Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuihubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Medan.Hipotesa yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior dengankepuasan kerja karyawan.Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan tetap bagian produksi PT. Wika Beton Tbk. Medansebanyak 52 orang yang diambil berdasarkan karakteristik yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan OCB dengan produktivitas kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi Freg = 25,297; p = 0,000a dimana p < 0,010.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Subyek penelitian adalah pegawai PT. POS Indonesia Medan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan (koefisien Freg = 2,371; p = 0,021). Diketahui pula bahwa total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (persepsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja) terhadap komitmeb organisasi karyawan adalah sebesar 54,9 % sementara 45,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan semangat kerja dengan keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dikarenakan keterbatasan jumlah responden. Instrumen pengumpul data adalah skala gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, skala keterlibatan kerja, dan skala semangat kerja. Analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan semangat kerja dengan keterlibatan kerja pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Langkat. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan semangat kerja terhadap keterlibatan kerja hanya sebesar 11,9%. Hal ini berarti ada sebanyak 88,1% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan kerja pegawai namun tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa subjek memiliki persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional yang tergolong tinggi, semangat kerja yang tergolong tinggi dan keterlibatan kerja yang tergolong sedang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance at the secretariat of the medan city DPRD, the research desaign was a quantitative approach with a descriptive verification method, the sample used in this studywere are civil servants in the secretariat office of the medan city DPRD, namely 50 employees, except for civil servant appraisers, the sampling technique is probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, data analysis is carried out with multiple linear regression, the most dominan variable effecting employee performance is work motivation variable while self-efficacy variable does not significantly affect employee performance at the secretariatt of the city DPRD medan, besides that, self-efficacy and work motivation simultaneosly affect the performance of employees at the secretariat of the medan city DPRD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication and organizational climate with the work stress of teachers at Singosari Delitua Education Foundation, the formulation of the proposed problem is whether there is interpersonal communication relationship with work stress, whether there is an organizational climate relationship with work stress and whether there is interpersonal communication organizational climate with work stress. The sample in this study amounted to 90 teachers. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. Data collection model uses scale, that is interpersonal communication scale, organizational climate scale and work stress scale. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1). There is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication with work stress seen from linearity coefficient value (Rx1.y) = 0.592 with p = 0.000 0.050, it means there is interpersonal communication relation with job stress. Then 2). There is a significant correlation with organizational stress with work stress seen from linearity coefficient value (Rx2.y) = 0.643 with p = 0.000 0.050, it means there is organizational climate relationship with work stress. 3). There is significant correlation between interpersonal communication and organizational climate with work stress seen from linearity coefficient value (Rx1.x2.y) = 0.728 with p = 0.000 0.050, it means there is interpersonal communication relation and organizational climate with work stress.

Abstract

The aims of this artickel is to analysis of the implementation and obstacles are there in the implementation of protocol services for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor in the Binjai City Government. The method used is qualitative research with data collection instruments of observation, interviews and documentation studies. And data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that communication has not gone well and causes coordination not to run optimally between the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City and the event organizing agency. The resources of the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City have not been fully functioning properly. Because employees who are given the responsibility to carry out protocol services have not been able to carry out their duties properly. The attitude of the implementers of the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City has not been implemented properly. The achievement or target of the work program is not yet optimal, which should be realized properly through the service and attitude of the employee's willingness. The bureaucratic structure of the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City is good. The existence of protocol regulations has the aim of providing guidelines for organizing events so that they run in an orderly, neat, smooth, orderly manner in accordance with applicable regulations. Obstacles in research are the lack of coordination and human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the use of SIMRS by nurses at RSU. Haji Medan. This study uses a quantitative research design with data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique used probability sampling type Cluster Sampling as many as 60 samples of nurses from a total population of 204 nurses in inpatient, outpatient and emergency department installations. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis, t test to determine the effect between variables partially, and F test to determine the effect between variables simultaneously. The study was conducted from April to June 2021 with the results of the study finding that the computer self-efficacy variable did not partially affect the use of SIMRS. The purpose of using SIMRS to realize integrated documentation will not be achieved if the system has not been fully adopted by other Health Human Resources even though nurses are confident in their ability to use the system. Meanwhile, the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the utilization of SIMRS by nurses in completing their tasks.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work-life balance and the professionalism of ASNs. These two factors are critical to study because an imbalance between work and life may result in unprofessional behavior, and job dissatisfaction may also lead to unprofessionalism at work. The study utilized quantitative research methods, employing Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis techniques using AMOS version 22 software. Stratified random sampling was used to select 300 ASNs as respondents, and data were collected using professionalism, work-life balance, and job satisfaction scales. The results indicated that job satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between work-life balance and professionalism. This study highlights the importance of job satisfaction as a mediator in maintaining the professionalism of ASNs and suggests the need for policies to improve work-life balance in order to enhance professionalism in the workplace. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work climate and work motivation on job satisfaction at PT. Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. KFC Mataram Medan. The hypothesis put forward is the influence of work climate and work motivation on job satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 102 people from a population of 102 people. The sampling technique is by using the total sample. The data collection method is the Likert scale of work climate, work motivation, and job satisfaction. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study are: 1) There is a significant influence of work climate on job satisfaction, with a determinant coefficient value (R2) = 0.322 and p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that the better the work climate, the higher job satisfaction. 2) There is a significant positive influence between work motivation on job satisfaction, with a determinant coefficient value (R2) = 0.303 and p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher job satisfaction. 3) There is a significant positive effect of work climate and work motivation on job satisfaction seen from the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.430 with p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that the better the work climate and the higher the work motivation, the higher job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study the proposed hypothesis was declared accepted.
