Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi pada saat ini sudah sangat meluas, hampir semua lapisan masyarakat menggunakannya. Dari hal tersebut tentunya menjadi perhatian khusus bagi para peneliti sehingga menimbulkan tantangan dalam penelitian tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman microsoft excel pada lapisan masyarakat khususmya siswa-siswi  tingkat MA/SMA/SMK di kabupaten karawang baik swasta  atau negeri yang didapat selama proses belajar di sekolah masing-masing.  Metode yang digunakan adalah CRISP-DM dengan sebuah model algoritma naive bayes, untuk data yang telah didapatkan melalui pemanfaatan google form, data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi rapid miner dengan pengujian cross validation dimana pengujian tersebut akan diulang sebanyak 10 kali pengujian. Pemahaman microsoft excel yang dimiliki oleh siswa-siswi dapat diketahui setelah peneliti memberikan materi dan juga studi kasus berdasarkan standar yang ada pada tingkat SLTA. Hasil kuesioner yang peneliti olah menggunakan sebuah algoritma naive bayes menghasilkan akurasi 98.32%. Pencapaian penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi mampu memahami formula dan fungsi dasar microsoft excel, pencapaian pembelajaran ini tentunya didukung oleh pembelajaran yang menggunakan multimedia  (LCD Projector, Modul yang Lengkap, Tutor Training yang Kompeten, Waktu yang Sangat Cukup).

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) is an annual agenda for every institution or educational institution in order to accept new students in its environment. Often these agencies or institutions often experience problems in managing the administration of new students, one of which is Raudhatul Athfal Sirojul Falah. The problems that occur in administrative matters include the frequent problems of inputting new student data and it is not organized so that the data becomes difficult to find. So that in this study a PPDB information system will be created to solve this problem. The information system that will be created is in the form of a UML (Unified Modeling Language) design, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and LRS (Logical Record Structure) as well as a website with the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and bootstrap library. The result of this research is the construction of a PPDB information system at RA Sirojul Falah in the form of a website using the spiral method with the hope of helping the PPDB RA Sirojul Falah committee in managing new student data effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada dasarnya fungsi komputer digunakan sebagai media untuk menyimpan data yang didalamnya terdapat banyak program aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah serta menunjang suatu pekerjaan manusia. Pada bagian administrasi sebuah lembaha amil zakat di daerah Karawang dalam proses pengolahan data zakat, laporan-laporan serta penyimpanan data masih dilakukan secara manual belum ada aplikasi khusus untuk pengelolaannya. Adanya kesalahan penginputan data serta ketidak akuratan data sangat mungkin terjadi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perancangan sebuah program merupakan solusi terbaik untuk pemecahan masalah ini. Ketersediaan formulir penginputan data dan media penyimpanan yang terpusat dalam database, maka dapat membuat aplikasi dalam pengelolaan zakat menjadi lebih akurat, sehingga akan membuat pengelolaan zakat menjadi lebih berkualitas. Aplikasi SIMZ mempunyai tampilan yang sederhana dan interaktif namun dapat mengolah data yang sangat baik dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sistem, sehingga pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengguanakannya. Adapaun dalam perancangan sistem informasi zakatyang dibuat adalah berorientasi objek. Kata kunci: berorientasi objek, manajemen zakat, sistem informasi. Abstract: Basically, the function of a computer is used as a medium for storing data in which there are many application programs that can simplify and support human work. In the administrative section of an amil zakat institution in the Karawang area, the processing of zakat data, reports, and data storage is still done manually, there is no special application for its management. The existence of data input errors and data inaccuracies are very likely to occur. To solve this problem, designing a program is the best solution for solving this problem. The availability of data input forms and centralized storage media in a database can make the application of zakat management more accurate so that it will make zakat management more qualified. The SIMZ application has a simple and interactive interface but can process data very well and can meet system requirements so that users can easily use it. As for the zakat information system design made is object-oriented. Keywords: information system, object-oriented, zakat management.

