Abstract

During Soeharto’s adminitration which was called Orde Baru (New Orde) only five religions were admited by the government, they are Islam, Kristen Protestan, Kristen katolik, Hindu and Budha. But, since the era of the reformation in 1998, much faith has came up and developed in Indonesia, they are called “deviant” (aliran menyimpang). The existence of deviant in Indonesia, more due to different interpretations of the verses of the holy. It was also because the readings from different sources exegesis-commentaries. Efforts legal protection that has been done by the government in terms of addressing the emergence of deviant in Indonesia use two methods: by means of preventive and repressive.Keywords : Five Faith, Deviant.

Abstract

Election in Indonesia have been conducted since 1955 that continue in the new order era from 1971 until 1997, after the fall election the new order in the transition era of reform has been carried out 3 times, from 1999 to 2009. But until now, local issues did not really resonate despite the existence of this DPD caused united between national and local elections so that local issues covered by the dominance of national issues.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui arah politik hukum pemerintahan desa. Menggunakan pendekatan sejarah hukum dapat disimpulkan bahwa arah politik hukum pemerintahan desa dari tahun ke tahun telah menunjukkan kearah yang lebih baik. Sebagai bagian sistem pemerintahn terkecil desa telah memiliki peraturannya sendiri yaitu melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 72 Tahun 2005 tentang desa. Hal ini adalah sebagai dasar bahwa sistem organisasi desa langsung dibawah bupati atau walikota. Kata kunci : Politik Hukum dan Pemerintahan Desa

Abstract

The problem of the Covid-19 disease outbreak in Indonesia is of particular concern. This epidemic caused political and economic shocks to the state administration system. The problems that exist are related to the implementation of the Regional Head Election during the pandemic. This paper aims to find out the legal issues of regional head elections during a pandemic. The method used is the normative juridical method. The results of this paper show that the legal problem lies in the aspect of regulatory implementation. The government must continue to work hand in hand with handling the covid-19 outbreak and still prioritize the health of Indonesian citizens. Of course, the implementation of Regional Head Election does not violate the law based on Regulation in Lieu of Law No.2 of 2020 concerning the third amendment to Law No.1 of 2015 concerning Regional Head Election.

Abstract

General election is a mechanism that functions as a means of implementing principles of democracy. The election goes well, KPU is formed as independent and enduring institution that has authority to hold election such as presidential, legislation and regional head election. To hold elections, a KPU comissioner from the community was chosen through the formation selection team (Timsel) of an independent. The selection team (Timsel) also isn’t separable from elements of societis such as academics, community leaders and election experts. This research use of qualitative methode to expressing problems. Focus writer directed to social reality towards an object for study, so this research looked at individuas and social organization as part of a strength that can determine whether the candidate of KPU is selected or not. The result of the analysis shows that in the practice of election commisioners KPU are not only determined by personal abilities but also influenced by the ideology of community organizations in the selection team.Hence the composition of the number of selection teams from one community organization will affect the number of election candidate of the KPU commisioners who have the same ideology with one of these organization.
