Abstract

The researchpurposes is to analyze and explain the influence of psychological variables on MULIA product investment. Psychological variables examined consist of motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes. The research surveyed of 92 respondents that choosen through PT. Pegadaian customer record. Data analysis use Regression technique. The result shows that simultanly psychological factors have a significant impact on investment decisions of MULIA product. Partially, motivation and perception variables have significanteffecton investment decision.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performace.Sample has chosen at the Provincial Healt Service that consists of 72 persons.Statistical analyisis used MultipleRegressions thatconsists of simultaneus test and parital test.Based on the analysis it is found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Hence, employee preformance could be improved by improve job satisfaction and organizational comitment. Organizational comittment actually has distinguised condition allowed ther official organization structur. So, formal leader has to encourage employee to be more performed throug job satisfaction conditions. Keywords: employee performance, job satisfaciton and organization commitment

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee citizenship behavior of Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry., Ltd West Tanjung Jabung Resident, Jambi. Research’s sample was chosen form several determined divisions that consists of 160 employees. The results shows that job satisfaction, organization culture and dummy variable (tenure) are simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee citizenship behavior. But partially, organizational culture is the only ones that have positive and significant effect on employee citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and dummy variable (tenure) do not have significant effect on employee citizenship behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research is to analyze the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), inflation and exchange rate to the stock return of Food and Baverage industry that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2008-2012.The number of population are 19 companies but the elligable unit to be sample is  16 companies. Analyze technique to describe the varibles relationships used Multiple Linier Regression. Based on the data  processing,  it is known that simmultaneously the effect of  independent variables are significant. Furthermore,   partially  it is known that the effect of   Return On Asset (ROA), inflation, and exchange rate variables are  significant,  otherwise varieables  Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) have insignificant effect. Abstract

This research purpose are;  1) to explain the IMRRT’s product from customer persfective i.e.,  flavors, packaging, assesibilities, price, hyangienities, and nutrition content, and 2) to explain marketing program that intended to improve IMRRT’s product accroding to those atributes. Based on primary data analysis, it is found reasons to provide IMRRT’sproduct have some resons: the availability prurposes, store to purchase, and the the shopping tencendy on modern retailer. Furthermore, according to IPA conceptual there are two conditions for IMRRT’s product: quadrant I relates to the atribute packaging, hygienity, and product durability. This condition refer to this atribute is important but the product performance can not fulfill it. And, quadrant II is related to product atribute i.e, assebilility, price, nutrition content,and the flavor. It indicates that in these atribut, consumer has experience that IMRRT’s product can fulfill. Hence, the IMRRT produsen should to sustain the quadrant I and improve the quadrant II. Local Government hence should prepare proper policy due to the fact of retail modern establihment that could not use as the marketing channel of IMRRT’s product. Abstract

High expectation on BPKperformance makes BPK continously make effort to improve the quality of auditor by increasing auditors’s professionalisme and competencies. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of professionalism and competency on auditor’s performance. Samples is as many as 49 auditors that chosen from the population inBPK. Research result showed that the professionalism and competency has a positive effect on auditor’s performance. Based on the research result it is recommended that all the auditors shoul be encouraged to self competencies and professionalism to make BPK as an organization to be more perform to establish good governance. Abstract

Smart electrecity or prepaid electricity is introduced by PLN as program that has many goals namely; for customer need fulfilment, citizen, and PLN. On the customer level, goal establishment determinants are complex, one of them is customer perceptions on smart electrical fitting performance. This research is aimed at revealing concumer perception on some atributes they are: performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability, service ability, and perceived quality. Research method use survey that used descriptive and qualitative approach. Research result shows that atributes generally has high score, and highest one is servicisability (4.16). Hence, smart electricity attibutes is perceived good by customers. Abstract

This study purpose is to examine the influence of leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance. Sample consists of 80 employees. Data collection used a structured questionnaire and applies 5 point Likert scale. The results show that the leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously contributed to the variance of performance as much as 84.5%. Furthermore, partially, the two variables, leadership styles and organizational culture significantly affect the employee performance. Hence, organization should consider improving leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously in order to improve employee performance.   Key Words.
