Abstract

Appendicogram is the barium appendix examination in the form of photo that can help to see blockages or dirt in the appendix. The purpose of this study was to find  the Appendicogram examination management with clinical appendicitis in the Radiology Installation of Arifin Achmad Hospital,  Riau Province, to find out why there were differences in appendicogram examination techniques between the theory and the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province and to see the Appendicogram radiograph results with eight hours waiting time. This research is qualitative with a descriptive research design and a study case approach. The subjects used were 3 radiologists, 1 sending doctor, and 3 radiographers. The object of the study was 2 patients who had undergone an appendicogram examination with appendicitis clinical at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The results showed that the appendicogram examination did not need specific preparation. The patient was not subjected to plain radiographic before given contrast because plain radiographs on the appendicogram because it did not give any information. The patient was given a contrast of 50gr of barium sulfate mixed with 250ml of water. Post contrast photo 8 hours later, the reason for using 8 hours is because normal human peristalsis ranges from 6-8 hours. The results of the radiographic are visualized, namely, the contrast journey to the appendix is ​​smooth, there is no visible pressure on the cecum, the appendix is ​​not filled with contrast.

Abstract

Corona virus infection or COVID-19 is caused by coronavirus, which is a group of viruses that infect the respiratory system. In the majority of cases, the coronavirus only causes light to medium respiratory infections like flu. The characteristics of the corona virus at the beginning as though flu symptoms are often underestimated by patients. However, Covid-19 infection runs fast, especially in patients with previous health problems, the corona virus develops rapidly to cause more severe infections and organ failure. Due to the importance of maintaining health during a pandemic, it is also necessary to pay attention to how to prevent the transmission of covid-19 and tips in maintaining physical and mental health during a pandemic, especially in areas where the number of people is crowded but isolated, such as Class Penitentiary (LAPAS) II A Pekanbaru through socialization in the form of seminars. The result of this socialization is hopefully that people around the LAPAS environment can apply tips for maintaining physical and mental health during the pandemic.

Abstract

The health social security organizing agency (BPJS) is a public legal entity that serves to organize health insurance programs, social security participants consist of our assistance participants (PBI) consisting of poor and unable families, non-PBI group participants or participants from askes transition and independent participants. BPJS is an institution formed to organize social security programs in Indonesia by Law No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security and Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning social security organizing agencies. BPJS replaces several social security institutions in Indonesia with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Employment. (3). Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) Regulation No.1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Health Insurance mentioned that health insurance is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants get health maintenance benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs provided to everyone who has paid dues or dues paid by the government. The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of bpjs office services bangkinang, know the factors and variables that must be improved and that must be maintained. The data was obtained using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The dimensions used to arrange the instrument are the dimensions that determine the quality of service consisting of 5 dimensions, namely: 1. Tangibel 2. Reliability 3. Responsiveness 4. Assurance 5. Empathy. There were 81 people in rumbio village. The research method used is importance-performance analysis, The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of bpjs bangkinang office services. The benefit of this research is to be material to realize better bpjs office services. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran apa yang diterapkan oleh mahasiswa radiologi untuk mendapatkan IPK tertinggi pada mata kuliah teknik radiografi I di Universitas Awal Bros. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa radiologi semester 1 yang memiliki IPK tertinggi di Universitas Awal Bros. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukann bahwa strategi belajar yang diterapkan oleh mahasiswa radiologi yang memiliki IPK tertinggi adalah menggunakan strategi metakognitif. Strategi belajar metakognitif yaitu membaca catatan atau mengulas kembali materi yang telah disampaikan dosen untuk mengingat kembali materi dengan belajar diwaktu yang kosong dan merasa nyaman saat belajar dan jika ada yang kurang dipahami langsung bertanya kepada dosen. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki IPK tertinggi menggunakan strategi belajar metakognitif untuk mendapatkan nilai yang tinggi.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya jaman tentu rumah sakit juga menghadapi perubahan. Petugas yang memiliki peran dalam sektor kesehatan juga mengalami perubahan tersebut. Meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan pasien di tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit harus memberikan pelayanan prima pada saat pasien berkunjung maupun berobat. Perubahan yang signifikan tersebut tentu dirasakan oleh seluruh petugas rumah sakit salah satunya yaitu petugas administrasi rumah sakit. Petugas administrasi rumah sakit merupakan pihak yang bertanggung jawab pada urusan administrasi pasien dimulai pada pendaftaran, hingga kelengkapan berkas pasien agar pasien mendapatkan pelayanan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor individual dan pekerjaan dengan stres kerja petugas administrasi rumah sakit X Pekanbaru. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling. Sedangkan untuk penetuan sampel yang akan diteliti menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji Chi-Square variabel X1 (Masa Kerja) dan X3 (Beban Kerja) memiliki nilai yang < 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X1 dan X3 memiliki hubungan sig terhadap variabel dependen yang diteliti.Saran peneliti karena terdapat 2 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja yaitu masa kerja dan beban kerja, hal ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan serta evaluasi bagi pihak rumah sakit agar berupaya mengatasi stres kerja ini, dengan harapan jika stres kerja diatasi dengan baik dan benar maka kinerja petugas administrasi akan meningkat dan bisa dengan mudah mencapai target dan tujuan dari rumah sakit yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Vertigo merupakan kejadian pusing berputar yang banyak ditemukan di pelayanan kesehatan dan diakibatkan gangguan vestikular. Gejala utama pada vertigo perifer anatra lain; Nyeri atau tersumbat pada telinga, gangguan pendengaran, telinga berdengging pada buram, hilang kesimbangan, mual dan muntah. Jenis penelitian kulaitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara dari radiografer yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur penatalaksanaan pemeriksaan CT-Scan brain dengan kasus vertigo perifer. Hasil penelitian CT- Scan kepala klinis vertigo perifer Persiapan pasien melepaskan benda logam yang menganggu hasil radiograf. Posisi Pasien supine di atas meja pemeriksaan dengan kepala pasien berada dekat gantry. Parameter yang digunakan ialah vertex sampai basis cranii. Potongan yang dipakai axial, sagital dan coronal. Hasil bacaan diagnostic tidak dilakukakn printing. Namun dilakukan dengan metode digitalisasi yaitu dokter mengirim melalui whatsapp dalam bentuk pdf dokumen dan hasil gambarannya dilihat melalui apikasi ZIP.

