Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran Kepuasan Kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan rumah sakit. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan medis dan non medis RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. 150 responden digunakan sebagai sampel. Peran mediasi akan diuji dengan membandingkan pengaruh langsung Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan memasukkan variabel Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel bebas. Pengujian menggunakan analisis Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika variabel Kepuasan Kerja ikut dimasukkan sebagai variabel bebas, maka pengaruh variabel Stres Kerja yang tadinya signifikan tetap menjadi signifikan tetapi mengalami penurunan besaran pengaruh dan nilai signifikansi. Adanya penurunan nilai koefisien B dari 0,221 menjadi 0,191 dan nilai signifikansi yang semula signifikan sebesar 0,000 menjadi 0,001 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas kerja Karyawan RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Abstract

The increase in the value of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia is accelerating, rising from IDR 205.5 trillion in 2019 to IDR 487.01 trillion in 2024. This phenomenon reflects the increasing public interest in online shopping, people tend to make purchases online more often than they shop directly on the spot. Shopee as one of the e-commerce in Indonesia based on data from Semrus is in the top 10 websites with the most visitors in Indonesia in 2024. The ease of access to e-commerce that provides information on goods, shopping facilities, and online payments has encouraged the emergence of the impulse buying phenomenon. This study examines the influence of sales promotion, hedonic shopping motivation, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta with a sample of 200 respondents. The sample method uses purposive sampling with the criterion that respondents must have an application and a Shopee account and make at least 1x purchases within the past month. Data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed using google form. Validity test using Pearson Product Moment and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the study showed that only hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying, while sales promotion did not have a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) Unit is a unit of PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia which is tasked with supervising and ensuring that airport facilities are functioning properly and ready for use. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 41 of 2023 concerning Airport Service Standards carried out by Terminal Inspection Service at Banyuwangi Airport, especially in terms of facility services during the passenger departure and arrival process, services for comfort facilities, and services for value-added facilities. The airport facility supervision system carried out by TIS refers to the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 41 of 2023 concerning Airport Services, this regulation is effective from August 7, 2023. Supervision of airport facilities is carried out periodically every day to ensure that the facilities are functioning properly and are safe to use, this is based on the principle of zero accident which is the basic principle of airport management. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data obtained from filling out a daily checklist for 1 month in August 2024.
