Abstract

Abstrak. Studi ini mendasarkan pada research gap dan fenomena bisnis, yakni kontroversi studi kerja sama lintas fungsi terhadap kinerja. Selain itu terdapat inkosistensi kerja sama lintas fungsi studi. Hasil temuan menyimpulkan bahwa Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) inovasi yang dilakukan bersifat follower, artinya produk muncul di wilayah lain yang relatif baru kemudian sedikit modifikasi. Populasi pada studi ini adalah UKM industri kecil batik di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 115, yang terdistribusi di kota Pakalongan, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Pati, Sukoharjo, Rembang dan Purbalingga (Disperindag Prov.Jateng 2014 ). Kemudian metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, artinya berdasarkan karaktersitik populasi, yakni daerah atau lokasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari paket software AMOS 5.0. Model akhir temuan hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa, prioritas pertama model pengembangan kinerja inovatif UKM di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan intrinsik dengan indikator akurat, objektif, dinamis /up date dan dapat dipercaya.Kata kunci: Kinerja Inovatif, kualitas pengetahuan, Integrasi lintas fungsi, Jejaring pengetahuan,Kualitas kerja sama lintas fungsiAbstract. This study is based on research gaps and business phenomenon, namely the controversy studies cross-functional cooperation to performance. Moreover there is no cross-functional cooperation inconsistencies study. The findings conclude that the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a follower of innovation undertaken, means that products appear in other regions relatively new then a slight modification. The population in this study was small industrial batik SMEs in Central Java province, amounting to 115, which is distributed in the city Pakalongan, Pekalongan, Pati, Sukoharjo, Apex and Purbalingga (Disperindag Prov.Jateng 2014). Then the method of sampling with purposive sampling technique, meaning that based on characteristics of the population, the area or location. Data analysis techniques used in this study The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software package AMOS 5.0. Findings from this study indicate that, priority first step in developing a model of innovative performance of SMEs in Central Java province, is done by increasing the knowledge of the intrinsic quality of the indicators are accurate, objective, dynamic / up to date and reliable.Keywords: Innovative performance, quality of knowledge, cross-functional integration, networking knowledge

Abstract

Abstrak. Realita menunjukkan sekolah unggulan penyuplai angka kelulusan tertinggi (branded). Namun kegiatan akademik yakni proses pembelajaran pemahaman dan penerapan model-model pembelajaran inovatif masih kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu tujuan studi ini adalah mengembangkan model peningkatan kinerja inovatif guru berbasis pola kerja cerdas dalam konteks teknologi informasi. Populasi studi ini adalah guru seluruh sekolah unggulan di kota Pekalongan berjumlah 200 orang, Mengingat jumlah populasi yang terbatas maka teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus, artinya jumlah populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 5.0. Kemudian efekk moderasi teknologi informasi dengan manajemen group data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks teknologi informasi rendah, peningkatan kinerja inovatif di lakukan dengan peningkatan pola kerja cerdas. Sedangkan dalam konteks teknologi informasi tinggi, peningkatan kinerja inovatif di lakukan dengan peningkatan pola kerja cerdas yang dibangun oleh motivasi intrinsik.Kata kunci : Motivasi intrinsik, pola kerja cerdas, Orientasi pembelajaran, Kinerja inovatif, Teknologi informasiAbstract. Reality show superior school supplies the highest graduation rate (branded). However, the academic activities of the learning process of understanding and application of innovative learning models is still less than optimal. Therefore the aim of this study was to develop a model of innovative performance-based teacher enhancement working smart in the context of information technology. The study population was the entire school teacher featured in Pekalongan city of 200 people, Given the limited number of population sampling technique used is the census, meaning the amount equal to the total sample population. Testing the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 5.0 software. Then efekk moderation of information technology with the data management group. The study shows that in the context of low information technology, innovative performance improvement with an increase in doing working smart . While in the context of high information technology, innovative performance improvement with an increase in do intelligent work patterns built by intrinsic motivation.Keyword : Intrinsic motivation, working smart, learning orientation, innovative performance, information technology

Abstract

Rural Banks/BPR have a vitality and sustainability of business if they are able to create a unique advantagethat is superior in terms of customer information and business environment surrounding besides functioningas an intermediary institution. But in Semarang credit quality is still in the high risk level that is above themaximum limit of 5%. The condition is caused by the integration of human capital and social capital that isnot optimal. Therefore, this article aims to examine the model of human capital development so that it canimprove the performance of organization within the context of social capital. Retrieval method uses purposivesampling with 120 total samples. Later analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) throughthe group management data which is processed based on high and low social capital. The study shows that thecontext of high social capital moderates the structure of the equation that affects human capital on organizationalperformance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of organizational learning, knowledgesharing, knowledge sharing and its effect on human capital and organizationalinnovation. Then create a model for organizational innovation-based development ofhuman capital, knowledge sharing and organizational learning SMEs in SemarangRespondents stui entrepreneurs are leaders trained partners with a numberof 150 sampling purposive sampling method. Then to analyze the data inthis study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS softwareThe results of this study suggest that innovation-based organizations to develop human capital, knowledge sharing and organizational learning, organizational innovation first built with human capital that is influenced by increasing organizational learning. The second innovation is built with a knowledge sharing organization. The third innovation is built with human capital organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing lead to improved organizational performance based on the entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking. Purposive sampling technique is the number of samples in this study of 135 respondents. Analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS Soptware. The study results showed that entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking to organizational performance through knowledge sharing variables have a higher effect when compared with immediate effect. It shows that the role of knowledge sharing has led to increased organizational performance based on the entrepreneurial attitude that includes learning orientation and risk taking.

