Abstract

  This research focuses on tranformational leaderhsip and its relevance with public organization.The purpose is to examine the role of mediaton on superior subordinate relationshion the context of transformational leadership,withcitizenship and employee performance.The result shows 1)transformational leadership influence significantnly on superio subordinate subordinate relationship,citizenship berhavior,and employee performance,2)superior subordinate relationship effect the citizenship behavior and employee performance.The most finding of this research is superiot\rsubordinater relationship strongly mediates the relation of transformational relationship and citizenship behavior and the employee performan.Kewords:Kepemimpinan transformasional,hubungan atasan-bawahan,perilaku citizenship,kinerja,Survei,Universitas Jambi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of transfer climate on transfermotivation and training transfer in context of climate transfer and training transfer. Data are collected from 176 respondents; they are administration employee of Jambi University.Data analysis useRegression both Simple and Multiple Regressions. Research result shows that there is mediating mechanism in contexet of Climate transfer and training transfer. Hence, it is could be concluded that the leader encourage employee to transfer their knowledge after training followed by creating organization climate condusively. Keywords: transfer climate, training transfer, motivation transfer.

Abstract

High expectation on BPKperformance makes BPK continously make effort to improve the quality of auditor by increasing auditors’s professionalisme and competencies. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of professionalism and competency on auditor’s performance. Samples is as many as 49 auditors that chosen from the population inBPK. Research result showed that the professionalism and competency has a positive effect on auditor’s performance. Based on the research result it is recommended that all the auditors shoul be encouraged to self competencies and professionalism to make BPK as an organization to be more perform to establish good governance. Abstract

This study purpose is to examine the influence of leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance. Sample consists of 80 employees. Data collection used a structured questionnaire and applies 5 point Likert scale. The results show that the leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously contributed to the variance of performance as much as 84.5%. Furthermore, partially, the two variables, leadership styles and organizational culture significantly affect the employee performance. Hence, organization should consider improving leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously in order to improve employee performance.   Key Words.
