Abstract

Sintesis material BiFeO 3 doping Yttrium dibuat dengan metode sol-gel. Pertumbuhan kristal BiFeO 3 pada temperature 600°Cmemperlihatkan adanya fasa BiFeO 3 dan fasa kedua Bi 25 FeO 39 dan Bi 2 Fe 4 O 9 sebagai impuritas. Bertambahnya temperatursintering, impuritas fasa Bi 25 FeO 39 berkurang disertai hilangnya impuritas fasa Bi 2 Fe 4 O 9 . Morphologi material BiFeO 3memiliki ukuran butir 700.1 nm. Analisis elemen permukaan material BiFeO 3 dengan spektroskopi photoelectron sinar Xpada pengukuran energi binding 0 – 1400 eV memperlihatkan munculnya elemen permukaan Bi pada orbital 4f 7/2 dan 4f 5/2dengan energi binding 158 eV dan 164 eV, elemen permukaan Fe orbital 2p 3/2 dan 2p 1/2 dengan energi binding 710 eV dan724 eV, elemen permukaan O orbital 1s dengan energi binding 528 eV, dan elemen permukaan C orbital 1s sebagai elemenimpuritas yang memiliki energi binding 284,5 eV.Kata kunci : BiFeO 3 , Sol-gel, kristal, morphologi, photoelectron sinar X, sintering, impuritas, energi binding

Abstract

Electricity became the main support in the Steel Industry. Transformer as one tool to change the power supply voltage. Transformer uses transformer oil as the fluid insulation. Transformer oil must have good insulating properties. To determine the feasibility condition of transformer oil, one of the ways used is a test quantity of oil.  In this study used transformer oils; Korean products (sample 1), the new transformer oil domestic product (sample 2), as well as transformer oil mix with the existing transformer oil transformer oil in the country by volume mixing ratio in percent 40 and 60 (sample 3). Methods of tests performed, among others; testing Gas Chromatography Mass - Spectrometry (GCMS), testing Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), the test car Gas Chromatography (GC) and frosted tester. standard used to validate the test results refers to the testing standard ANSI / IEEE C57.104. Results of the test results obtained some part of them; GCMS resulted transformer oil has a compound that is either present in the sample 2 because it has no sulfur compounds, on TGA shows the sample who have weight loss that small is sample 1 and GC resulted sample 2 results were excellent because the oil in new condition, and also Diffuse test results shows good breakdown voltage tester contained in samples 2 and

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menumbuhkan motivasiberkreasi pada siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dankesehatan melalui olahraga futsal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanpenelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa siklus penelitian,setiap siklus penelitian dilakukan beberapa prosedur penelitian yangterdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjekpenelitian dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah seluruh siswa kelasVIII A SMP Negeri 2 Nanga Pinoh. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh daripenelitian ini, terjadi peningkatan motivasi berkreasi siswa yangdiperoleh dari hasil observasi pada aspek motivasi siswa dengan kriteriapeningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada setiap siklus, yaitu: Pra-siklus =37.75, siklus I= 64.57 dan siklus II= 87,86. serta tingkat ketuntasanbelajar keseluruhan siswa pada pra-siklus= 3.57%. siklus I= 42.86% dansiklus II= 85.71%. Kesimpulannya bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasiberkreasi siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatanmelalui pembelajaran olahraga futsal.Kata Kunci: Menumbuhkan, Motivasi Berkreasi, Pembelajaran, Futsal.

Abstract

Technological advancements drive innovation in environmentally friendly material science. Environmental issues, such as pollution from toxic substances, motivate research into sustainable biocomposites. One of the widely studied biocomposites is a natural rubber-based composite with fillers that enhance its mechanical properties. Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is a popular inorganic filler. Marine shell waste, especially cockle shells (Anadara granosa) and eggshells, pose serious environmental problems. Cockle shells contain 95.7% calcium carbonate. Eggshells also have the potential to improve the mechanical properties of elastomer composites. This study aims to compare the effects of cockle shell and eggshell fillers on the mechanical properties of natural rubber through tensile testing, to determine the more effective filler in improving the mechanical performance of the composite. Test results show that cockle shells have a higher ultimate tensile strength (UTS) (up to 20.3 MPa) and a higher Young's modulus (up to 3.4 GPa) compared to eggshells, which have the lowest UTS of 17.94 MPa and the lowest Young's modulus of 1.8 GPa. This indicates that cockle shells are stiffer. However, eggshells have a higher yield strength (up to 15.2 MPa), indicating better elasticity. Overall, cockle shells enhance strength and stiffness, while eggshells excel in elasticity

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan sinergi antara Perguruan Tinggi-Industri-Masyarakat. Program ini sangat membantu mewujudkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)-nya industri, sehingga lebih bermanfaat keberadaannya bagi masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar kawasan industri. Tujuan dan target capaian KKN-PPM bagi masayarakat di sekitar kawasan industri Cilegon-Anyer-Merak (CAM), yaitu: 1) Meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penerapan bidang keahliannya untuk membantu mewujudkan tanggung jawab industri dalam memberdayakan masyarakat, 2) Meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterampilan masyarakat di sekitar kawasan dalam memanfaatkan limbah industri non-organik, 3) Memasyarakatkan pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana dan tepat guna untuk mengolah limbah non-organik industri menjadi produk berguna dan ramah lingkungan, 4) Melatih masyarakat cara mendaur ulang sampah menggunakan teknik sederhana, ekonomis, dan ramah lingkungan untk mengolah bahan baku limbah non-organik industri, dan 5) Mempublikasikan hasil KKN-PPM sebagai contoh baik untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh masyarakat, khususnya di kawasan sejenis lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan KKN-PPM adalah Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring (P3M) penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk mengolah limbah non-organik industri. Bekerjasama dengan mitra, Tim DPL memberikan pembekalan dan melatihkan pengetahuan / teknologi tepat guna yang baru kepada mahasiswa peserta sebelum mereka diterjunkan ke lokasi.

Abstract

Mobile Poultry Slaughterhouse Halal (MPSH) is a mobile facility designed to carry out the process of slaughtering chickens in accordance with halal principles in the Islamic religion. Making a prototype of this tool aims to test the functionality of a system or product. The machine development designed in this research uses a drive (transmission) as a combination of pulley and v-belt. The reason for using a drive system as a pulley and v-belt is that it feels easier and more efficient in the work process. This research aims to analyze the calculation of pulley and v-belt sizes suitable for the plucker machine that was developed. This research uses an experimental design method, namely carrying out measurements, observations, and calculations of the technical specifications of the machine, then analyzing the data to obtain an idea of the machine's performance, which ultimately can provide an idea of the suitability of the machine. The research results obtained: (1) pulley sizes 100 mm and 175 mm in diameter, made from ST37 steel. (2) Required v-belt length = 1,253.95 mm. (3) V-belt axis distance = 426.25 mm. (4) The circumferential speed of the driving pulley vP = 10.99 m/s. (5) The circumferential force that arises Frate = 111.37 N. (6) The number of belts used is 1 belt.
