Abstract

XYZ Group in running business have been several problems that is in the  marketing of products not yet doing activity promotions, weakening the number of requests, well as the quality of a product produced less good. This research aims to obtain the weighting of every factor which are under consideration, to know the position of the company, and provide suggestions for marketing strategies that can did be company. The see problems happen, we need marketing strategies by using the method Analytical Hie-rarchy Proses (AHP) and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Based on weighting 7P using method AHP obtained product weight  as much as 12.44%, promotion of 17.90%, price of 9.93%, place of 15.82%, people of 15.63%, process of 13.45%, and physical evidence of 14, 83%. In matrix SWOT known kuadran-III the company are in a meeting between IFAS at the point -0,05 and EFAS at the point 0,49. It means , the company had a great opportunity that the market high, but still have obstacles where which is still using a simple production equipment. Alternative strategy that can be carried out is to ensure the quality of the product, increase production facilities, improve the distribution of the product, and make use of the printed media and sosial media for promotion activity

Abstract

PT. Asia Forestama Raya (AFR) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi plywood (kayu lapis). Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi perusahaan antara lain, keterlambatan bahan baku, jumlah bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan, dan keterlambatan pengiriman produk. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di sepanjang aliran supply chain perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja aliran supply chain menggunakan metode Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi matrik SCOR, verifikasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner indikator, perhitungan nilai normalisasi (skor), pembobotan KPI menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner AHP. Nilai kinerja aliran supply chain yang didapatkan adalah 73,33 dengan kategori Good, dimana kinerja terendah terdapat pada proses source yaitu 69,29 dengan kategori Average.  Kata Kunci: AHP, Kinerja Supply chain, Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR)

Abstract

Permintaan akan bahan bakar terus meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu, namun ketersediaannya semakin terbatas. Selain itu, meningkatnya jumlah limbah plastik di lingkungan masyarakat menjadi masalah yang semakin mendesak. Salah satu solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah dengan mengubah limbah plastik menjadi bahan bakar melalui metode pirolisis plastik, sebuah pendekatan yang relatif sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat atau perangkat yang mampu mengubah sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak melalui proses pirolisis. Jenis plastik yang digunakan termasuk PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), dan PP (Polypropylene). Pendekatan penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, eksperimen, dan pengamatan terkait pengembangan alat destilasi untuk pengolahan sampah plastik. Desain alat yang terpilih mencakup satu tabung reaktor sebagai tempat pemanasan sampah plastik, dilengkapi dengan pipa aliran uap dan dua tabung kondensor yang berfungsi untuk mengkondensasikan sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan desain yang tepat menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan alat destilasi. Proses konversi plastik menjadi minyak melalui metode pirolisis biasanya dilakukan pada suhu antara 200°C hingga 500°C. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan termasuk peningkatan suhu operasional alat destilasi dan penggunaan desain tungku yang dirancang khusus untuk menjaga stabilitas api meskipun terkena angin.

Abstract

Cement is an important main ingredient to construct a building. The large demand for cement in Indonesia made cement companies competed each other to attract consumers. PT Semen X is one of the well-known cementproducers in X City. This company sells some variant of cement, one of them is cement X. Nevertheless, sales of cement X is stilll under the forecast set by the company. This study aims to understand the factors that influence cement sales and take a policy to increase sales of cement X in the X City area. Calculations are carried out using a dynamic system method. The simulation was designed for 12 months in 2019. Based on the results of the dynamic system design, it was found that the sales and income of PT. Semen X increases every month. Furthermore, two scenarios are designed to increase sales and revenue of PT. Semen X. According to the simulation results, the first scenario was chosen, namely the addition of online promotion variables affected the value of the promotion of cement products X. This will give a significant influence on the sales and incomeof PT. Sement X.

Abstract

UKM Kalamai Uni War is a SME produced food products kalamai. Problem faced in this SME is the delay of raw materials from supplier Therefore, this SME couldn’t fulfill demand from consumers. This SME also experienced delays for shipping products to consumers. Another problem is products returned from consumers because the products have expired. UKM Kalamai will suffer losses if this occurs continuously. This study aims to find out the indicators affected toward supply chain performance.of UKM Kalamai Uni War. SCOR and Fuzzy AHP are used to solve this problems. Based on the result, the performance achieved by Kalamai Uni War is 68, 68. This belongs to average or middle performance category. UKM Kalamai Uni War needs an improvement for better supply chain performance. The result of this study were obtained 22 key performance indicators (KPI) indicators and 14 proposed strategiesbased on mapping strategy.
