Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and supervision on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the research.Testing the first hypothesis to determine whether the competence of employee work productivity, the tcount value is 7,476 and the ttable is 1,292 (ttable value n = 77), so it can be seen that if the criteria match tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , meaning that there is an influence of competence on employee work productivity. The second hypothesis testing is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work productivity. The results obtained tcount value of 11.809 and ttable is 1.292 (ttable value n = 77) so it can be seen that if the criteria are in accordance with tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a supervisory effect on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah. Primary of Musi Rawas Regency. The third hypothesis is to determine the effect of competence and supervision on work productivity. Obtained the value of Fcount of 70,986 and Ftable of 3.12 This shows that Fcount> Ftable and also sig of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be seen that the effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of competence and supervision on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Based on the motivation aspect of the members, it is not seen that the quality assessment of the quality of the Youth Family Development cadres is positive, while the empowerment aspect of the members is also not maximal in the application of trust and communication to the cadre members of the Youth Family Development from the organizing committee. So it can be concluded that the motivation of members and empowerment of members of Air Lesing Village Youth Families is not effective.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of the Current Ratio on Stock Prices in the Government banking sub-sector (BUMN Persero) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Current Ratio variable to the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.294 or 29.4%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.06 or 6% from before moderation. From these results it can be seen that the variable Return on Equity can strengthen or increase the influence of the Current Ratio variable on stock prices. While the results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Debt to Equity Ratio variable against the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.548 or 54.8%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.126 or 12. 6% from before moderation. From these results it can be seen that the variable Return on Equity can strengthen or increase the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio variable on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and distribution channels on customer satisfaction on the CV. Sinar Laut Baru Lubuklinggau. This study uses multiple regression, to find out how far the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study, the results of the t test calculation can be concluded that the Promotion (X1) has an effect on customer satisfaction (Y), showing the value of t = 4.503 is greater than the value of the table (2.036). The results of t test calculations that the distribution channel (X2) affect the Customer Satisfaction (Y), show the value of t = 4.312 is greater than the value of the table (2.036). 3). The recapitulation of the Fcount test results obtained was 14.255> Ftable = 3.29. Abstract

This research aims to determine the Marketing Mix on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Enggal Sehat Megang Sakti Pharmacy, Musi Rawas Regency. This research method is data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Product Marketing Mix research have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.004 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the second hypothesis test: Price Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the tcount value = 3.628 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the third hypothesis test: Place Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.014 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the fourth hypothesis test: Promotional Marketing Mix have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 3.627 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy, Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency. This is proven by the value of Fcount = 5.213 > ttable value = 2.456 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05.
