Abstract

The method used in this research is the method of the Department of Environment (DOE) which is usually referred to the design of the English manner stipulated in SNI 03-2834-2000 namely "Procedure for Making Plans Mixed Concrete Normal". Making concrete mix Bioconc in this study as many as 36 pieces with aged care 7, 14, 21 and 28 days and testing materials in the form slinder 30 x 15 cm with a variation of normal concrete without mix and concrete with the addition of additives Bioconc ie 20% and 30% of the sheer number of cement. Quality of the concrete is planned fc '30 MPa. The results of the study with normal concrete compressive strength of the resulting 24.94 MPa, using additives Bioconc 20% of the compressive strength of the resulting 24.63 MPa, using a 30% Bioconc compressive strength of 19.94 MPa produced using additives as an additive in mixed concrete gives concrete strength decreased from normal concrete mix. It is advisable to pay attention to several factors such as the mix design especially for the concrete mix additives, Cement Water Factor (FAS), material testing, concrete casting and solidification.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the earthquake zone 5 ( five ) need careful consideration so that the structural design of the building should be earthquake resistant . One type of earthquake-resistant structure is a double system with bearer Special Moment Frame System ( SRPMK ) and ShearWall ( SW ) . SRPMK is a system of order that in addition to meeting the provisions for bearer ordinary moment frame also meet the provisions of 23.2 to 23.5 by the rules " Calculation Procedure for Concrete Structure Building " SNI 03-2847-2002 : Based on the analysis and discussion as who have studied it can be concluded that : the effective shear form is a form that has a value of shear wall deformations are small and weak sumbuh installed in accordance with the terms of the structure or planned so that it can withstand the shear force due to earthquake loads . So it is an effective form of shear shear wall type 9  with  H shapeKeywords : Shear Wall , Trahair , SNI 03-2847-2002 , H ABSTRAKSPada zona gempa 5(lima)  perlu pertimbangan yang matang agar perencanaan struktur gedung tersebut harus tahan gempa. Salah satu jenis struktur tahan gempa adalah sistem ganda yaitu dengan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Dinding geser / ShearWall (SW). SRPMK adalah suatu sistem rangka yang selain memenuhi ketentuan-ketentuan untuk rangka pemikul momen biasa juga memenuhi ketentuan-ketentuan 23.2 sampai dengan 23.5 berdasarkan peraturan ” Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung ”SNI 03-2847-2002 : Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan sebagaimana yang telah dikaji  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa :Bentuk shear yang efektif adalah bentuk shear wall yang mempunyai nilai deformasi  yang kecil dan dipasang sesuai dengan sumbuh lemah dari struktur yang ditinjau atau direncanakan sehingga dapat menahan gaya geser akibat beban gempa yang terjadi.
