Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan pada klinik kecantikan meliputi penjualan produk, hasil perawatan dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Namun, seringkali klinik kecantikan mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan pelayanan, salah satunya klinik kecantikan Nastyaderm Karawang. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada urusan pelayanan diantaranya pengelolaan data pasien, data penjualan, laporan penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum tersedianya informasi mengenai klinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi pelayanan pada customer service dan penyediaan informasi klinik kecantikan berbasis website. Sistem informasi didesain menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan LRS (Logical Record Structure) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan framework codeigniter dan bootstrap library. Hasil dari sistem informasi ini adalah tersedianya fasilitas yang memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data pasien, data penjualan produk, serta laporan penjualan yang secara otomatis dan tersedianya informasi mengenai klinik sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data dan dapat memasarkan produk serta pelayanan yang ada pada klinik.ABSTRACTSServices at beauty clinics include product sales, treatment results and quality of service to patients. However, beauty clinics often experience problems in managing their services, one of which is the Nastyaderm Karawang beauty clinic. Problems that occur in service matters include the management of patient data, sales data, sales reports which are still done manually and the unavailability of information about the clinic. This study aims to create a service information system for customer service and the provision of website-based beauty clinic information. The information system is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) with PHP programming language use codeigniter framework and bootstrap library. The result of this information system is to provide facilities that make it easy to record patient data, record product sales, make sales reports automatically and provide information about clinics so that they can optimize data management and can market products and services at the clinic

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) is an annual agenda for every institution or educational institution in order to accept new students in its environment. Often these agencies or institutions often experience problems in managing the administration of new students, one of which is Raudhatul Athfal Sirojul Falah. The problems that occur in administrative matters include the frequent problems of inputting new student data and it is not organized so that the data becomes difficult to find. So that in this study a PPDB information system will be created to solve this problem. The information system that will be created is in the form of a UML (Unified Modeling Language) design, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and LRS (Logical Record Structure) as well as a website with the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and bootstrap library. The result of this research is the construction of a PPDB information system at RA Sirojul Falah in the form of a website using the spiral method with the hope of helping the PPDB RA Sirojul Falah committee in managing new student data effectively and efficiently.
