Abstract

Desa Banyuurip, kecamatan Kedamean, kabupaten Gresik, mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan penjual bunga serta tanaman hias. Dusun Miru dan Dusun Pendem di Desa Banyuurip terkenal dengan tanaman hias berkualitas ekspor. Sebagian stand bunga di Desa Banyuurip juga menawarkan jasa pembuatan taman di kota-kota sekitar. Melihat pertumbuhan yang baik dalam hal pertanian bunga dan tanaman hias maka membuka peluang bagi Desa Banyuurip untuk menjadi kampung wisata bunga di kabupaten Gresik. Dengan begitu banyaknya stand bunga di Desa Banyuurip menyebabkan banyak limbah sampah organik berupa daun-daun kering dan tanaman bunga yang telah layu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang layout fasilitas pengolahan limbah sampah organik menggunakan metode Systematic Layout Planning. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan lima stasiun kerja yang dirancang antara lain tempat penampungan sampah dengan luas 3,75 m2, stasiun kerja pencacahan sampah dengan luas 5 m2, stasiun kerja pemrosesan fermentasi dengan luas 18 m2, stasiun kerja penyaringan pupuk dengan luas 10 m2, dan stasiun kerja pengemasan pupuk dengan luas 5 m2.

Abstract

As the Covid-19 case decreases in Gresik Regency, tourism destination have begun to open, including the Sunan Giri Religious tourism. By the opening of these tourism destination, the opportunity for small and medium industry to resell their products is widely opened. To increase sales, especially food as souvenirs or consumed on the spot, it is necessary to do research to find out what factors influence consumer decisions in buying food. This study aims to determine the variables that influence the decision of tourists to buy food at the religious tourism object of Giri Village. The hypothesis that the consumer's decision to buy food (Y) is influenced by price, product, place of sale and promotion (X1, X2, X3, X4), and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression. The method used to obtain information from respondents is in the form of a questionnaire. The instrument test was carried out to measure the validity and consistency of the questionnaire, the results were that all indicator variables were valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination in the multiple linear test is 0.864 which can be interpreted that the independent variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 have a contribution effect of 86.4% to the Y variable, and the other 13.6% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied. . Simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test resulted in the conclusion that the price, product, place of sale, and promotion variables together had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the promotion variable partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Kesulitan keuangan (financial distress) adalah sebuah tahapan yang akan dilalui oleh sebuah perusahaan sebelum mengalami kebangkrutan. Dengan alasan tersebut maka kemampuan untuk memprediksi kesulitan keuangan dapat menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan maupun investor. Penelitian mengenai financial distress sudah dimulai dari penelitian Altman pada tahun 1968 menggunakan metode Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA). Dimulai dari penelitian Altman, muncul penelitian-penelitian lainnya menggunakan pengembangan metode statistik, seperti Logistic Regression. Dari metode statistik kemudian berkembang dengan munculnya penelitian-penelitian menggunakan metode-metode kecerdasan buatan, serta algoritma evolusi untuk berusaha mendapatkan model prediksi financial distress yang akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan tingkat akurasi dari model prediksi financial distress perusahaan manufaktur terbuka pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia menggunakan metode kecerdasan buatan serta algoritma evolusi. Metode yang digunakan untuk metode kecerdasan buatan adalah metode Support Vector Machines dan untuk model algoritma evolusi menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machines. Tingkat akurasi dari masing-masing metode akan diukur dari prosentase misklasifikasi terkecil yang dihasilkan. Dari pengujian model menggunakan metode Support Vector Machines, didapatkan tingkat misklasifikasi terkecil sebesar 11,11% dengan menggunakan Kernel Linear dan untuk metode Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machines, didapatkan tingkat misklasifikasi terkecil sebesar 5,56% dengan menggunakan Kernel RBF, ? = 2.

