Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the competence and workload of human resources partially and simultaneously on the quality of the audit results of village funds at the Inspectorate of North Lampung Regency. The respondents of this study were 75 of 76 employees at the Inspectorate of North Lampung Regency. The data collection method used in this study was carried out with the main/principal method and supporting methods. The main method uses a questionnaire, while the supporting method uses interviews and documentation. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software analysis tools. The results show that the independent variable is competence (X1). significant effect on the variable depending on the quality of audit results, workload (X2) has no significant effect on the audit quality variable, and competence and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of audit results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian tersebut yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara    perubahan toko kelontong konvensional milik Ibu Tata menjadi Sampoerna   Retail Community (SRC). Mengetahui fitur aplikasi yang diberikan oleh PT   HM Sampoerna kepada para toko retail dalam menarik masyarakat untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari dan mempermudah dalam melayani pelanggan sehingga Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) Tata dapat bersaing dengan   para UMKM lainnya dalam menggerakkan perekonomian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan memilih Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) Tata dan 3 informan yang dianggap memiliki pendapat serta informasi mengenai Transformasi Toko Kelontong Konvensional Menjadi Toko Kelontong Masa Kini Pada SRC Tata di   Bandar Lampung. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa: Dokumentasi dan Wawancara secara mendalam dengan sumber informan. Hasil dari Penelitian tersebut  menunjukkan bahwa Transformasi ke Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) memiliki 2 Opsi yaitu melalui pihak PT HM Sampoerna yang dalam seminggu adanya kunjungan ke toko dan mengirim email ke csayosrc@src.idkemudian akan dilakukan penandatanganan persetujuan dan survey untuk penataan toko secara langsung. Adanya aplikasi    untuk mempermudah pemilik toko dalam melayani pelanggan seperti: Ayo    SRC Toko, Ayo SRC Kelontong, Ayo Kasir dan Pojok Bayar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the business rencanaes that can be done to increase the competitiveness of the Convection Djayit Business in Bandar Lampung. The population of this research is Djayit Konveksi with competitors, namely Adeeva Konveksi, and Sunyin Konveksi. The sample in the study was the whole population, namely 3 respondents.Sources of data are interview techniques and questionnaires to Djayit Konveksi in Bandar Lampung and competitors. The data collection method is primary data which is done by means of observation, documentation study and questionnaire. The method of analysis uses a SWOT analysis. The results of the cartesius diagram research, where Djayit Convection is in quadrant I, then the business strategy that can be implemented is the generic strategy. The rencanaes that can be carried out are: Low Cost Rencanaes (cost leadership), Differentiation Rencanaes, and Focus Rencanaes (focus)Keywords: Competitiveness and Business Strategy.

Abstract

Abstract Discipline factor plays a very important role in the implementation of employee work. Discipline enforcement itself affects the behavior of each employee. An employee who has a high level of discipline will continue to work well even without being supervised by superiors. A disciplined employee will not steal work time to do other things that have nothing to do with work. Likewise, employees who have discipline will obey the existing regulations in the work environment with high awareness without any sense of coercion. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a soft system methodology approach. Soft system methodology is a research process which in its implementation uses a systems thinking approach. The results of the research are that the employee discipline is not yet optimal, such as violations of the provisions of working hours, the low sense of devotion, awareness and responsibility for official duties, the provision of services to the community that is still not optimal, the use of uniforms that are not in place, violations of disciplinary regulations The current work culture has not shown anything positive in improving employee performance, such as: Lack of communication between employees with superiors and fellow coworkers, there are still employees who are impolite towards fellow employees and superiors, Lack of leadership role in providing encouragement and employee motivation, the implementation of the organization's vision and mission has not been maximized. The recommendation is that the researcher hopes that the research results can be useful for researchers to add scientific insight to researchers regarding human resource management related to the application of discipline and an ideal work culture to improve employee performance. Then it is expected to be a material for consideration and evaluation for the Branch Office of the Regional 5 Education Office of the Lampung Province in implementing discipline and an ideal work culture for its employees by carrying out a series of appropriate and effective policies and decisions. Keywords: Discipline, Work Culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differences (independent variable) on what (dependent variable). The higher the quality of service provided by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Panjang, the more satisfied the customers will be. The work environment can also affect customer satisfaction, so it is important to ensure that the conditions in the port work environment are good. The sample uses 100% of the population. Multiple linear regression analysis is a way to analyze data using the method, testing this hypothesis refers to testing (t) and testing (f). The results of this study indicate that good service makes the customers of the Mutiara Berkah 1 ship happy, and a good working environment makes the customers of the Mutiara Berkah 1 ship feel happy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profitabilitas usaha sentra keripik pisang di daerah Bandar lampung. Usaha Mikro adalah usaha produktif milik perorang dan/atau badan usaha perseorangan yang pada umumnya berupa sektor informal. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini disebut dengan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMK berupa sentra keripik pisang yang berada di Jalan Pagar Alam Desa Segala Mider, Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kotamadya Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diketahui bahwa sebagian besar usaha di sentra keripik (47%) menghasilkan keripik antara 12 s.d. 199 kg per minggu, 44% menghasilkan keripik antara 200 s.d. 414 kg per minggu, dan hanya 9% atau 3 unit usaha saja yang menghasilkan keripik antara 415 s.d. 3.036 kg per minggu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, peneliti menyarankan agar Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung perlu mengupayakan untuk meningkatkan pembinaannya terhadap para pengusaha UMK, khususnya pada sentra keripik pisang.The aims of this study is to determine the business profitability of centers MSE Banana chips located in Bandar Lampung. Micro is a productive enterprise belonging to individual and /or individual entity that is generally in the form of the informal sector. Furthermore, in this study referred to the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). The research was conducted in the form of centers MSE banana chips located in Jalan Desa All mider strapless Pagar Alam, District Municipality of West Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung. Based on the preliminary observations in mind that most of the businesses in the center of crisps (47%) yield of chips between 12 sd 199 kg per week, 44% yield of chips between 200 sd 414 kg per week, and only 9% or 3 business unit that produces between 415 sd chips 3036 kg per week. Based on the analysis, the researchers suggested that the Government should seek Bandar Lampung to increase fostering the MSE entrepreneurs, especially in the center of banana chips.