Abstract

The quality of service can be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with or more than the patient's expectations so that it can be said to be satisfactory. On the other hand, services that are not as expected by the patient can make the patient dissatisfied. At the Kebun Sikolos Health Center in Padang Panjang City, 3 out of 7 elderly patients were satisfied with the services provided by the health workers at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services on the satisfaction of elderly patients at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. This study uses a quantitative type of research using a descriptive design, carried out at Kebun Sikolos Health Center with 51 elderly patients as respondents. The results of the study can be seen from the level of satisfaction of elderly patients with high satisfaction with a value range of 92.2%. It can be said that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality. In the assessment of services using five dimensions, most of the elderly patients rate well on the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability) with a range of 64.7%, Responsiveness with a range of 47.1%, Assurance of 41.2%, and Empathy. (Empathy) of 68.6% . However, on the Physical Evidence (Tangible) variable, the majority of elderly patients rated less with a range of 52.9%. The conclusion of the study can be said that the quality of service at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center is good, it can be proven by the high satisfaction of elderly patients. Here it can be said that there is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality.

Abstract

Radiographer is health is health workers that have given duty, authority and responsibility by authorized official to do radiography and imaging activities in health sevice unit. Radiographer is health workers tat give contribution in radiography and imaging field in an attempt to rise the quality of health service.Lack of public knowledge about radiographer role especially in Rokan Hilir district. There is no devotion to students or society about radiology and radiographer role until 2020. Added with Radiology study program STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru is the only one in Riau, Kepri and Jambi take campus attention to give devotion to students for introduce and give understanding about radiology and radiographer. The aim of this devotion is to explain about definition from radiology and radiographer. Explain about medical radiographer role. Thie devotion implemented in Rokan Hilir district. The socialization is done by teacher and students SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Bagan Siapi-api. This devotion is done with extension way. Giving instruction to students about radiographer definition, function and scope of radiology. Explain about definition and many kinds of radiology examination.Give leaflets about medical radiographer. The devotion activities has been done in SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Bagan Siapi-api. All teachers, students that follow this activities has understand about radiographer role. They also understand about radiographer and radiology definition. This activities should give bigger chance to public. The devotion informer can socialization ith faster and wider