Abstract

The existence of Sunan Giri's grave in Gresik Regency is a blessing for the surrounding community. The community's economy is lifted and various products are marketed. The tourists in addition to pilgrimages usually also buy souvenirs in the form of food or non-food. The COVID-19 pandemic and Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused tourist attractions to be closed, including the religious tourist site of Sunan Giri's cemetary. Business actors were very hit because their products were not absorbed by the market, for that research was conducted to determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in buying products, especially non-food products such as knitting, clothing, hijab, accessories and others at the Sunan Giri tourist attraction. Based on the research results, the factors that influence tourists' decisions to buy non-food products as souvenirs can be explained by the Multiple Linear Regression model Y=0.046 +1.006X1 + 0.019 X2 + 0.539 X3 + 0.246X4. The coefficient of determination is 91.7%, indicating the simultaneous influence of the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion, contributes to the dependent variable of purchasing decisions, while 8.3% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied. Based on the F test the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions and the results of the t test show that each independent variable of price, product, place of sale and promotion has a partial effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions.AbstraKKeberadaan makam Sunan Giri di Kabupaten Gresik  menjadi berkah bagi masyarakat sekitar. Perekonomian masyarakat  terangkat dan beraneka  produk dipasarkan. Para  wisatawan disamping ziarah biasanya juga membeli oleh-oleh baik berupa makanan atau non makanan. Pandemi covid 19 dan aturan PPKM yang  ketat menyebabkan tempat-tempat wisata ditutup termasuk tempat wisata religi makam Sunan Giri. Pelaku usaha sangat terpukul karena produknya tidak terserap pasar, untuk itu penelitian  dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam membeli produk khususnya non makanan seperti rajut, pakaian, hijab, asesoris dan lain-lain di objek wisata Sunan Giri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan untuk membeli produk non makanan sebagai oleh-oleh dapat dijelaskan dengan model Regresi Linier Berganda Y=0,046 +1,006X1 + 0,019 X2 + 0,539 X3 + 0,246X4. Nilai kaefisien Determinasi  91,7 %, menunjukan besar pengaruh serentak variabel  bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sedangkan 8,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel bebas yang diteliti. Berdasarkan uji F  variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian dan hasil  uji t menunjukan masing-masing variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   berpengaruh secara parsial dengan variabel terikat keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Purpose: Wonomerto Village is a durian and milk-producing village; besides, the majority of the people work as rice farmers. Durian and milk are a side business that is used as additional income during the waiting period for harvest. The price is quite low than the price of durian or milk in cities. This is a problem for the government who wants to raise the village's natural products as a potential business to support the tourism program of the City of Jombang. Method: A 4-stage work program was compiled to solve the problems of Wonomerto Village partners, namely socialization, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The implementation of partnerships in the field of entrepreneurship in the form of processing milk production, durian, as well as online packaging and marketing techniques by utilizing a mini studio made from affordable materials to penetrate the online market. Results: The results of this training program are that the community is able to make various processed products with added value, such as milk candy, fresh milk variants, durian pies, and durian milk cakes with attractive packaging to be marketed in various tourist attractions in Jombang. Conclusions: This training has a positive impact in increasing understanding of innovation and technology by 70% as well as interest in innovation for increasing the existence of the creative industry in Wonomerto Village. Abstract

