Abstract

Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM) is the cause of anemia, bleeding, abnormal maternal weight and maternal infection. Research aim to portray the diversity of food consumption of pregnant women in Work Area Public Health Center GuntungPayung in 2013. Research design used a descriptive approach to the method of survey. The population study is pregnant women in the working area health centers. Method sample use Random Sampling Systematic with 79 respondents. The results showed as many as 56 respondents consume staple foods 3-4 (70.6%) cover, staple food rice 79 respondents (100%), maize 27 respondents (34.2%), and sago Tuber 37 respondents (34 , 2%), Wheat 43 respondents (54.4%). A total of 44 respondents consume more than 4 types of food side dishes (55.6%), chicken meat (90%), eggs (64.6%), tilapia (39.2%), anchovies (45.6%) , Tofu (87,3%), soybean (87.3%). A total of 59 respondents consume more than 4 kinds of vegetables (87.4%), spinach (77.2%), cinnamon leaf (49.4%), cassava leaves (74.7%), papaya (59.5%), eggplant (44.3%). A total of 45 respondents consumed more than four types of fruit (56.9%),including: apple (31.6%), bananas (57%), papaya (63.3%), watermelon (59.5%), oranges ( 46.8%), mango (29.1%), guava (34.2%), yip (30.4%), and oil (36.7%), Food dietary restrictions in pregnant women. There are no restrictions as much as 74 respondents (93.7%), abstinence sea fish (3.9%), shrimp (2.5%).

Abstract

Working at height is an activity or activity carried out by workers at a workplace on the surface of land or water where there is a height difference and has the potential to fall which could cause the worker or other people in the workplace to experience injury or death. Work accidents involving heights resulted in the deaths of 2.78 million workers per year in 2018. This research aims to look at the relationship between the independent variables (age, education, knowledge, attitudes, availability of PPE) and the dependent variable (the behavior of using PPE among workers in height). PT TAISEI-CSC JO Savyavasa Luxury Apartment Project. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 120 respondents. Analysis was carried out bivariate using the chi-square test. A total of 77 (64.2) workers behaved badly. The results showed that there was a relationship between education (p=0.000), knowledge (0.000), and age (0.016). Suggestions for workers to further increase discipline in complying with applicable regulations. For the company to further improve K3 socialization.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara di Asia Tenggara yang masih menghadapi permasalahan pada mutu pangan. Pada tahun 2017, data Direktorat Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Pusat Operasi Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat Kementerian Kesehatan mencatat telah terjadi 163 kejadian KLB keracunan pangan dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 7.132 kasus dan case fatality rate sebesar 0,1%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan (pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, dan lama kerja) dengan perilaku higiene sanitasi pedagang ayam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dan analisis statistik Chi Square dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berhubungan dengan perilaku higiene sanitasi yaitu pengetahuan (p value 0,001), sikap (p value 0,000), pendidikan (p value 0,009), dan lama kerja (p value 0,002). Kesimpulan pada penjelasan tersebut adalah faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan adalah pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, dan lama kerja dengan perilaku higiene sanitasi. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pedagang ayam dapat lebih memperhatikan kebersihan diri, peralatan, bahan, dan lingkungan tempat berjualan.
