Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: a. To determine the effect of promotion and service on the micro business credit customers at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch, b. To determine the customers' business credit at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch, c. To determine the effect of service on the decision of micro business credit customers at PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the test, the variable that promotion variable (X1) on the micro business credit decision customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Tugumulyo Musi Raw branch shows that the value of t = 2.788 is greater than ttable 2,000 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 57 - 2 = 55 is equal to 2,000, this shows Ho is rejected and is accepted and partially the promotion variable has a significant influence on the decision of micro business customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the t test, the service variable (X2) on the micro business credit decision customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The Tugumulyo Musi Raw branch shows that the value of t count = 3.852 is greater than ttable 2,000 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 57 - 2 = 55 is equal to 2,000, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially service variables have a significant influence on the decision of micro business customers at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Branch. Based on the results of the F test show show that the calculated value is 10.750> Ftable = 5.06 and the significance of the simultaneous level the significance is 0.000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 57-2-2 - 1 = 54 has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the decision of the customer, so that the truth is proven and the hypothesis is acceptable

Abstract

RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City is one of the distributor companies that do business in the field of chicken farming and broiler chicken distributor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and supervision on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City. This type of research uses survey research methods with quantitative approaches. The results of the t test show that the supervision variables on the performance of CV employees. The Lubuklinggau City RR Advanced Mandiri value of t = 9.860 is greater than the ttable value of 2.021 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 39 - 2 = 37 which is 2.021. The results of the F test show that the leadership and supervision variables on the performance of CV employees. Lubuklinggau City's RR Advanced Mandiri that the calculated F is 67.515> Ftable = 3.26 and the significance level simultaneously the significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 39 -2 - 1 = 36 is equal to 3, 26. Partially there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City this is because t count is = 8.167 with significant 0.000. while t table = 2.021. So thitung> Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance on CV. RR Maju Mandiri Lubuklinggau City this is because t count = 9.860 with significant 0.000. while t table = 2.021. So thitung> Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Taken together or simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership and supervision on the performance of CV employees. Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out how much influence Interpersonal Communication and Extrinsic Motivation had on Employee Performance at the Office of the Tuah Sub-District of Musi Rawas. The population in this study were 37 employees of the Office of the Tuah Sub-District Head Office of Musi Rawas and the number of samples was taken from the entire population. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires (observation), observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test and linearity test), multiple linear regression, determination coefficient and F. test where the researcher uses the help of IBM SPSS version 20. The regression analysis results obtained the equation: Ý = 7.346 + 0.303X1 + 0.534X2 The results of the regression analysis also obtain the value of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.446) or equal to (44.6%). This means (44.6%) variable employee performance is influenced by interpersonal communication and extrinsic motivation. While the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables other than interpersonal communication and extrinsic motivation, such as discipline, work ethic, and leadership. The conclusion is: Interpersonal communication and extrinsicmotivation significantly influence employee performance at the Office of the Tuah Sub-District Head of Musi Rawas. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount = 13,700> F table = 3.26 received at the 5% significance level.
