Abstract

This research generally aims to explore the learning evaluation system in schools and uncover problems experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is an expolarative research conducted by SMP Muhammadiyah 03 Medan. Sources of data obtained from the teacher. The research subjects were 30 respondents using interview and documentation methods. While the main instrument is the researcher who is equipped with interview tools and mobile phones. The form of qualitative data analysis is descriptive. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the evaluation of the learning of moral aqidah subjects during the Covid19 pandemic was less effective and not maximally carried out, both in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Teachers use various WhatsApp applications as the main means of the evaluation process. Meanwhile, the Zoom Meeting application is rarely used by teachers in learning evaluation activities. Keywords: Evaluation, Learning, Covid-19.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memotivasi, mengendalikan dan mengembangkan segala upaya di dalam, mengatur dan mendaya gunakan sumber manusia, sarana dan prasarana untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif, efisien, dan produktif. Sesuai dengan penjelasan diatas, maka peneliti ingin menjelaskan manajemen program durus idhafiyah di Mahad Abu Ubaidah bin Al Jarrah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwasanya: 1) Perencanaan program durus idhafiyah dilakukan dengan membuat target yang ingin dicapai, menentukan cara mencapainya dan mengidentifikasi kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang akan terjadi; 2) Pengorganisasian pengajar dilakukan dengan menetapkan pembagian peran dan tugas; 3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan program durus idhafiyah, dilakukan dengan menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai dengan perencanaan dan aturan yang telah dibuat; 4) Pengawasan kegiatan program durus idhafiyah, dilakukan dengan melibatkan pihak internal dan eksternal untuk melakukan control terhadap aktivitas kegiatan program durus idhafiyah. Melalui ustadz/ah di asrama, musyrif/ah di asrama, pengajar durus idhafiyah, yang mengontrol peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran dan perilaku peserta didik, serta pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh mudir (pimpinan) mahad dalam kegiatan program durus idhafiyah; 5) Evaluasi kegiatan program durus idhafiyah dilakukan dengan melihat kepahaman peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran, dan perilaku peserta didik berakhlak mulia atau tidak.
