Abstract

One of the Muslim fashion outlets in Lahat City which was founded in 2020 that provides adult Muslim clothing, namely the Syar'i HAZA Boutique, which is here to meet the needs of the city of Lahat for Muslim fashion. The method used in this research is descriptive method,which is a problem solving by describing, interpreting and analyzing the data so that it can find the objective of the discussion effectively. Also using quantitative analysis, namely using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedesity test. As for the population, as many as 300 consumers and the sample taken was 75 people. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Based on the t value of Variable Price with t count> from t table or 5,503> 2,000, then H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted, Location Variable with t count> from t table or 4,573> 2,000, then H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted.From the results of the hypothesis test in the study, the decision taken is that H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted, meaning that together the variables X1 and X2 The location as a whole has a significant effect on the variable (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode desktriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang disebar secara acak kepada pelanggan Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,273 dan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,612. Simpulan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, variabel kepuasan pelanggan bersifat paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumer buying interest at the Rabbani Bandar Agung Lahat outlet. The sampling technique used in this study is incidental sampling. Then the analysis was carried out using the T test, and the F test. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was: Y=3.879 +0.514 X_1 +0.687 X_(2 )+e. Store atmosphere variable with t count > from t table or 2,537 > 1,960, and location variable with t count > from t table or 3,497 > 1,960. The calculated F value is 126,504, so the calculated F value > F table. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the store atmosphere variable, the location variable, and both of them together on the consumer buying interest variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial incentives on employee motivation, and the effect of financial and non-financial incentives simultaneously on CV. Sinar Telekom Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 47 respondents who were distributed to employees of CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat Regency. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and average difference test. The results showed that financial incentives had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. This can be seen from the t count > t table (4.793 > 2.015). Non-financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation, this can be seen from the t count > t table (2.356 > 2.015). And financial incentives and non-financial incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. This can be seen from the calculated F value > F table (44.227 > 3.23) and the significance value < significance level (α) 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). In conclusion, financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Non-financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Financial incentives and non-financial incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.
