Persepsi orang tua dalam mewujudkan kepribadian dan pendidikan anak dan untuk memahami sebab orang tua harus lebih terlibat dalam pendidikan anak. Pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya adalah merupakan pendidikan yang akan selalu berjalan seiring dengan pembentukan kepribadian anak tersebut dan peran orang tua dalam menunjang pendidikan anak terbatas pada persoalan dana. Persepsi orang tua bertanggung jawab juga memikirkan dan mengusahakan agar senantiasa terciptakan dan terpelihara suatu hubungan antara orang tua dengan anak yang baik, efektif dan menambah kebaikan dan keharmonisan hidup dalam keluarga, sebab telah menjadi bahan kesadaran para orang tua bahwa hanya dengan hubungan yang baik kegiatan pendidikan dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif dan dapat menunjang terciptanya kehidupan keluarga yang harmonis. Persepsi orang tua diharapkan dapat melakukan semua itu dengan niat yang tulus untuk menciptakan generasi yang mempunyai moral yang luhur dan wawasan yang tinggi serta semangat pantang menyerah dan sikap apatis orang tua yang peduli terhadap pendidikan anak akan menambah jumlah mutu pendidikan yang baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kekerasan orang tua terhadap anak di desa Gunung Tua Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailaing Natal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan melakukan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan menyebarkan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1000 kepala keluarga (KK) yang berdomisili di Desa Gunung Tua Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 kepala keluarga (KK). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara tekhnik random sampling atau secara acak. Data hasil observasi, studi dokumentasi dan meyebarkan angket diolah dengan metode deskriptif, dengan tehknik analisis data menggunakan tabel frekuensi. Â Hasil penelitian adalah faktor yang menyebabkan orang tua melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak di daerah penelitian ini disebabkan oleh faktor rendahnya ekonomi, pendidikan, psikologis, dan lingkungan sosial.

This study aims to determine the factors that cause actions Delinquency child, family influences the childs misbehavior, and the communitys role in tackling the problem of delinquency in the village of Lau Cih district of Medan Tuntungan. This study uses qualitative descriptive by the number of all children aged population is aged 13 -17 years totaling 65 people. Then the sample in this study is taken whole from the total population that is numbered 65 people or also called total sample. In the process of collecting data the author uses observation, questionnaires, and interviews. To analyze the data that have been collected in this research is to use a frequency table with a percentage formula. From the results of research in the field after the data are collected, processed and analyzed, then produce research findings that background action delinquency is due to lack of attention and supervision from parents where parents who are too busy with work so that children no longer receive the attention and affection of family. Aside from the family environment, community environment is also one of the factors that affect the child. Where the childs living environment is not a good environment for your children, so that children are affected and take action delinquency without warning and awareness of the local community.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna penggunaan hijab syarâi pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Medan Area, khususnya pada organisasi Forum Mahasiswa Islam (Formasi) Psikologi Ar-Ruuh, untuk mengetahun konsep diri yang terbentuk pada mahasiswa yang memakai hijab syarâi dan pendapat orang lain tentang mahasiswa yang menggunakan hijab syarâi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi lapangan, telaah pustaka, wawancara dengan responden dan informan dengan menggunakan analisa semiotik. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa pengguna hijab syarâi menganggap bahwa hijab sebagai pelindung dari tatapan laki-laki yang bukan muhrim. Secara tidak langsung, mengajarkan kepada perempuan muslim lainnya kebaikan dan kegunaan dari menggunakan hijab. Selanjutnya, konsep diri dari penggunan hijab syarâi terbentuk dengan belajar dari lingkungan. Pelajaran dan pengalaman yang didapat membuat konsep diri yang lebih baik.

This quantitative research aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and lecturer’s assertive behavior with foreign language anxiety experienced by university student. The population in this study was the students of the Department of English Education, State Institute for Islamic Studies Langsa. The samples were selected by using Stratified Random Sampling technique and sorted 147 students in semester 2, 4, and 6 that spread proportionally. The data were collected by using Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS), self-efficacy scale, and lecturer’s assertive behavior scale. The data, then, were analyzed by multivariate linear regression. The result showed that self-efficacy and lecturer’s assertive behavior significantly contributed to foreign language anxiety. The effective contribution of self-efficacy and lecturer’s assertive behavior to foreign language anxiety was 58,4%.

Organizational communication is a study that will provide benefits not only for anyone who wants to understand better the behavior of the organization, but it also has a pragmatic aspect for people who want to assert performance as a participant or member of an organization . The study of organizational communication can provide a strong foundation for a career in management, human resource development, and corporate communications, as well as other tasks oriented to people within the organization. Communication involves the organization of formal and informal forms of communication, and other forms of interpersonal communication and group communication, and public communication. Approach and understanding of the interaction in organizational communication, we can further improve the performance, achievement, and achieve goals that have been set together.

The basic idea of symbolic interaction theory states that the emblem or symbol of culture are learned through interaction, people give meaning to everything that will control their attitudes and behavior. To understand the interaction of symbolic (symbolic interactionism) is a way of thinking about the mind (mind), self (self) and society (society).By using sociology as a foundation, as well as teaching that when human interact with each other, they share the meaning for a certain period and for a specific action. George Herbert Mead is a figure who is seen as symbolic interaction builders understand this. He taught that the meaning comes as a result of interaction between people, both verbally and nonverbally. Through the actions and responses that occur, we give meaning to the words or actions, and therefore we can also understand an even in certain ways too, because people are assumed to a rise from interrelated conversations between individuals.

The research wants to observe public opinion about women who work in hotel affairs. The problem about working in hotel is the working hour, sometimes in day time, but also night time. The condition make negative perception about working women in hotel affairs. This is descriptive analysis research. The result shows that most people have positive response about working women in hotel affairs because it increase family income.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency in East Aceh Regency in terms of time discipline and work discipline and what are the obstacles. While the purpose of this study is to analyze the time discipline and work discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency in East Aceh District and determine what obstacles are faced in improving the time discipline and work discipline of the state civil apparatus. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a focus of research that is time discipline and work discipline. Based on the results of research and discussion the authors conclude that time discipline and work discipline apparatus BKPSDM East Aceh in general is good. Barriers that occur are distant domicile, do not have standard work standards, lack of maximum vigilance, not all understand work ethics. Some things suggested are more cooperative, give penalties for violations, continuous supervision.
