Abstract

Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.   Keywords: MCK/Toilet, Muara Gembong, Infrastructure, Tourism Potential   Abstrak   Kecamatan Muara Gembong kerap menjadi perhatian masyarakat sekitarnya, khususnya masyarakat Jakarta dan Bekasi. Letaknya yang langsung menghadap kearah laut membuat kecamatan ini kerap dikunjungi oleh berbagai pihak untuk berwisata ataupun untuk kegiatan lainnya seperti penanaman mangrove. Terdapat satu permasalahan kecil tetapi sering dianggap sebagai hal yang sangat penting terkait dengan pola kehidupan masarakatnya dan juga prasarana pendukung untuk mengangkat potensi wisata. Salah satu yang penting adalah ketersediaan prasarana yang dapat digunakan warga untuk keperluan mandi, cuci dan kakus. Begitupun juga bagi wisatawan, karena memerlukan tersedia prasarana tersebut. Hasil diskusi, wawancara dan observasi lapangan mendapatkan ada tiga titik yang cukup untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Melalui pembangunan prasarana MCK/Toilet bagi masyarakat dan wisatawan diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang berikaitan dengan upaya mengangkat potensi pariwisata yang ada di lingkungan Kecamatan Muara Gembong. Program pembangunan MCK/toilet juga berdampak kepada terbentuknya pola perilaku hidup yang sehat, dan meminimalkan pencemaran lingkungan yang sumbernya berasal dari air limbah manusia. Manfaat program memerlukan adanya tindakan yang berkesinambungan dari masyarakat. Seperti misalnya berupa sistem pengelolaan kebersihannya dan perawatannya.   Kata kunci: MCK/Toilet, Muara Gembong, Prasarana, Potensi Wisata

Abstract

The focus in this article is the development of a hydroponic vegetable business. The hydroponic system is well known by the public, in addition to the relatively easy system and application of this system, the grower does not interact with the soil, the hydroponic system is also one of the implementations of the agricultural intensification system. Because the planting rack can be made with a multilevel system, so that with a small area, it can produce quite a lot of plants. The problem faced by hydroponic farmers is the marketing system. Often hydroponic farmers with home scales still have difficulty in marketing their products, the problems are more or less as follows; 1) The operational cost of hydroponic plants is relatively expensive, this affects the selling price. While the general public at the vegetable craftsman only knows conventional vegetables, where the operational costs are relatively cheap and are sold at low prices. So often hydroponic vegetable products cannot compete in price. 2) The market for hydroponic vegetables is in supermarkets, but hydroponic farmers on a home scale with small and relatively unstable production capacity find it difficult to enter supermarkets. These two things are the basis of this writing, which is expected to be a reference for hydroponic farmers in order to optimize existing market opportunities.

Abstract

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

Abstract

Desa Mangunjaya is one of the tofu producers in Bekasi. Tofu is a soy-based food that is usually produced by household industries using traditional technology, which currently experiencing environmental problems with inadequate waste disposal. Production activities from the tofu industry will certainly produce solids and wastewater. These wastes can harm the environment. Tofu wastewater contains very high organic compounds and nutrients so that it can be recycled to produce other useful products. Therefore education was held for residents around the tofu factory regarding the utilization of tofu liquid waste into handicrafts by processing the liquid waste into nata de soya first. The method used in this education is to provide information and explain the stages of manufacturing. The purpose of education is to explain to residents so they can process tofu wastewater into goods that have a sale value, beside that residents can know the importance of processing waste so it does not cause environmental pollution. The result of education is that residents understand the use of tofu liquid waste and the program implemented has succeeded in achieving the expected goals.
