Abstract

Abstract-  This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on the sales level of Pizza Hut in the Covid-19 era. This research is a basic research to fill the research gap in sales level studies. two hypotheses and tested using data collected from 150 respondents of pizza hut customers. This research is driven by the Covid-19 pandemic which has brought a downturn for companies in marketing products produced by these companies, especially companies in the field of food and beverage. Researchers use quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze how much influence the independent variables interact with. dependent variable. Researchers found that the variable that had the most significant influence on Pizza Hut sales in the Covid-19 era was promotion. The decline in Pizza Hut prices did have an effect on the increase in Pizza Hut sales but the effect was not too significant. This is due to the intense price competition to attract consumers' attention in this pandemic. Thus, it is evident that the Pizza Hut promotion strategy by attracting public sympathy can increase sales in the Covid-19 era.Keywords: price, promotion, sales level, covid-19

Abstract

This research is a research that takes processed food products made from tempeh which are introduced in the community as the object of research. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling using a questionnaire containing a hedonic test and a hedonic quality test through the Friedman test. Respondents from this study were 56 consumer panelists which is public societyThe results of this study are based on the fried test, it can be seen the level of panelists' preference for processed tempe products based on aspects that have been determined by the researcher. From the aspect of aroma, processed tempe products in the form of hot pudding are preferred. From the aspect of taste, processed tempe products in the form of tempeh pancakes are preferred by the panelists. From the aspect of texture, processed tempe products in the form of croffles are preferred by the panelists. And from the aspect of appearance, processed tempe products in the form of tempeh pancakes are preferred by the panelists. In general, tempeh creativity products are accepted both in terms of taste, aroma, texture, and appearance. However, the average results given by the panelists are based on the fried test or rating test for a product where the aroma, taste, texture and testing are different in each aspect,where the results of the assessment given by the panelists are influenced by the panelists' thoughts about aroma, taste, texture and appearance by the food of croffles, pizza, burgers, hot puddings, and pancakes that were created before this tempeh processed product existed. So that the taste, aroma, texture and appearance displayed by this tempe processed product were strange for some panelists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya istilah-istilah baru yang muncul dalam praktek peradilan pidana seiring berkembangnya zaman. khususnya pada alat-alat bukti yang dipergunakan untuk membuktikan suatu tindak pidana di persidangan. Adapun istilah baru yang muncul tersebut adalah saksi mahkota dan justice collaborator. Tulisan ini akan memberikan gambaran mengenai saksi mahkota, justice collaborator, perbedaan antara keduanya serta bagaimana penerapannya pada salah satu kasus pidana yaitu perkara Richard Eliezer. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa saksi mahkota dan justice collaborator pada prinsipnya memiliki persamaan yaitu untuk mengungkap suatu tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh lebih dari 1 (satu) orang, di lain sisi saksi mahkota dan justice collaborator juga memiliki perbedaan yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa kriteria antara lain dari segi status saat memberikan keterangan, dari segi tindak pidana serta dari segi inisiatif untuk memberikan keterangan. Selain itu, pada kasus Richard Eliezer yang diterapkan bukanlah keterangan sebagai saksi mahkota melainkan sebagai seorang justice collaborator.

Abstract

Seorang anak yang lahir dari Perkawinan siri maka anak tersebut akan dikatakan sebagai anak luar kawin dan perlu adanya pembuktian sesuai dengan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pembuktian dan hak anak yang lahir dalam perkawinan siri melalui Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 dan Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data informasi diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan (wawancara). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan status perkawinan siri menurut undang-undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam adalah sah jika mengacu pada keabsahan perkawinan secara hukum agama masing-masing dan memperhatikan syarat dan rukun perkawinan. Dalam hal ayah tidak mau melakukan pembuktian sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 maka hakim akan memeriksa kembali pada alat bukti lain yang sah menurut hukum dalam persidangan.
