Abstract

AbtractEquivalence education package C program is education that takes place outside the school system, but the competence of graduates is considered equivalent to the competency of formal education graduates. This program is for high school students in the city of Surabaya who dropped out of school due to social, economic, time, opportunity and geographic limitations who cannot concentrate in a busy school environment, as well as home schooling students. This procurement aims to provide assistance in starting an entrepreneur, providing supporting facilities to produce products and training in making online media and social media to market products. This activity is carried out twice as the first implementation, focused on making business proposals students are encouraged to make starting from the title, introduction (business background), marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place), SWOT analysis (strengths, weakness, opportunity, thread), calculation of budget costs, market potential and profits and documentation. In the implementation of the two PKBM students, a business proposal presentation competition and social media competition were held. In the percentage of business proposals and proposals, the criteria for evaluating PKBM percentages and business proposals consist of business percentages, creativity, preparation of budget calculations, program potential: market opportunities and potential profitability. In social media evaluation, PKBM social media evaluation criteria consist of the most likes on social media on instagram and the best caption.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Work Life Balance, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This study uses employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable and this study uses work life balance (X1), work discipline (X2), work motivation (X3) as independent. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. Star Concord Indonesia Surabaya branch. The sampling technique to be used is simple probability sampling. The sample consisted of 50 employees aged 24-40 years and a minimum of one year of service. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Warp PLS 8.0. The results of the study show that work life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has no effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of  compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees. the sample consists of 162 millennial respondents aged 26 to 41 years who have worked for at least one year. the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) and data collection using a google forms questionnaire. the results of this study indicate that compensation has no significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, and job satisfaction has been shown to have a a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees.Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, Millennial, Work EnvironmentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi milenial. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Trans Pacific Petrochrmical Indotama di Tuban Jawa Timur. Sampel terdiri dari 70 responden karyawan PT Trans Pacific-Petrochrmical Indotama di Tuban, Jawa Timur, berusia 19-50 tahun dan memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling karena hanya diambil sebagian karyawan PT Trans Pacific-Petrochrmical Indotama di Tuban, Jawa Timur. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) pada Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk hardcopy. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principals' technology leadership on teachers' technology integration and the moderating role of government ICT policy in all public junior high schools in Surabaya in the new normal era. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, including 25 principals and 75 teachers from State Junior High Schools in Surabaya with high technology implementation. The data in this study were successfully collected through questionnaires. All collected data will be processed using the PLS-SEM method in the SmartPLS 3.0 software by setting a significance level of 5%. The results indicate that technology leadership positively and significantly affects teachers' technology integration. Further, the results show the role of government ICT policy, which has been proven to strengthen the positive influence of technology leadership on teachers’ technology integration.