Abstract

Perkembangan media informasi begitu pesat, penyebaran informasi dalam bentuk spanduk, flayer baik secara cetak atau digital sudah menjadi kebutuhan. Untuk membuat sebuah desain informasi dapat menggunakan aplikasi photoshop. Keterampilan dalam membuat desain menggunakan photoshop di era industri 4.0 sangat diperlukan. Keterampilan membuat desain dibutuhkan pada berbagai aspek pendidikan, industri bahkan sampai aspek pemerintahan. Salah satu aspek dalam pemerintah yang memerlukan keterampilan desain adalah pada tingkat kelurahan. Saat ini dikelurahan Karangpawitan kecamatan Karawang Barat sebagai mitra pengabdian masyarakat memerlukan pelatihan pembuatan design informasi pelayanan publik menggunakan aplikasi photoshop. Perangkat kelurahan sebanyak 30  terdiri dari warga dan staf kelurahan menjadi bagian pelatihan sebagai peserta pelatihan design. Hal ini dilakukan karena perangkat kelurahan tersebut belum memiliki kemapuan membuat desain untuk kebutuhan media informasi. Sehingga para RT/RW mampu membuat desain informasi publik menggunakan photoshop sebagai salah satu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan infomasi terhadap warga dilingkungannya. The development of information media is so rapid, the spread of information in the form of banners, flayer either in print or digital has become a necessity. To create a desasin information can use photoshop applications. Skills in creating designs using photoshop in the industrial era 4.0 are indispensable. Design making skills are needed in various aspects of education, industry and even to the aspect of government. In the aspect of government that requires design skills, one of them is at the village level. It is currently in the area of kec coral. West Karawang as a community service partner requires training in making public service information design using photoshop applications. 30 RT/RW village devices became part of the training as design trainees. This is done because the village device does not yet have the ability to make designs for information media needs. So that RT/RW is able to make public information design using photoshop as one of the improvements in the quality of service to its citizens.

The very rapid development of information technology has proven to play an important role in the accelerated development of information both in the world of industry, government and the world of health, so that it can support the performance of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of all elements of society, especially in the world of health, both public and private institutions. or individually or individually, which can encourage the realization of a developed and prosperous society. The health sector is one of the important sectors of development that has the potential to be integrated with the presence of technology. Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency is one of the developing health service centers. The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. To facilitate the mention of this application, namely Android-based LAGILEMAS (Public health center Digital Service).

Abstract

Abstrak: PT. Cengkareng Permai merupakan produsen atau supplier pada sebuah proyek pembangunan perumahan, yang dapat menyediakan material dan jasa pemasangan pada material tersebut, sehingga pembayaran kepada mandor dilakukan oleh PT. Cengkareng Permai. Pembayaran upah pasang yang dilakukan masih secara manual menggunakan microsoft word, microsoft excel dan pencatatan manual pada buku, proses tersebut sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan, tahap pengecekan oleh direktur memerlukan pencatatan ulang sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah sebuah prototype sistem pembayaran upah pasang berbasis website yang dapat mencatat setiap informasi dari admin baja, direktur dapat langsung mengecek dan memberikan persetujuan serta bagian keuangan melakukan pembayaran. Metode pengembangan dan analisis menggunakan metode Prototype, dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna, membuat mock-up dan menguji mock-up. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah problematika, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, use case diagram, rancangan user interface, Entity Relationship Diagram serta hasil testing dari rancangan yang telah dibuat. Diharapkan sistem pembayaran upah pasang berbasis website dapat membantu PT. Cengkareng Permai. Kata kunci: kontruksi, pembayaran, prototipe, sistem informasi Abstract: PT Cengkareng Permai is a producer or supplier in a housing development project, which can provide materials and installation services; thus, PT Cengkareng Permai makes payments to artisans. The expense of post-wages is still done manually using Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and manual recording on books; the process often occurs recording errors, and the stage of checking by the director requires re-recording, so it is not effective and efficient. Based on these problems' background, a website-based wage payment system prototype was created that can record any information from steel admins, directors can immediately check and give approval, and the finance department makes payments. The software development method used is the Prototype Method for the prototyping stages, namely analyzing needs, creating mock-ups, and testing mock-ups. The results of this study are problems, analysis of user needs, use case diagrams, user interface designs, Entity Relationship Diagrams and testing results from the designs that have been made. Abstract

