Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of  compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees. the sample consists of 162 millennial respondents aged 26 to 41 years who have worked for at least one year. the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) and data collection using a google forms questionnaire. the results of this study indicate that compensation has no significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, and job satisfaction has been shown to have a a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees.Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, Millennial, Work EnvironmentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial. Sampel terdiri dari 162 responden milenial berusia 26 hingga 41 tahun yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner google forms. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial, dan kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Milenial
