Good service quality dimensions will provide an incentivite to customers to establish a strong bond with company.Reverse poor service means the company’s reputation will go down, so the company leaders must know what the most influential variable on the dimension of service quality in a Multi Level Marketing company to rise the reputation of a company. A satisfaction who have received referrals effect on loyality, which it is suitable with statement Lam et.al (2002:31) who proved that service quality has an impact on satisfaction and satisfaction on loyalty.This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality dimensions upline downline loyality either simultaneously or partially and to investigate and analyze the variables of service quality dimensions dominate the downline. An examination loyalty is done sub Stockists Uno Tianshi Business Center in Malang Jl.Griya Santa Malang by using a sample population of 60 respondents.The type of analysis is explanatory research with survey method. A technics of taking over a sampling using purposive sampling. A source premire data using the result of qestionaire and secondary data is literature and data from internet. An analysis implements used is multiple liniear regression.Result of multiple regression analyze is the dimension of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1),reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), collateral (X4), and empathy (X5) is significant and simultaneous downline loyality (Y). While the effects is partially downline loyality (Y) just empathy variables(X5),while the four other variables that influence but do not significant. Except can also be shown that the variable of empathy (X5) is significantly dominant downline loyality (Y).Keywords: dimension of service quality, consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, collateral, empathy and downline loyality.

The current phenomenon of Generation Z and Millennials' distrust of politics in Indonesia is a serious challenge that will be faced in the 2024 elections. The digital era has changed the political landscape drastically, with online media playing a key role in influencing political communication, public participation, campaigns, and general elections. In their campaign efforts, the two main presidential candidates have utilized the Instagram platform in their styles. This reflects the importance of social media as a tool to gain support, especially from the younger generation who tend to be technologically savvy. This research was conducted to examine the comparison of campaign content uploaded on the Instagram accounts @prabowo and @ganjar_pranowo. The theory used in this research is Political Communication Strategy and 4C Theory (Content, Communication, Collaboration, Connection) as a further analysis using the qualitative comparative study approach method. The results of this research clearly illustrate how the two presidential candidates use Instagram as a platform for their rhetorical expression, political actions, and lobbying efforts. In general, the @prabowo account exudes a strong spirit of nationalism through its content, while @ganjar_pranowo differentiates itself with its approach to society on current issues.

Pemeriksaan cranium PA axial caldwell method memIliki alternatif penyudutan central ray dengan range 20°-25° dan range 25°-30° caudally dalam memvisualisasikan superior orbital fissure dengan lebih baik. Range penyudutan central ray menyebabkan belum adanya patokkan penyudutan central ray yang tepat untuk memvisualisasikan superior orbital fissure. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruh variasi penyudutan arah sinar terhadap informasi anatomi dan mengetahui sudut yang lebih informatif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi eksperimen melalui studi kepustakaan, studi eksperimen, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Universitas Awal Bros pada bulan Mei 2025. Hasil dari uji pengaruh menunjukkan nilai p-Value 0,006<0,05 yang berarti adanya pengaruh variasi penyudutan arah sinar terhadap informasi anatomi. Nilai mean rank tertinggi didapati pada penyudutan 20° caudally sebesar 2,88. Dimana dalam penyudutan ini lebih informatif dalam memvisualisasikan sinus maxilla, sinus ethmoid, superior orbital fissure, superior orbital margin, crista galli, dan tampak petrous simetris. The PA Axial Caldwell method for cranial radiography uses alternative central ray angulations ranging from 20°–25° and 25°–30° caudally to better visualize the superior orbital fissure. This variation indicates a lack of standardized angulation for optimal visualization. This study aims to determine the effect of different central ray angulations on anatomical information and identify the most informative angle. This quantitative research used an experimental approach involving literature review, experimental procedures, questionnaires, and documentation. It was conducted at the Radiology Laboratory of Universitas Awal Bros, in May 2025. The results showed a p-value of 0.006 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of angulation variation on anatomical information. The highest mean rank was at 20° caudal angulation (2.88). This angle is more informative in visualizing the maxillary sinus, ethmoid sinus, superior orbital fissure, superior orbital margin, crista galli, and symmetrical petrous ridges.
