train on students' speaking and listening skills. Picture is to increase children's knowledge about vocabulary. Coursebooks are used to practice student's reading and writing skill, while realia is used to introduce children to real subject. Keywords:  English, Young learner, Instructional Media

Abstract

Efisiensi ekonomi sangat dibutuhkan di dunia pertanian, dalam hal permintaan dan pendapatan khususnya melalui tanaman pangan padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya total, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan usahatani padi sawah di Kecamatan Galang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Galang pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan mengambil kasus di Kecamatan Galang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tiga desa yaitu Desa Lakatan, Kalangkangan dan Lalos dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang petani. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode sampel acak sederhana. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya total, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan R/C Ratio dan BEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi sawah di Kecamatan Galang rata-rata per hektar per musim tanam petani menghasilkan biaya total sebesar Rp. 10.442.117,23, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 21.160.852,75 sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 10.718.735,52 dan usahatani tersebut layak untuk diusahakan berdasarkan R/C Ratio sebesar 2,03 > 1, BEP produksi 1.180,22 kg dan BEP harga Rp. 4.365,98/kg yang lebih kecil dari rata-rata produksi 2.391,70 kg dan rata-rata harga Rp. 8.847,62/kg.

Abstract

The development of electronic commerce through point of sales based websites is closely related to the growth rate of the internet, because electronic commerce runs through networks and Internet connections. However, the more point of sale based websites that are built, the greater the possibility of cyber attacks that could harm the website. Therefore, website security is very important to pay attention to. One method that can be used to maintain website security is to carry out a Vulnerability Assessment. Vulnerability Assessment is a process of searching for security gaps in an information system or computer network with the aim of identifying potential security vulnerabilities and taking preventative steps before an attack occurs. The vulnerability assessment technique used is using a weakness scanner application to identify security gaps in systems and applications such as Nikto, Nmap, Zenmap and Owasp ZAP. Based on testing with the Owasp ZAP tool, the results of scanning carried out on the sakupos.com website, which is a points of sales based website, show that there is a vulnerability on the website. The test results show the Level of Vulnerability (Risk Assessment) as well as recommended solutions that can be used to prevent it. There were 10 vulnerabilities detected, 7 vulnerabilities were found with a Medium risk level, 2 vulnerabilities with a Low risk level, and 1 other vulnerabilities at the Informational risk level.

