Abstract

Tari Belian Namang merupakan tari tradisi yang disakralkan yang hidup di masyarakat desa Kedang Ipil Kalimantan Timur. Tari Belian Namang menjadi bagian dari beberapa upacara adat yang dimiliki masyarakat Kedang Ipil, yang merupakan gambaran perjalanan yang sangat jauh dari masyarakat untuk bertemu dengan Dewa. Perjalanan itu dilakukan untuk memberitahu dan momohon izin kepada Dewa, bahwa mereka akan melakukan kegiatan. Mereka berharap agar kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan terhindar dari roh-roh jahat.Untuk membantu menemukan jawaban dari permasalahan, maka dipakai teori Struktural Fungsional Radcliffe Brown. Menurut Brown fungsi lebih mengacu dalam struktur sosial yang di dalamnya memiliki relasi antar sistem yang saling berkaitan.Hasil penelitian tari Belian Namang memiliki tiga fungsi yaitu, fungsi ritual, fungsi sosial, dan fungsi estetis. Fungsi ritual merupakan salah satu wadah yang memposisikan tari Belian Namang menjadi hal yang penting. Salah satu contohnya dalam setiap pelaksanaan upacara ritual, tari Belian Namang selalu dipentaskan dengan tujuan agar apa yang diinginkan oleh para pelaku upacara dapat terlaksana. Fungsi yang kedua yaitu fungsi social, yang menempatkan tari Belian Namang sebagai wadah untuk hidup saling bersosialisasi antar sesama. Pada pementasan tari Belian Namang seluruh lapisan masyarakat turut serta membantu demi kelancaran pementasan. Fungsi ketiga adalah fungsi estetis, yang terlihat dari beberapa gerakan tari Belian Namang. Gerak tari ini membutuhkan kerja sama antar penari. Sikap kebersamaan ini menggambarkan juga sikap keseharian masyarakat Kedang Ipil.

Abstract

The research problem formulation is whether work stress has a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of PT. Nurany Jaya Tour & Travel Samarinda. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to employees of PT. Nurany Jaya Tour & Travel Samarinda. This research method is associative using statistical analysis tools with the help of SPSS ver 24 computer program to determine the effect of each variable. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the value of Simple Linear Regression is Y = 3.077 + 0.198, this indicates that work stress has a positive effect on organizational commitment. As for the results of the Coefficient of Determination analysis, it is known that R2 = 0.042, this shows that there is an influence of 4.2% between Job Stress and Organizational Commitment. And based on the results of the F test, it is known that the significant value (sig) is 0.202> 0.05 and the Fcount is 1.682>Ftable 4.10. From these results, H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that there is no significant effect between Work Stress (X) together on Organizational Commitment (Y) Employees at PT. Nurany Jaya Tour & Travel Samarinda

Abstract

Limited digital literacy remains a challenge for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing social media as a marketing tool. MSMEs TSB LURE in Bangka Kota Village, South Bangka Regency, face problems in expanding their market reach because their marketing strategies are still conventional. This community service activity aims to improve the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs through the use of the TikTok platform. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves partners in every stage of the activity, from problem identification, digital literacy training, content production assistance, to the implementation of TikTok Shop with the yellow basket feature. The results of the activity showed significant improvements, namely an increase in followers from 15 to 245, an increase in promotional content from 0 to 12, audience interaction reaching more than 350, and 65 clicks on the yellow basket. These achievements not only increased product visibility but also fostered social change in the form of the emergence of creative youth groups, local leaders from SME actors, and new awareness about the use of digital technology in supporting the local creative economy.
