Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mental, dan aktivitas emosional peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk survei kelembagaan. Seting dan subjek penelitian dilakukan di dalam kelas subjek penelitian adalah guru dan 17 peserta didik dengan komposisi 8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi langsung dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian: 1 Aktivitas fisik pengamatan awal 27% pada siklus III 90%, peningkatan sebesar 63% dengan kategori “tinggi”. 2 Aktivitas mental pengamatan awal 19% pada siklus III 82%, peningkatan sebesar 63% dengan kategori “tinggi”. 3 Aktivitas emosional pengamatan awal 13% pada siklus III 89%, peningkatan sebesar 76% dengan kategori “tinggi”. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan media kantong bilangan berdampak positif dan bermakna bagi peserta didik.   Kata kunci :  Aktivitas, Pembelajaran Matematika, Kantong Bilangan Abstract: The purpose of this research is to increase physicaly activity, mentaly activity, and students emotinaly activity. The method of this research is descriptive method with institutional survey form. Researches set and subject do in research subject class is teacher and 17 students  with 8 boys and 9 girls composition. The scycle consists of plan, implementation, direct observation and reflection. The result of research is : 1. Initial observations of phisicaly activity is 27%, on 3rd cycle become 90%, increase 63%, “High Category”. 2. Initial observations of mentaly activity is 19%, on 3rd cycle become 82%, increase 63%, “High Category”. 3. Initial observations of emotionaly activity is 13%, on 3rd cycle become 89%, increase 76%, “High Category”. Mathematic learning using a number of media bag make positive impact and meaningful for students.   Keyword: Activity, mathematic learning, numeral pocket media

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Application of teaching administration on performance at SMP Negeri 6 Satu Roof Sandai. The form of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants in this study consisted of 7 individuals, including one male aged 35 years and 6 females aged between 32 - 36 years. All subjects are Educator Management. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process implements the Miles and Huberman model, namely data analysis is carried out sequentially starting from data reduction, data exposure, and verification or conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The main findings in this research show that: (1) the implementation of teacher teaching administration shows that good administrative management can increase learning effectiveness. 2) Teachers who plan, organize, implement and evaluate teaching in a structured manner tend to have better performance. The implication is that the school, through the implementation of Teacher Administration Management at SMP Negeri 6 Satu Atap Sandai, influences employee performance, particularly in fostering an innovative generation. It emphasizes the importance of internal communication in the implementation of educational administration. Keywords: Administration, Teacher performance, Educator.