Abstract

Background: The coverage of Stimulation, Detection, and Early Intervention for Toddler Growth and Development (SDIDTK) toddlers at the Nanggalo Health Center has not yet reached the national target. This is influenced by the low participation of mothers of toddlers at Integrated Service Posts (Posyandus). The proportion of toddlers weighed at Posyandus 14.90%.Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of the SDIDTK program at the Nanggalo Health Center to achieve the national target (90%).Materials and Methods: This type of qualitative research uses a systems approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Twelve informants were selected in the working area of the Nanggalo Health Center based on purpose sampling. Data processing involves the triangulation of sources and techniques. Records of in-depth interview results were made in the form of transcripts and analyses and interpreted in the form of research results.Results: Based on the research results obtained, there is a manual for implementing SDIDTK but no SOP has been found. The number of implementing staff is sufficient, but the distribution of the workload is not yet effective and efficient. The funds available for community health center activities are sufficient, but there has been no allocation of special funds to support SDIDTK activities. The facilities and infrastructure supporting the program are inadequate. The implementation of detection and stimulation is still not per the guidelines for all toddlers in the Nanggalo Community Health Center working area. Early intervention has been carried out for toddlers who are detected to be experiencing growth and development disorders. Records are summarized in cohorts and reported every month to the Health Service. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out in stages, but they are still not going well.Conclusion: The implementation of the SDIDTK program at the Nanggalo Health Center is still not good. Obstacles in program implementation come in the form of data problems, a lack of infrastructure, limited staff time, low community participation, and a lack of support from across sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dipicu oleh gambaran kondisi lapangan terkait dengan manajemen pengetahuan kepala madrasah. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan etika kerja guru di MTs Thoriqotul Hidyah, Kecamatan Nagrak, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan secara empiris tentang manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan etika kerja guru di MTs Thoriqotul Hidayah, Kecamatan Nagrak, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Proses penyelidikan dilakukan melalui fenomena yang terjadi dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan dampak manajerial kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan etika kerja guru di MTs Thoriqotul Hidayah. Filosofi dasar, teori, dan konsep yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan etika kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode deskriptif analitis dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan dampak telah dilakukan oleh peneliti sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh dokumen-dokumen seperti rancangan dokumen satu, penetapan pembagian jam dan mata pelajaran, serta standar pengawasan atau supervisi kepala madrasah dan dokumen lainnya.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to provide training regarding financial management at PT Lapak Karya. Community service was carried out on October 15 2024 at PT Lapak Karya, Jl. Minggiran No.14, RT.51/RW.14, Suryodiningratan, Kec. Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region. The material presented is relevant to the problems faced by PT Lapak Karya related to financial management. When the activity was carried out it ran smoothly and was welcomed warmly and enthusiastically by the owner of PT Lapak Karya. The owner of PT Lapak Karya hopes that community service activities will be carried out continuously. Community service activities also collaborate with PT lapak which provides material related to financial management of works.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relasi kekerabatan masyarakat terbangun dari upacara adat Rambu solo’ dan untuk mengetahui peran keluarga dalam pelaksanaan tradisi upacara adat Rambu solo’. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan Studi kasus objek penelitiannya adalah Relasi kekerabatan masayarakat Toraja dalam pelaksanaan upacara adat Rambu solo’ di kecamatan rantetayo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi Dan Catatan Pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Relasi sosial yang yang terjalin antara ampu sara’ dengan kerabat, keluarga, tetangga, kenalan, sahabat dan masyarakat Lembang Tapparan terbangunnya modal sosial, berupa kerjasama dalam jaringan, sikap saling berbalas kebaikan satu sama lain, dan sikap saling percaya. Akrab atau tidak akrab ampu sara’ dan masyarakat Lembang Tapparan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kerjasama pada saat acara Rambu solo’. Peran keluarga dalam upacara Rambu solo’ yaitu sebagai aktor utama berperan penting dalam mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan di acara Rambu solo’ seperti perlengkapan, persediaa/kebutuhan logistik yang dibutuhkan selama acara berlangsung di sini nampak partisipasi kelurga dalam upacara tersebut, bukan saja ikut serta dalam acara akan tetapi juga harus mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya termasuk kebutuhan-kebutuhan pokok dan perlengkapannya. Implikasi dari pelaksanaan upacara Rambu solo’ terhadap keutuhan kekerabatan di lembang tapparan yaitu membentuk nilai-nillai yang mempererat tali persaudaraan antar keluarga dan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap sistem kekerabatan antara keluarga dengan keluarga, keluarga dengan masyarakat dan masyarakat dengan masyarakat lainnya This research aims to find out the kinship relations of the community based on the Rambu Solo' traditional ceremony and to find out the role of the family in carrying out the tradition of the Rambu Solo' traditional ceremony. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, with a case study approach, the research object of which is the kinship relations of the Toraja community in carrying out ceremonies. custom signs solo' di kecamatan rantetayo. Familiar or unfamiliar with Ampu Sara' and the people of Lembang Tapparan has no influence on cooperation during the Rambu Solo' event. The role of the family in the Rambu Solo ceremony is as the main actor, playing an important role in preparing everything needed for the Rambu Solo event such as equipment, supplies/logistical needs Yes, it is necessary during the event, here we see the family's participation in the ceremony, not only do they take part in the event but they also have to prepare everything including the necessities. n principal and equipment. Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion , insulin action or both . The increase in the number diabetes mellitus sufferers causes an increase in the incidence diabetes mellitus complications , one of which is wounds on the feet of diabetic foot ulcers . In the wound healing process in diabetes, there are many factors that are often forgotten , one of which is adequate nutrition . Fulfilling this nutrition is very important because it can influence the wound healing process . apart from fulfilling nutrition , wound care also needs to be paid attention to . Snakehead fish ( Channa striata ) is a freshwater fish that is commonly used by Indonesian people as an Ingredients for healing wounds . . The main ingredients in this fish are relatively high protein and albumin. The albumin content in this fish is a globular protein which is often used clinically to improve nutrition and the wound healing process . Albumin also help in the process of forming body tissue . This literature aiming to determine the effect of providing processed snakehead fish ( Channa Striata ) on the healing process diabetes mellitus ulcers . The method used is a literature review with a Narrative Reviews design to identify and summarize previously published articles regarding the Effect of Providing Processed Snakehead Fish ( Channa Striata ) on the Healing Process of Diabetes Mellitus Ulcers . From the 10 articles summarized , the results showed that processed snakehead fish ( Channa striata ) contains protein, albumin, carbohydrates , fat and Zn which help in the healing process of diabetic ulcer and can reduce blood glucose levels .