ABSTRAK UD. Suwarlandono ialah perusahaan yang berkecimpung pada sektor pembuatan tas fashion yang berada di Kec. Tanggulangin, Kab. Sidoarjo. Pendistribusian barang dilakukan menggunakan armada milik pribadi dengan tujuan pengiriman yang tersebar di Wilayah Surabaya, Sidoarjo, dan Malang. Namun ditengah proses pengiriman tersebut dapat dikatakan tidak efektif bahkan cenderung mengakibatkan pemborosan biaya, karena setiap armada yang digunakan pada saat setelah melakukan pengiriman di lokasi kedua selalu kembali ke gudang untuk mengambil barang dan dikirimkan menuju lokasi distributor selanjutnya. Hal ini disebabkan pihak perusahaan masih belum bisa memaksimalkan kapasitas armada dan tidak memiliki system pengiriman yang baik, di studi ini penulis menjalankan penetapan rute memanfaatkan pendekatan Algoritma Sweep guna mengcluster semua distributor lalu menciptakan rute melalui capaian cluster itu guna mencari jumlah jarak minimal dan selanjutnya memanfaatkan model matematis mempergunakan konsep Mixed Integer Linear Programming mempergunakan software Lingo 13.0 x64. Sesuai capaian olah data didapat hasil rute yang optimal dengan menghemat jarak sebesar 27% yaitu 233 km dan biaya sebesar 11%  yaitu Rp 217.250ABSTRACTUD. Suwarlandono is a company engaged in the manufacture of fashion bags located in the district. Tanggulangin, Kab. Sidoarjo. The distribution of goods is carried out using privately owned fleets with the aim of sending them to the Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Malang areas. However, in the midst of the delivery process, it can be said to be ineffective and even tend to result in wasted costs, because every fleet used after making a delivery at the second location always returns to the warehouse to pick up goods and send it to the next distributor location. This is because the company still has not been able to maximize fleet capacity and does not have a good delivery system, in this research the authors determined the route using the Sweep Algorithm approach to cluster all distributors and then create a route through the yield of the cluster to find the minimum total distance and then use mathematical model with the concept of Mixed Integer Linear Programming using Lingo 13.0 x64 software. Based on yield, the optimal route results by saving the distance by 27%, which is 233 km and costs by 11%, which is Rp. 217,250.

Abstract

PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya is a manufacturing company engaged in the plastic sack manufacturing industry. The company uses Lohia 1 machines (Lohia 1 Extruder and Winder Machines) in producing semi-finished products, namely plastic yarn as the main ingredient for making plastic sacks. This Lohia 1 engine has different types of defects, which causes defects and production results that are not on target. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement method to determine the extent of performance, as well as the quality of a machine or equipment. OEE is known as one of the implementations of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Measuring the level of performance effectiveness of the Lohia 1 engine at PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya in the period February 2022 to March 2022 the results obtained were somewhat inadequate according to the JIPM (Japan Institute Of Plant Maintenance) standard with a standard of 85%, while the effectiveness of the Lohia 1 engine, namely for February 2022 was 23% and March 2022 by 33%. So, the OEE percentage value is still below 85%

Abstract

PT Pelindo (Persero) branch of Tanjung Perak, the Jamrud Terminal division is a subsidiary of BUMN PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero). This company has the duty to regulate and manage port business entities in the field of multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia. In the process of loading and unloading services, problems are found, namely the length of the loading and unloading process which causes long waiting times. Ships waiting in line to get loading and unloading services can wait a maximum of about 138 hours, which can then get services for the loading and unloading process. There were long queues from 15 October to 21 October with 9-13 ships waiting to be served. The purpose of this research is to find out the average length of ship service time and to reduce ship waiting time. The intended target or scope is the North Jamrud and West Jamrud terminal divisions which are used for international loading and unloading. The method used to solve this problem is a discrete simulation method using the Arena software. Number out results were obtained from the Arena software simulation in the initial scenario of 39 ships. Several repair scenarios were carried out and the best repair scenario was obtained, namely the 3rd repair by adding 3 servers and obtaining a number out of 40 ships

Abstract

PT, Grafika Prima, is a company engaged in the packaging product. Established since 2018 and has a total of 90 customers. PT. Grafika Prima requires suppliers who always meet the needs of raw materials according to the company's criteria. This manufacturing industry uses cardboard as its main raw material. PT. Grafika Prima is experiencing struggles in determining suppliers of raw materials according to the company's criteria. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a suitable method in solving problems faced by companies because it relates to rank criteria based on weight values. Software of Expert Choice 11 which is useful in weighting values. Thus, the results of the criteria prioritized by the company are Flexibility criteria with the highest weight value of (0.35), quality (0.28), delivery (0.14), service (0.12), and price (0.07 ). Meanwhile, suppliers who are able to meet the company's needs based on the calculation of the highest criteria and sub-criteria are PT Naga Putra Packindo with a weight value of (0.160), PT Rapipack Asritama (0.140), PT Makmoor Jaya Usaha (0.1380), PT Prima Ptr (0.131) , UD Restu Abadie (0.1220), PT Karya Kartoon (0.110), PT Andalan Ajas Pratama (0.100), and CV Berkat Marya (0.070).
