Abstract

There are two normal processes of the most important in human life what are eating and sleeping. Although both are very important,it is so routine that we often forget it and will process only after a disturbance in the process then we remember the importance of two conditions. Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is the most commonly found. The incidence will increase by age. Approximately 40% of elderlys complain of insomnia. The research objective analyzed the relationship between the level of depression with sleep disorders (insomnia) of the elderly in UPT Panti Werdha 'Mojopahit' Mojokerto. Design research used analytical correlation with cross sectional approach. The population was 45 respondents Elderly in UPT Panti Werdha „Mojopahit‟ Mojokerto. The sample of this research was 32 people whichwas taken by purposive sampling. Data was taken by the interview using instruments KSPBJ GDS 15 and Scale-irs. After the data was done, it was analyzed by data processing and statistical test of Rank Spearman with SPSS version 16.0. The result showed (0.001) < (0.05), so that H0was rejected.Itwas a relationship with the depressed levels of sleep disorders (insomnia) the elderly in UPT Panti Werdha „Mojopahit‟ Mojokerto,with r = 0.552, which means the correlation was high, strong. Be advised of the research resultis expected in order to elderly can do physical activity and to practice for prevent occurrence of depression in order to avoid insomnia. Abstract

Tanggapan negative masyarakat tentang anak retardasi mental menimbulkan berbagai reaksi pada orang tua mereka ,seperti ada orang tua yang mengucilkan anaknya atau tidak mau mengakui anak yang mengalami retardasi mental. Disisi lain, ada pula orang tua yang berusaha memberikan perhatian lebih dan memberikan yang terbaik kepada anaknya.Mekanisme koping keluarga merupakan cara penyesuaian diri yang digunakan oleh keluarga untuk menghadapi perubahan yang diterima.Tujuan penelitian adalah Menganalisis Mekanisme Koping Keluarga yang memiliki anak Retardasi Mental di Pendidikan Khusus Negeri Seduri kecamatan Mojosari kabupaten mojokerto.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif.Populasinya seluruh orang tua yang memiliki anak retardasi mental di Pendidikan Khusus Negeri Seduri Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto sebanyak 62 orang tua.Sampel sebanyak 62 orang yang diambil dengan total sampling.Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah mekanisme koping keluarga yang memiliki anak retardasimental.Data di ambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil penelitian terhadap 62 responden diperoleh data bahwa sebagian besar responden melaksanakan mekanisme koping adaptif yaitu sebanyak 49 responden (79%) sedangkan responden yang melaksanakan mekanisme koping mal adaptif hanya 13 responden (21%). Abstract

Motivasi orang tua dalam memberikan stimulasi pada balita sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan tumbuh kembang balita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi orang tua sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian stimulasi anak melalui permainan edukatif.enis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik korelasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, populasinya adalah semua orang tua yang memiliki anak pra sekolah di Desa Kembangsri Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten mojokerto sejumlah 43 orang, pengambilan sampel secara total sampling, Sampel sejumlah 43 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk variabel motivasi adalah menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Pelaksanaan stimulasi melalui APE, instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Seluruh responden dikumpulkan di Balai desa Kembangsri, kemudian diberikan kuesioner tertutup dan dilakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data tentang 2 variabel. Uji statistik menggunakan rank spearman. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dimana angka koefisien korelasi pada hasil tersebut bernilai positif (0,270), itu artinya bahwa hubungan dua variabel yaitu bersifat searah (jenis hubungan searah). Semakin tinggi motivasi orang tua maka semakin sering melakukan stimulasi melalui APE.

Abstract

Background: Supporting of baby growth must be done in a comprehensive and quality manner that can be done through stimulation activities. Stimulation that is easily given actively to infants can be through tactile stimulation in the form of massages. Massage therapy can be combined with water therapy, which is a baby spa. Baby spas can be used to support the success of sensory skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills.Objective: The study was to determine the effectiveness of Baby Spa on sensory skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills in children aged 6-24 months.Method: The design used in this study was a pre-experimental design with a two-group pre-post-test approach. The variables in this study are the baby spa, sensory skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills. Respondents were children aged 6 to 24 months totaling 29 children for the treatment group and 29 children for the control group. The treatment group will be treated eight times (2 times baby spa and six times massage). Previously conducted a pre-test, then after eight treatments carried out a post-test with an observation of sensory skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills — data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test.Results: The results of data analysis on the sensory skill obtained p-value = 0.962 indicates that the baby spa is less effective against increasing sensory skills, while the fine motor skill p-value = 0,000 and gross motor skill obtained p-value = 0,000 means that the baby spa is effective against increasing fine motor skills and gross motor skills in children aged 6 to 24 months.Conclusion: That the Baby Spa is very effective against increasing fine motor skills and gross motor skills but the sensory skills are less effective. So you need sensory skill stimulation with baby spas and other methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how the covid-19 epidemic affected early childhood cognitive development. Principals, instructors, parents, and students served as informants in this study. The data collection techniques used in this study were inquiry in interview which were carried out to find out several things related to the impact of Covid-19 on students' cognitive development. The descriptive qualitative method was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the cognitive development students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, fell into the capable and quite capable categories in terms of problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, and symbolic thinking skills. students' cognitive development is achieved because teachers make every effort to give learning materials or tasks that encourage students' cognitive development. The presence of certain parents who are less supportive or do not participate in the online learning system has another impact on children's cognitive development. Students do not do the assignments given by the teacher because there is no guidance due to busy parents so that there are differences in cognitive development between one student and another

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study were to find out the factors causing the problem of implementing learning from home, to find a solution in overcoming the problems of implementing learning from home at Early Childhood Education children during the Covid-19 pandemic in PAUD Yaminna, Mojokerto City. This study used a descriptive approach. The technique used in this research is the technique of interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The results of this study conclude In the learning process from home the teacher experiences problems or obstacles first, problems related to teacher competence, second, students' understanding problems, third, problems of parents who do not have android, fourth lack of cooperation between parents and students , the five limitations of facilities and infrastructure; The solutions to solve problems that arise when learning from home are first, increasing teacher competence in using/operating technology, secondly providing counseling to guardians about the importance of using android, fourth providing understanding to parents about the importance of parent-student cooperation.