Abstract

Strategic alliance is a business strategy undertaken by two or more parties within a specified period to achieve mutual benefits with the principle of mutual need and encouraging. It starts by getting to know prospective partners, knowing the position of the advantages and disadvantages of business, start building a strategy, implement, monitor, and evaluate until the target is reached. Organizational learning processes strategically is pointing to the insight (an effort to find new things) and future outlook. It was de with a tie between knowledge creation with continuous innovation and also impute constant innovation with the competitive advantage.Therefore, strategic knowledge is knowledge that is created as a consequence of the learning process in cooperation (alliance).Key word : Aliancy strategic, strategic knowledge, sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of education and work experience through humancapital on the performance of human resources in an organization. A discussion of the importanceof education, work experience, and human capital to improve HR performance has been widelydiscussed in some literature review. Although a lot of other factors that affect the performanceof HR, this study only discusses about the existence of education, work experience, and humancapital as a determinant of human performance. Data obtained from 75 respondents by usingquestionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS 16 shows that the performance of HR in organizationscan be improved by taking into account the level of education and work experience through thehuman capital of the organization’s human resources. Education and work experience throughhuman capital has a positive and significant effect on the performance of human resources.Keywords: education, work experience, human capital and HR performance

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM binaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (FEB UGJ) adalah menurunnya kinerja usaha. Terlebih dengan adanya pandemi Covid 19 semakin memperparah penurunan kinerja usaha tersebut. Sementara itu upaya peningkatan kinerja usaha belum jelas peta jalannya. Pada saat yang sama UMKM tidak terbiasa membuat rencana usaha terkonsep dan tertulis karena paradigma UMKM tentang perencanaan usaha adalah sesuatu yang rumit. Sementara itu di masa sekarang ini yaitu masa kebiasan baru atau new normal setelah datangnya pandemi covid 19, peluang usaha bagi UMKM terbuka lebar ketika disadari harus juga beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi dalam operasionalisasinya. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di sini adalah untuk membantu, memandu dan memfasilitasi UMKM agar terjadi percepatan kebangkitan paska pademi covid 19 khususnya dan peningkatan kinerja usaha pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu solusi yang ditempuh adalah memfasilitasi UMKM binaan UGJ untuk mampu menyusun Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) agar rencana usaha terkonsep dengan jelas namun tetap dalam kerangka yang sederhana dalam konteks wira usaha di masa new normal. Dalam kegiatan ini terdapat 31 UMKM mendaftar, 24 datang di kelas fasilitasi, 12 mampu menyusun Bisnis Model Canvas, 12 tidak mampu menyelesaikan penyusunan Bisnis Model Canvas usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of Employee Engagement as a mediation of the influence of Work Conditions and Professional Identity, so as to increase Employee Performance. The research analysis unit is located in one of the bureaus at the Police Agency in Central Java. The type of research in this study is in the form of Explanatory Research, with the number of samples based on the census method, which means that there are 57 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Student Version application. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between Work Conditions on Employee Engagement, Work Conditions on Employee Performance, Professional Identity on Employee Engagement, Professional Identity on Employee Performance and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. In addition, Employee Engagement can mediate the influence of Professional Identity on Employee Performance, while Employee Engagement cannot mediate the influence of Professional Identity on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This article addresses the study controversy (research gap) of entrepreneurial orientation regarding marketing performance. The case study at hand, fashion SMEs, must present a distinct advantage due to intense competition. This advantage does not lie in how to create new products, but in how to build professional networks. Hence, the present article aims to develop a model for strengthening professional networks based on an entrepreneurial orientation to improve marketing performance. The population in this study comprises the leaders of fashion SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling method employs a purposive 250 technique. The analysis technique uses SEM AMOS software. The results of the study show that proactiveness, risk-taking, and innovation have a significant and positive effect on professional network energy and marketing performance. In addition, the energy of professional networks mediates a strong relationship between proactiveness, risk-taking, and innovation in terms of marketing performance.Keywords: Proactiveness, risk-taking, innovativeness, energizing professional networks, marketing performanceAbstrak. Studi ini berdasarkan kontroversi studi (research gap) orientasi entrepreneur dengan kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu UKM Fashion harus memiliki keunggulan yang berbeda yang disebabkan persaingan yang ketat. Keunggulan yang dimaksud bukan bagaimana menciptakan produk baru tetapi bagaimana membangun profesional networks. Oleh karena itu artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penguatan jaringan profesional berbasis orientasi kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemimpin UKM Fashion di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive 250. Teknik analisis menggunakan software SEM AMOS. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa proaktif, pengambilan risiko, dan inovasi memiliki efek yang signifikan dan positif pada energi jaringan profesional, dan kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu, energi jaringan profesional memediasi hubungan yang kuat antara proaktif, pengambilan risiko, dan inovasi pada kinerja pemasaran.Kata kunci: Proaktif, berani mengambil resiko, innovative, penguatan jaringan profesional, kinerja pemasaran.
