Faculty of economics and bisiness.majoringin management (S1), University Bina Insan Lubuklinggau.In carrying out hotel business activities, we need reliable human resources that have knolledge in the hotel sector. In carrying out hotel business activities, it is necessary to have reliable human resources, namely HR who have knowledge in the field of hospitallty. This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and work placement on employee performance at the Perfect Hotel in Lubuklinggau. Human Resources is an important asset for a company, therefore HR must be managed propertly in order to contribute to the company optimally. A well –managed HR will improve the performence of the employee, which in the turn will improve the performence of the employee, which will utlimately improve overall company performence. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of educational background (X1), Work placement (X2), and on employee performence (Y). Then the multiple killer equation is obtained as follows : Y = 8.029 + 0.156 X1+ 0.965X, so the constant value of employee performence (Y) without any influence remains in the value of 8.029. Every increase of one unit of educationbal background value will increase employeee performance by 0.156 one unit. Every invrease of one increase in work placement will increase performance by 0.965 one unit. The population in thethis study were all employees of the Hotel Lubuklinggau Perfect, amounting to 15 people.The sampling technigue in the study is to use total sampling. The Result of this study indicate that partially educational background has no effect on employee performence, work placement has a significant effect on employee performence in the Hotel Perfect Lubuklinggau. Simultaneouslly educational background and work placement significantly influence employee performence variables at the Perfect Lubuklinggau Hotel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas yaitu sebanyak 35 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji t yang menunjukan nilai t hitung = 9,711 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (35-1=34) = 2,032 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis kedua yaitu disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung = 10,793 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (35-1=34) = 2,032 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.. Dan hipotesis ketiga yaitu lingkungan kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung= 110,436 lebih besar dari nilai F tabel 3,295 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Marketing Mix on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Enggal Sehat Megang Sakti Pharmacy, Musi Rawas Regency. This research method is data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Product Marketing Mix research have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.004 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the second hypothesis test: Price Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the tcount value = 3.628 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the third hypothesis test: Place Marketing Mix has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 4.014 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the fourth hypothesis test: Promotional Marketing Mix have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the value of tcount = 3.627 > ttable value = 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy, Megang Sakti, Musi Rawas Regency. This is proven by the value of Fcount = 5.213 > ttable value = 2.456 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Conclusion, Marketing marketing influences consumer purchasing decisions at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Purchasing Decisions, Consumers
