Abstract

This study with the results of preliminary observations can be seen that the identification of problems in this study are related to promotion, price and purchasing decisions of used cars, the title of this study is the influence of promotion and price on the decision to buy used cars in Agung Jaya Motor Showroom Lubuklinggau City, with 3 formulation of the problem of whether there is a promotion and price influence on the used car purchase decision, is there any influence of promotion on the used car purchase decision, and whether there is a price effect on the used car purchase decision. The method used is quantitative, with the technique of collecting observation data, documentation and questionnaires. Respondents in this research are 74 customers. The results showed that there were promotional effects on customer decisions in purchasing used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, there were price effects on customer decisions in buying used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, and there were promotional and price influences on customer decisions in purchase of used cars at the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau city.

Abstract

This research examines the "internal control System Over Payroll employees at PT. Dapo Agro Prosperous Lubuklinggau" method used is descriptive qualitative. The object of research is the Payroll employees. The research is system of payroll employees i.e there are perangkapan tasks (duplicate tasks) between the creation of a list of employee salaries and sehinggga resulted in PT Agro Dapo Prosperous Lubuklinggau frequent lack of inflexible pieces and not on time as well as a delay in the procedure of making the payroll, this is because the keterlambtan in the procedure of making the creation of a list of employee salaries and inmi shows lack of internal control in accounting information system payroll accounting (SIA) PT. Dapo Agro Prosperous Lubuklinggau. in the system of payroll employees there is cheating in assessment percentage points (salary) for employees who got the work achievement, sehinggga result in a lack of supervision of each part and document his judgement is still way Manual.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Work Discipline on Work effectiveness at PT. BRI Lubuklinggau Branch. Where work discipline is a tool used by leaders to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change a behavior and as a way to increase awareness and willingness of someone to obey all applicable organizational rules and social norms. while. Effectiveness is a condition or condition where in choosing the goals to be achieved and the facilities or equipment used accompanied by the ability possessed is right so that the objectives used can be achieved with satisfactory results. The research method used was the questionnaire method using 2 (two) questionnaires, namely the work discipline questionnaire and work effectiveness. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline (X) on work effectiveness (Y) at the Indonesian People's Bank Lubuklinggau Branch with the following formula (Djarwanto and Pengestu 1999, h.160): Ŷ = a + b X, Regression calculation results obtained by the equation Ŷ = 19.9 + 0.45 X, meaning that the equation is a constant value equal to this means that if the work discipline does not exist or is not increased then the amount of work effectiveness is equal to, while the value of the regression coefficient b is this means that every increase in work discipline will affect the effectiveness of work as much as. obtained by tcount of 1.78 and t table of 1.701. This means that the variable is work discipline and work effectiveness at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Lubuklinggau Branch jointly or overall has a significant effect. Where H0 is rejected and accepts the alternative hypothesis or in other words that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Lubuklinggau Branch, meaning that between work discipline variables (X) and work effectiveness variables (Y) are correlated.
