Abstract

This research is a study of "Adab Using Tanjak". This research was conducted at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences and the Faculty of Law at the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze so that it can be understood as well as teaching material for Malay culture courses. With the expectation when teaching Malay cultural subjects it is not wrong to teach students.

Abstract

Deklamasi Puisi comes from the Latin 'declare or declaim' which means reading the work in the form of poetry or rhymes accompanied by gestures and songs. Devoting poetry or short story has the meaning of reading. Reading poetry is a form of appreciation and artistic expression. This service activity is held for students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah. Riau Province Government Requires this Reformation has proclaimed to foster and develop Malay culture and Malay culture (BMR) This activity to be held is to improve the ability to recite poetry which is expected to help students at SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah to interpret/understand, train and practice good poetry reading, so that students at SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah, with The arrival of the service team from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Lancang Kuning University is expected to help the school and especially the students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah to get to know Riau Malay Culture, especially the ability to pronounce.

Abstract

Berdasarkan sumber sejarah, pemakaian atau pengunaan Bahasa Melayu sebagai Lingua Franca sudah di mulai pada masa Kerajaan Melayu dan Kerajaan Sriwijaya dari Abad ke-7 sampai Abad ke-13. Kemudian, pusat pengembangan Bahasa Melayu mengalami beberapa kali perpindahan, yaitu : Kerajaan Tumasik (Singapura), Kerajaan Malaka, Kerajaan Melayu Johor Riau, dan Kerajaan Melayu Riau Lingga. Pada masa Kerajaan Riau Lingga, pusat pengembangan Bahasa Melayu dibina oleh Raja Ali Haji bersama kawan-kawannya sehingga Bahasa Melayu Riau menjadi bahasa Standar. Kemudian, pada Kongres Pemuda Pertama (30 April-2  Mei 1926), M.Tabrani mengusulkan agar  Bahasa Melayu dijadikan “Bahasa Persatuan” yang kemudian disebut “Bahasa Indonesia”. Maka, 2 Mei 1926 ditetapkan sebagai hari lahirnya  Bahasa Indonesia dan di kukuhkan pada kongres Pemuda yang Kedua yang berlansung dari tanggal 27 sampai 28 Oktober 1928. Kini, Bahasa Indonesia direncanakan sebagai Bahasa ke-7 di Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa (PBB) pada tahun 2045.Kata kunci: Asal, Usul ,Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Gurindam Dua Belas is a literary work created by Raja Ali Haji, a writer from the Riau archipelago. This literary work is in the ancient Malay language with the characteristic of many Sufism terms, figurative words and metaphors. The contents of Gurindam Dua Belas contain advice and advice on religious life, the obligations of kings, the characteristics of society, as well as the obligations of parents to children and children's obligations to parents. The participants in this service activity were students of Perhentian Raja 1 Public High School. This activity is really needed by the Provincial Government of Riau in this Reform era to foster and develop Malay culture and Malay culture (BMR). The activities held aim to improve the ability to read and understand Gurindam Dua Belas, and are expected to help students at SMA Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja to interpret/understand, train and practice how to read Gurindam Dua Belas properly. The arrival of the service team from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Lancang Kuning University is expected to be able to help the school and especially Perhentian Raja 1 Public High School students to get to know Riau Malay Culture, especially to increase the ability to read and understand Gurindam Dua Belas by Raja Ali Haji.

Abstract

Syair Khadamuddin is a literary work created by Aisyah Sulaiman Riau, a writer from the Riau archipelago. This literary work in ancient Malay, Syair Khadamuddin, tells the attitude and outlook on life as well as the loyalty of a wife to her husband. Syair Khadamuddin tells the story of the struggle of a woman named Siti Sabariah in realizing her loyalty as a wife who awaits the return of her husband, named merchant Khadamuddin. This service activity was held for PGRI High School students in Bukit Raya District, this activity is really needed by the Riau Provincial Government in the Reformation era, which has planned to foster and develop Malay culture and Malay culture (BMR). The arrival of the service team from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Lancang Kuning University is expected to be able to help the school and especially the PGRI Pekanbaru City High School students to get to know Riau Malay Culture, especially to improve their ability to read and understand Syair Khadamuddin by Aisyah Sulaiman Riau.
