Radin Inten II airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura 2 is one example of a company that offers its services in the field of aviation. To face the competition in the business environment services, airports are required to always improve the quality of care services by considering what the needs and expectations of service users. Problems in this study is: Does Quality Service Passenger Satisfaction Influences on RadinInten II Airport South Lampung? The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of quality of service to the airport passenger satisfaction In Radennten II South Lampung. Methods of data analysis in this study using simple linear regression. Based on test results obtained R² value of 0.380, which means that 38% of passenger satisfaction (Y) aircraft flight services are located in airports Radin Inten II influenced by the variable quality of service. While the remaining 62% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on test results obtained statistics is positive constant value of 2.858 states that if there is no activity of the independent variables (quality of service) which affect passenger satisfaction, the satisfaction of passengers is positive. X marked positive regression coefficient of 0.895 states that if the variable quality of service increased by 1 point, then the passenger satisfaction will be increased by 0.895 points. So it is suggested should aerodrome RadinInten II continues to improve the quality of services to improve passenger satisfaction. Things can be done by airports RadinInten II is to further improve the quality of services that focus on aspects of the airport authorities friendliness and speed of flight information to the passengers, so the aircraft passenger satisfaction has increased. In addition to safety from crime to passengers carried by road adds to the officer - security officer at the airport location and access road exit - entry airports.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of leaders in the environmental service of North Lampung regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a soft system methodology approach. The results of the study show that leaders have a very important role in improving discipline and employee morale, which is the ideal leader, namely a leader who is able to contribute positively in achieving the targets and goals of the organization. The role of the leader in improving employee discipline is carried out by providing positive education and leadership, implementing an ideal leadership style, making fair decisions, assertiveness and being consistent in applying disciplinary sanctions, strict supervision will be able to have a positive effect in increasing the role of leaders in shaping employees who have high discipline and also good morale so that they can improve the work performance of employees in the environmental service of North Lampung Regency. The recommendation is that the leader is expected to be able to increase knowledge as well as make improvements to the obstacles that arise regarding the condition of discipline and employee morale in order to improve the quality of employees so that they can make a positive contribution to organizational development, apart from that the results of this study can be a basic reference for leaders. in creating strategic policies for the benefit of the environmental service of North Lampung Regency.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the use of debt to the profitabilityof the company PT. Wahana AbadiRukun AgungSejahtera Bandar Lampung. The data used is afinancial data company balance sheet and income statement in 2008 until 2012, and then processedinto more specific data to make it easier to analyze. The analytical tool used in this research is asimple linear regression analysis model, used to see the connection between the use of debt as aindependent variable (X) with the profitability of the company as the dependent variable (Y), whichhypothesis that the use of debt has a positive effect on the profitability of the company.The regression equation obtained was Y = -10.806 + 0.166X, this shows that the positiveinfluence between the use of debt to the company's profitability. Based on hypothesis testing with thet-test obtained 17.107 as t count and 2,776 as t table. This means that Ho was reject and Ha wasaccept because -t table > -t count, t count>t table so it can be concluded that the effect of significantlybetween the use of debt to profitability

Job satisfaction and job motivation are directly related to staff performance. Job satisfactionand job motivation experienced by staff could reduce or increase staff performace. Staff who feelssatisfied with the job obtained will be motivated to increase his/her performace, consequently it willimpact on improving the company performance overall. This research was done at the Indonesiabased PT Bank BCA, Tbk . The aim of the research is to investigate the effect of staff performacerelation to the job satisfaction and job motivation. As independent variables are job satisfaction andjob motivation dependent variable is staff performance. Jumlah pengunjung Air Terjun Curup Jepun mengalami fluktuasi serta cenderung semakin tinggi. Melihat hal tersebut, Air Terjun Curup Jepun perlu menerima perhatian, sebab pengelola Air Terjun Curup Jepun masih menghadapi banyak kekurangan serta hambatan pada pengembangan pariwisata. Tujuan asal survei ialah untuk memilih taktik pengembangan wisata yang sempurna untuk Air Terjun Curup Jepun. Alat ukur yang dipergunakan pada survei ialah angket serta wawancara. Sesuai akibat analisis SWOT disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa taktik pembangunan bisa ditempuh oleh Air Terjun Curup Jepun, serta pemerintah mendukung kebijakan growth oriented strategy. Dimana Air Terjun Curup Jepun serta pemerintah bisa menyesuaikan diri menggunakan pertumbuhan lingkungan, contohnya perbaikan wahana serta prasarana Air Terjun Curup Jepun, serta pemerintah wajib bisa menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan lingkungan, contohnya menambah spot foto serta permainan khusus anak ataupun jalan masih pada renovasi serta akan segera dibangun untuk menuntaskan permainan anak.

Marketing strategy is a set of goals and objectives, policies and rules that give direction to the company's marketing efforts from time to time, at each level and its references and allocations, especially as the company's response to the changing environment and competitive conditions. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest at the Laksmi Kebaya store in Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis technique. The data collection method used is using observation and interviews. The benefit of this research is to add insight into the importance of understanding marketing concepts, as a reference in dealing with the same problem later and become important input for companies in knowing marketing strategies for consumer buying interest. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the strength factor analysis of the Laksmi Kebaya store has a score of 1.92 and the weakness factor has a score of 1.27, so that the total internal score of the company is 3.19 while the results of the opportunity factor of the Laksmi Kebaya shop have a score of 1. 58 and threats have a score of 1.37 so that the total score on external factors is 2.95. From the results of the analysis of these factors, the Laksmi Kebaya shop is in the first quadrant position, namely the Growth strategy (development strategy).

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Job Training on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung, the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung, the effect of Job Training & Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung. This research uses research by quantitative research and association approach. The source of the data obtained is raw data using the method of collecting observation data, research documents and questionnaires. The population in the research are all employees of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung a total of 45 people. The instrument requirements test used is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis testing refers to the t-test and...F-test. The results.....this research..shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Natafari Bandar Lampung, job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung, job training and work discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi motivasi kerja serta pelatihan SDM di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Sesuai observasi pada PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang kinerja sdm yang ada dikatakan kurang atau menurun, hal tadi dipicu oleh pandemi Covid-19 yg berlangsung serta mengakibatkan banyak sekali hal terhambat. Pelatihan/training sdm memastikan kinerja yg lebih baik. Survei ini dilakukan guna menganalisis motivasi karyawan serta training sdm selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penulis menggunakan survei kerja lapangan dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. kesimpulan survei ini ialah motivasi kerja pegawai yg ada pada masa pandemi COVID-19 telah ada, tetapi perlu pembenahan serta training sdm yang dilakukan belum efektif karena ini dilakukan secara online serta training dilakukan menggunakan metode latihan on the job