Advances in industrial technology 4.0 provide many changes in today's life. One example attached to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0 is the use of communication, transactions, even to the level of education using the acceleration of information technology. Some sectors have used advances in information technology such as the government sector, the industrial sector and even the world of education. This is because the greater the influence of the use of information technology to accelerate the transformation of each sector that uses it. But on the other hand, advances in information technology, apart from having a positive impact, also have a negative impact. As a real example of the positive impact, namely in the education sector, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology could be felt, as far as learning could be close to existing learning videos. However, one of the challenges is that advances in information technology also have a negative impact in the field of education, namely the dependence of students or students to spend more time playing online games (e-sports). So that it can affect the results of student learning achievement. Therefore, the research method that will be used is to use the classification of the influence of e-sports on student learning outcomes using the Nave Bayes algorithm which is optimized using particle swarm optimization. In its implementation, it was found that some students experienced decreased learning outcomes and some increased, of course this was influenced by several factors, both internal and external to the students themselves. The implementation of the algorithm used in this study obtained a sufficient level of classification with an AUC (area under classification) value of 0.792 and an accuracy value of 75.95%

Abstract

Saat ini teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat, mulai dari aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya, seni, pendidikan, bahkan sampai dunia industri. Penerapan teknologi informasi dilihat dari aspek ekonomi diwujudkan dalam bentuk e-commerce. Perkembangan teknologi inipun disambut positif oleh penyedia jasa transportasi kereta api. Pada saat ini masih banyak orang melakukan pemesanan tiket kereta api secara langsung datang ke stasiun karena masih ada masyarakat yang belum memiliki smartphone dengan kapasitas yang memadai untuk instal aplikasi sehingga masyarakat memilih untuk menggunakan cara konvensional dalam pemesanan walaupun ada beberapa aplikasi pemesanan secara mobile namun masih ada masyarakat yang kurang memahami dalam penggunaannya. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat memilih untuk memesan di stasiun keberangkatan, adanya antrian ini pemesanan tiket dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuatlah perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan tiket berbasis prototipe berbasis website. Tujuan pembuatan prototipe pemesanan tiket kereta api untuk mengurangi antrian yang sering terjadi di setiap stasiun, selain itu untuk mempermudah user dalam melakukan pemesanan menggunakan browser yang dimiliki oleh user tanpa harus menginstalasi aplikasi tambahan pada smart phone user. Abstract: Currently, information technology is experiencing rapid development, ranging from economic, social, cultural, artistic, educational, and even industrial aspects. The application of information technology seen from the economic aspect is realized in the form of e-commerce. The development of this technology is also welcomed by rail transportation service providers. At this time there are still many people who order train tickets directly to the station because there are still people who do not have a smartphone with sufficient capacity to install the application so that people choose to use the conventional way of ordering even though there are several mobile ordering applications, but there are still people who do not understand how to use it. This causes people to choose to order at the departure station, this queue booking tickets is considered less effective and efficient. Therefore, in this research, a prototype-based website-based ticket reservation information system was designed. The purpose of making a prototype for ordering train tickets is to reduce queues that often occur at each station, in addition to making it easier for users to place orders using a browser owned by the user without having to install additional applications on the user's smart phone.

Abstract

Development in all sectors is needed, especially by a country that is classified as a developing country like Indonesia. In carrying out development, each local government requires development planning with the aim that each development has an accurate impact and can evaluate what is being built. Regional development planning must also pay attention to the priorities of the development plan to be planned, so that regional development planning is in accordance with what is needed by the region. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based information system design regarding prioritizing regional development planning because the system currently running at BAPPEDA Ciamis district still uses a manual system and has not yet used a decision support system so that the process of determining regional development planning priorities experiences many obstacles, starting from the lack of data needed makes it difficult to determine regional development planning priorities. The method used in this study is the promethee method which includes the Decision Support System for ranking an object. The results of this study are the creation of a website-based information system design using a decision support system for calculating the promethee method. In addition, by using a website-based information system, requests for development plans proposed by the sub-district are more effective and efficient.
