Abstract

In this study there are two variables that will go through the processing and discussion of data so that conclusions can be drawn, the two variables are Employee Discipline (independent variable) and Employee Performance (dependent variable). This study aims to determine how much influence the discipline on the performance of employees in the local government agencies of Musi Banyuasin Regency (case study of the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Musi Banyuasin Regency). Banyuasin. This study uses primary and secondary data. The analysis technique of this study uses quantitative methods which use statistical equations in processing and discussing data obtained from respondents through media questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between employee discipline and employee performance with magnitude the score of the effect of the regression test results is 0.178.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawaipada Perangkat desa Pinang Banjar Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sekayu.Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada Perangkat desa Pinang Banjar Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sekayu.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analsis regresi sederhana, analsis korelasi, analisis determinasi, dan uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS 20.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai padaPerangkat desa Pinang Banjar Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sekayu. Koefesien Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan bertanda positif menandakan hubungan yang searah, dengan kata lain pelatihan kerja akan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai padaPerangkat desa Pinang Banjar Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sekayu. Hubungan antara Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat(R=0,640). Koefisien determinasi atau angka R square adalah sebesar 0,410 yang artinya adalah 41% variabel Kinerja Pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain how online advertising via Facebook influences the decision to buy online products for STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu students. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used a questionnaire to the STIE Rahmaniyah Students of the Management Study Program and the Accounting Study Program. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method using SPSS 20.0 for windows software. The results of the study show that in data analysis it can be seen that the advertising regression coefficient (X) is 0.289 indicating that every time there is an addition to an online purchase decision of 1 unit, while the other variables are constant, this will affect the online purchase decision by 0.289. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between advertising (X) and online purchase decisions (Y) (Case Study in Management Students at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu). The correlation coefficient of 0.226 indicates that there is a positive but not too strong or not too influential relationship between advertising variables via Facebook social media and online purchase decisions. Besides that, the determinant correlation coefficient of 0.051 shows that the advertising variable through Facebook social media in this study is able to explain 5.1% of online purchasing decisions, while the rest is explained by other variables outside this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), it is known that the value of tcount is 2.109 while ttable is 1.9882, because the value of tcount ttable is (2.109 1.9882), then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of advertising through Facebook social media on online product purchasing decisions. Keywords: Work Culture, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Path Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of perceptions of product prices and product quality on people's purchasing decisions in shopping online for the people of Keluang District. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used was to give questionnaires to the people of Keluang District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using the reliability test of the questionnaire, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, F test and T test with the help of SPSS 15.00 software for windows. The results of the study show that testing the hypothesis shows that partially there is a significant influence between the perception of product price (X1) and product quality (X2) on people's purchasing decisions in shopping online in the Keluang sub-district. Testing the effect of the independent variables together (simultaneously) on the dependent variable is carried out using the F test, stating that the hypothesis states that there is a simultaneous significant influence between the perception of product price (X1) and product quality (X2) on people's purchasing decisions in shop online in the Keluang sub-district community..

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to explain how the influence of Organizational Culture on work motivation with the work environment as a mediating variable for the employees of the Tungkal Jaya District Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used a questionnaire to the Tungkal Jaya Sub-District Head Office. The data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method with path analysis and partial hypothesis testing (Critical Ratio) using SPSS 20.0 software for windows and IBM AMOS 22. The results showed that the more effective path between the direct influence path is Organizational Culture on Work Motivation if compared to the indirect influence path, namely Organizational Culture on Work Motivation through the Work Environment, is a direct influence path, namely Organizational Culture on Work Motivation. The coefficient of determination (R2) for the influence of the Organizational Culture variable is able to explain the Work Environment Variable of 0.263 or 26.3%, while the remaining 73.7% is explained by other factors not examined. The influence of the Organizational Culture variable, through the Work Environment variable, is able to explain the Work Motivation Variable of 0.446 or 44.6%, while the remaining 55.4% is explained by other factors not examined.
